Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Receptionists were very nice and spoke good English. I paid in cash. Room was good but could be cleaner. Overall value for money for 1 night stay.
Room could be cleaner. Some furniture were broken and old.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026الصراحة الاستقبال البنت للاسف اسوء من قابلتهم في الفنادق على قد ما اسافر ايش الاخلاق هذي ترى انا دافعة و بتكلم معاها بكل احترام وتقدير ماقدرت امي الكبيرة اللي معايا و تونا جايين من سفر ، للاسف في ناس مايستحقون الاماكن اللي هما فيها ومو مقدرين النعمة ، غير العامل اللي خلى امي تروح للمغسلة تدفع كذب عليها قال لها ملابسكم هناك بس عشان امي ماكان معاها كاش و في مشكلة في التحويل وانا كنت برى مو عندها و اخر شي جاب الملابس للغرفة صدق انو شي اسوء من مايكون اتمنى من الادارة تراجع موظفينها وياخدون اكشن سريع في هذا كلو ،

الفندق غير نظيف الحمام جداً وسخ مع ان كانو عاملين منتهين من تنظيف الغرفة ودخلتها الغرفة نظيفة لكن الحمام جداً وصخ جدران الحمام كلها بقع وحشرات

رائحه الدخان في الغرف وليس هناك نظافه جيده في الغرف وطريقه البنت اللي في الاستقبال غريب نوعاً ما استأجرت بالفندق ليله والليله الثانيه ناويه اجدد واتواصل معاها على التجديد استغرب انها تقول ان الغرفه مستأجره كيف تاجر الغرفه وهي لم تكن على بيته هل الزبون راح يمدد او لا خلتني اطلع الظهر ومعايه الوالد كبير سن ومرمطه ماينفع الكلام هذا لابد انها تتاكد وتعرف الزبون راح يغادر او لا

Otelden çıkış yaparken bir taksi çağrılmasını istedim. Otel ile havalimanı arasının çok yakın olmasına rağmen taksici çok ütopik bir rakam aldı.
