シャワーはお湯が出ないのが残念

Belle maison coloniale. Confort sommaire, lit un peu dur. Proche du centre de ciénaga. Bonne option si vous allez visiter Ciénaga Magica.

C’est une splendide maison! Colorée et pleine de fleurs, avec cour intérieure et jolis espaces communs dont une terrasse. Fidèle aux photos. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Le personnel sur place était cordial et serviable.

Il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour, et cela a pris plusieurs heures avant que la climatisation arrive à refroidir la chambre, vus les plafonds très hauts. Belle salle de bain (nous avions la chambre familiale) mais le robinet était un peu défectueux. Le plancher de la chambre était sale.

Très bel hôtel au charme suranné. Cour intérieure idéale pour le petit déjeuner. Cuisinière attentionnée et très agréable. Belle vue au dernier étage.

Une des chambres sentait le renfermé. La douche était froide. Personnel de l'accueil pas à l'écoute sur nos besoins de blanchisserie pendant ces 3 jours (malgré nos demandes répétées). Ne pas faire confiance pour les transports proposés par la personne de l'accueil (prix nettement supérieur au prix du marché). Pas de facture (malgré notre demande) suite au paiement en liquide.

Très bien placé. Le bâtiment est plutôt sympa. Le personnel nous a bien aidés.

La chambre était vraiment basique pour le prix. Aucune décoration, l’eau de la douche était froide. Un cafard à moitié mort par terre. La salle de bain était vétuste. Pas de coffre, ce qui est embêtant en Colombie. Le petit déjeuner était on ne peut plus basique avec du pain sec, pas de jus. Le café était bon.

Le personnel très accueillant et efficace, notamment pour nous réserver un tour aux villages palafittiques, le charme et l'emplacement de l'hébergement, la grande taille de la chambre.

Quelques points d'amélioration à souligner : - Le plafonnier de la chambre ne marche que si l'on allume le ventilateur. - Un distributeur gratuit d'eau potable serait bienvenu (on pourrait s'attendre à ce qu'il en ait un, comme souvent dans des hébergements pourtant moins onéreux).

Casa preciosa, reformada en estilo colonial con mucho gusto. Perfectamente ubicada a unos minutos a pie de la preciosa plaza central de Ciénaga. Desayuno muy sabroso

Its historic feel was fabulous. The owners were on site and very attentive to our needs. Its proximity to the main square was great and the square was hopping with family like stores, restaurants and locals.

Although the water was warm, there unfortunately was no hot water during our stay.

L'accueil était vraiment chaleureux et attentionné. Le lieu est très beau, la décoration très appropriée. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le patio était très bon. L'équipe est très serviable, propose des visites, organise les tuktuks... Vraiment un bel endroit.

La chambre donnait sur la rue et un peu de bruit.

L’accueil et le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute, l’architecture de l’hôtel, les espaces pour se détendre (patio, salon, rooftop), l’emplacement central. Très bien !

Every single thing about this property is perfect. It’s gorgeous. It’s an oasis near very special places. The staff will help you with anything you need and make you feel more welcome than you can ever imagine. I lost my debit card and had a lot of trouble while I was staying there, and they helped me figure everything out. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been in Colombia a lot and this Hotel and the people there took better care of me than anybody ever has. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are comfortable and incredible. The Spanish colonial style is an oasis. The staff are incredible. They arranged everything for me—multiple transportation, my Tours, my breakfast, they even ordered and picked up my lunch for me one day. 15/10 I cannot recommend enough.

Amenities staff and building it self

The colonial architecture is absolutely amazing. It matches or exceeds the colonial architecture you find in Cartagena, but has a more authentic feel since you're in Cienaga--an underrated spot on the Caribbean coast. All the rooms are named for female characters in Gabriel Garcia Marquez books. There are common areas on the two floors for sitting. The view from the rooftop at sunset was great-- city and sea views. Lilibeth was so kind to make us breakfast to go since we were leaving so early.

I wish I could have spent more time here.

Sehr schöne Untwrkunft in ddr Altstadt von Cianaga. Einzig die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar. Ansonsten alles top. Prima Frühstück und sehr nette Reception. Gute Infos zu Reataurant und Stadt.

Amazingly beautiful property and excellent value for this stunning hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and a wonderful breakfast, wish we could have stayed for longer! Much more to see in Cienaga than most realise too!

A really beautiful hotel which seemed transformed from an old, fancy house. It is very close to the plaza, only two blocks. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and strong air conditioning. Super tasty breakfast in the morning, and they accommodated for my partner's vegan diet. The staff were so kind and helpful with information we needed. We didn't expect such a beautiful house, given the walk from the main road where the bus dropped us off. Even so, we were so happy with or stay and glad we visited Ciénaga.

I liked the location, the story and history of this charming old patrimonial house. I liked the cleannness and must of all the kindness of the staff. and the coffee!!

….the air conditionning could be better

The staff was amazing! so helpful, so kind. The customer service was just fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. And the views were AMAZING - the building itself was also so gorgeous. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

The outlets in the room were hot and some were sticking out of the walls. The outlets between the nightstand didn't work at all. We made it work but i'd like to comment on it so that the owners can get it fixed since I do worry about it being a fire hazard.

Everything was good

This hotel is just beautiful. The owner took great care in looking after us. She even set us up with tickets and transportation to Carnaval in Barranquilla over the weekend. Breakfast was delicious all three days and the charming square is a two-minute walk away. The hotel was more than I could have asked for.

It’s a lovely place with much attention to detail, a delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. We recommend it most highly.

A wonderful old house, an oasis in the pueblito. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

We loved the architecture and character of the historic building. We loved the helpful and friendly staff. We liked the varied breakfasts. However after 4 days, we were shocked when we were presented with a bill of 60,000 pesos (US$15) for coffee refills at the complimentary breakfasts. There are no lavanderias in the area so the hotel offers to do laundry for guests. We were angry that this hotel charged twice the amount that other hotels have charged us for laundry. Compared to lavanderias, this hotel charged about 3 times the typical price.

Very good hotel. It is rated as a 2.5 stars but it really is higher level.

A beautiful little boutique hotel with a very welcoming host who did everything to make you feel at home including recommendation for dinner (Plaza San Juan which has great Columbia and Japanese fusion) and Sunset viewing. Clean and tidy place to be recommended if you need a break driving from the beaches in the north to Cartagena.
