The location is absolutely fantastic - the sea is literally just a couple of minutes away, and there is a supermarket only about 10 seconds from the residence where you can find everything you might need. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On the day of our arrival, they even turned on the air conditioning for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch and especially appreciated as it was around 35°C outside. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and TVs in every room. During our stay, we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the Head Concierge, Marco, handled it extremely quickly and professionally. He arranged for a technician to come, and the problem was fixed in no time. On the day of our departure, we asked if it would be possible to check out an hour later, as it was much more convenient for us with our train schedule. Marco kindly accommodated our request, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at Residence Kimba and truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely choose this place again and would be very happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay, everything was perfect. The location is excellent—there is a grocery store very close by, but we couldn't hear any noise from it at all, so it never woke us up in the morning. It is also incredibly close to the sea, with easy access to both paid and free beaches, which was very important to us.The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a late check-in, and to make things worse, our flight was delayed. Despite the late hour, the host waited for us and handled everything smoothly. We also had an early check-out and asked him to arrange a taxi for us, which he did perfectly. Highly recommended!

Уютная, чистая квартира на третьем этаже. В квартире все есть. У нас было позднее прибытие, но нас дождались и заселили. Даже оставили две бутылки воды. Отличное расположение, напротив магазина, рядом кафе, рестораны, до пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. В целом городок приятный. В остальном все отлично!

Газовая плита. Это похоже во всем городе. Кондиционер только в одной комнате. Было душновато в гостиной-кухне. Окна открывать нельзя. Очень рано начинают разные службы шуметь. Вывоз мусора и так далее.

Расположение прекрасное - рядом магазин, море, кафешки и рестораны, транспорт - все, что нужно для отдыха. Хозяин внимательный, белье и полотенца меняли раз в неделю. В квартире было все, что нужно - порошок стиральный, гель для душа, чистящие средства, туалетная бумага, даже пена для бритья, зубные щётки и паста. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

A fantastic property that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. The train station is just a short walk away, with regular trains and fast buses making it easy to explore almost anywhere along the coast. There’s also a COOP right next door for groceries, along with plenty of lovely cafés nearby for breakfast or a coffee. As an added bonus, it’s only around a 15-minute walk from the airport, making it incredibly convenient. We would happily stay here again!

Location tranquilla, anche se vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, il supermercato a due passi e tutto il resto è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min al massimo, mare compreso! La camera è funzionale e climatizzata, la cucina ha tutto quello che serve sia per chi vuole cucinare sia per quelli come me' che vogliono solo scaldare due robe. Staff presente e disponibilissimo! Io e mia figlia abbiamo passato proprio delle belle ferie rilassanti e senza stress!

Peccato che non ci sia un balcone abbastanza grande per mangiare fuori. In cucina ci starebbe bene un mobile per mettere la spesa che non ha bisogno del frigorifero.

Non posso dire di aver trovato coerenza fra le recensione della struttura e l'esperienza vissuta. Non mi aspettavo un servizio a 5 stelle ma almeno un minimo di igiene che ogni struttura dovrebbe offrire a prescindere da tutto. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco ( poco male per il calcare incrostato ma c'erano anche peli e sporco tra le mattonelle ). Il top della cucina sporco di residui di cibo e tutta la cucina completamente grassa compreso microonde e bollitore. Anche le finestre sia interne che esterne erano impolverate e sporche. Abbiamo dovuto comprare anche le spugnette per lavare i piatti e l'olio dato che non c'era. Potrei continuare ma penso che questo sia più che sufficiente a descrivere la situazione. Spero davvero sia stata una svista anche se dubito perché la quantità di sporto che abbiamo trovato non si cumula in 2-3 settimane.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, struttura accogliente, ben attrezzata e in posizione comoda. Proprietario e staff davvero gentili. Consigliata! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appartamento comodo, accogliente, vicinissimo ad ogni servizio, dal supermercato al lungomare. L'host è una persona davvero gentile, disponibile, ci ha fornito ottimo consigli ed è stato gentilissimo nel farci trovare dell'acqua fresca in frigo. In appartamento erano presenti detergenti e bagnoschiuma. Letti comodissimi.

L'assenza di zanzariere ci ha fatto sperimentare le zanzare riminesi. Non sono presenti condizionatori ma solo ventilatori. Appartamento centrale e quindi strada movimentata e chiassosa. Come consiglio un occhio in più alla pulizia. Insomma nulla di irriparabile. È stato comunque una bellissimo weekend.

こちらを拠点にサンマリノ、ウルビーノ、ペーザロ、アンコーナ、Cesenatico、Gradara などに行きました。駅が近く、移動に便利でした。洗濯機があり重宝しました。5月下旬のシーズン前でしたが、夜は静かでゆっくり休めました。Rimini程賑やかではありませんが、安全でゆっくり過ごせる街です。

地上階に宿泊。出入りには便利でした。部屋は整い掃除も綺麗にしてありましたが、閉め切っていたせいか湿度が高いのか、クローゼットや引き出しを開けると　カビ臭かったのが残念でした。

Location, staff are good although no sheet on bunk bed, last night, facilities , closeness to Battista Osteria, the roast veal is fantastic.

The radiators are showing there age, need touch ups in certain places. Maybe a bit of curtaining to deaden the echo slightly.

This was my second stay here, and everything was absolutely perfect once again. I love how close everything is — the beach, shops, cafés, restaurants, the train, and even the trolley are all just a short walk away. The beds in the apartment are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Ottima la posizione. La struttura è molto carina e pensata per gli affitti brevi. Il personale e il responsabile sono stati gentilissimi: per due volte abbiamo chiesto delle cortesie e in entrambe le occasioni si sono davvero fatti in quattro. La struttura ricorda qualcosa a metà tra le pensioni di una volta e la propria casa al mare: un soggiorno immersivo nella Riccione più autentica. Dentro l’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario per una permanenza breve, inclusa la lavatrice. A pochi passi dal mare e comodissima per raggiungere Oltremare o Fiabilandia.

Il ventilatore della cucina era un po’ rumoroso e forse qualche padella in più sarebbe stata comoda. Ma stiamo parlando di piccole cose.

Staff gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento era dotato di tutto, anche di vari saponi nel bagno e di bottiglie di acqua.

Forse consiglierei solo una pulizia più accurata dell’appartamento, ma per il resto tutto benissimo.

We were there for the Sigep Exhibition and the location is close to the Miramare station, this was very convenient for us. Also close to restaurants, coffee shops and Coop.

Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Café.

Es gibt keinerlei Aussicht. Der Balkon ist winzig. Von der Wohnküche schaut man direkt auf das Nachbarhaus, daher ist der Raum sehr dunkel.

Hotelik położony bardzo blisko morza, bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej i blisko lotniska (25 minut spacerkiem pieszo). Sklepy i bary bezpośrednio przy hoteliku. Duża kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko co powinno być w kuchni. Samo wyposażenie,meble trochę przestarzałe ale utrzymane w czystości. Ze względu na bliskość przystanku kolejowego ,hotel ten jest wspaniałą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania pobliskich miast np. Ancony czy też Urbino.

Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony- wszystko zgodnie z opisem, na miejscu były wszystkie środki czystości: mydło, płyn do naczyń, płyn do prania, ręczniki, rzeczy do sprzątania (brakowało tylko mopa). Bardzo miła obsługa. Obok supermarket i cukiernia. Okolica bardzo przyjemna mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni, do plaży 5 min spacerkiem. Na plus odległość od lotniska (niecałe 3 km) i 5 min od przystanku, z którego można dojechać trolejbusem do centrum.

Jedyny minus to klimatyzacja, która była zamontowana tylko w jednej sypialni.

The host was very accommodating of us during our stay, storing our luggage early on the day of check in, and allowing a late check-out due to an evening flight home. Great wi-fi, air conditioning in bedroom, shower, kitchen facilities. Area is walking distance to various places, including the airport, an Aldi supermarket, train station, restaurants, and the beach - all in different directions, but none more than 15 minutes walk. Very quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Would come back again!

Of the apartment only minor details - such as the TV being in the bedroom only, not the living room. There was no table or chairs on our balcony, but on some others. Regarding the local area, what comes to mind first is the amount of mosquitos, horse and sand flies - which bite at all times of the day! Church bells can be noisy opposite, but mainly in early evening - but nice to hear. Very quiet in the local area from mid September, with a lot of businesses for tourists closed, despite Italy having great weather still.

Wir waren 4sehr schöne Wochen Gäste der Recidence. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Hr. Marco und Fr. Roberta möchten wir besonders erwähnen. Auf Anfragen per Mail bekamen wir umgehend Antwort von Hr. Marco. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Co op und Strand war super. Wir werden wiederkommen. Diese Recidence ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das einzigste wäre da die harte Matratze zu erwähnen, die uns Rückenschmerzen bereitete. Ein Ganzköroerspiegel würde die Einrichtung der Wohnung komplettieren.

Перше, що хочеться відмітити - це зручність розташування апартаментів. До моря пішки 10 хвилин, до супермаркету 2 хвилини, до аеропорту хвилин 20-30 пішки, до зупинок громадського транспорту, щоб відвідати Сан Марино - 10 хвилин теж пішки. Все поряд, але не так голосно, як на вулицях з потягами і літаків зовсім не чутно. Насправді, після вибухів війни, які чутно вдома в Україні, там спалось абсолютно спокійно. Раптом вам буде голосно, допоможуть біруші. Окрема вдячність власнику апартаментів за допомогу з будь-яких питань. Поради сеньйора Марко були слушними і допомогли зекономити купу часу і коштів.

Шкодуємо лише про те, що взяли 7 днів, а не 10

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, sklep i restauracje za rogiem, plaża 5 min spacerem. Wszystko blisko i ogólnie w mieszkaniu cicho i czysto. Wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba. Dla mnie jedynie brakowało mopa i odkurzacza, żeby codziennie posprzątać piasek z podłogi. Gorąco polecam!!!!

В першу чергу місцерозташування. 1-2км від аеропорту, дуже близько до моря, супермаркет в 20 метрах, чудова кавярня також в 20 метрах. Дуже привітний господар. Хоч і не говорив англійською, але ми зрозуміли один одного. За проханням викликав нам таксі, продовжив нам відпочинок на 1 день без всіляких проблем, ще й зі знижкою. Дуже сподобалось, рекомендую.

Через те, що поруч дуже близько супермакрет, вже від 6 ранку дуже голосно на зовні. Мабудь все)) Хоч це і не відноситься до помешкання, але це важливо. Шезлонги на пляжі невиправдано дорогі. Липень 2025: 20-25євро\день (залежно від відстані до моря), серпень 2025: 27-30євро\день. Ціна за 1 парасольку і 2 шезлонги.

Výborná lokalita blízko letiska - 15 minút pešo, vlaková stanica 5 minút. Apartmán dobre vybavený, mal všetko čo sme potrebovali. Vedľa ubytovania potraviny Coop, skvelá kaviareň s výbornou kávou a raňajkami a Rosticceria Battarra s výbornými cenami za jedlo. Blízko tiež pizzeria a požičovňa bicyklov. K moru je to 5 minút pešo. Verejná pláž je číslo 140 kam si môžete dopredu rozprestrieť deku. Do Rimini sa dostanete vlakom, autobusom 9 alebo 124 alebo trolejbusom Metromare, ktorý ide po tej istej trase ako vlak

Matrac je už nepohodlný a okolie je v noci hlučnejšie, odporúčame tlmiče do uší.

Residence Kumba is a perfect place to stay in Rimini! It has everything you need: iron, washing machine, kitchen. See, beach, food stores, public transport stops, cafes are near by. Everybody are friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the place was clean upon our arrival, essentials (paper, salt, washing liquids, showering gel etc) were already bought. The place was cosy with a big balcony. Everything was close by - bus stop, train stop, tram stop, COOP store, bakery, gelateria. The area was nice and quiet.

Coop market was nearby, the beach was just a short walk away, and there was also a kebab place close to the apartment. We especially loved a wonderful “restaurant” run by local women, where they served exceptional homemade food. We appreciated the possibility of an earlier check-in and the kindness of the people we met. The apartment had a washing machine and a nice balcony, and the train station was easily accessible too. The apartment was fairly clean

We noticed that the water was very hard, and we’re not sure whether it’s a general issue across Italy or something specific to this apartment. The apartment is not located directly in Rimini (which we knew in advance), but the surrounding area was not particularly charming. During our one-week stay, it was quite difficult to find an open supermarket within walking distance, which made grocery shopping a bit inconvenient. Also, for any activities or places of interest, we had to travel either to the left or to the right along the coast, which required extra planning and time. I think this place is suitable for someone who plans to travel around rather than stay in one location, but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone looking to spend most of their time in one spot. Given the price, we were expecting more modern furnishings, particularly in the bathroom, although we must say that everything was clean and well maintained. One more downside was the noise from the street early every morning, which sometimes disturbed our sleep. Overall, while there were a few inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay

Very noisy apartment in busy area. Very hot and you can't open the windows because of noise and plenty of insects. Apartment run down. Shutters broken. Needs refurbishment and maintenance badly.

Almost everything they leave you shower gel, hand soap, and bottles of spring water very helpful staff, comfortable beds, the bunk beds fit a 6ft adult. Washing machine and powder, iron and board all in the apartment (8) on ground floor with patio. The location is fabulous 10 mins from beach, 5 mins from supermarket, cafes, bakery and a rotisserie across the road.

Sofa needs cushions, can be noisy as on a corner, shower needs updating.

Sea not far away

App was dirty, there were no glasses and other kitchen stuf. No aditional blankets, app needs renovation. Check in from 4pm and check out 10am is redicilous.

Everything was perfect for a business trip. Room was big, clean, warm, close to Miramare station, restaurants, coffee shops, minimarket.

Nothing to be mentioned.

Location is great. Supermarket nearby. Coffeehouse with nice coffee and Italian pastries right around the corner. 250m from public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the sea and public training area in case you like calisthenics.

I can't think of anything that was significantly negative honestly. All OK.

Everything was great! Very friendly owner, checked us in earlier than the specified time. The apartment is very clean, cozy, has everything you need for living. Special thanks for the bonus in the form of drinking water and champagne!

It was even better I anticipated. Spacious one bedroom apartment with terrace. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washing machine. Café, groceries, amazing rosticceria all in 10 meters, sea in circa 100 m and trolleybus, train to Rimini in maximum 5 mins walk. Relaxed neighborhood with gorgeous, tall trees. Our host, Marco was very kind and responsive.
