Swati Hotel

Great, quiet location close to the beach, shops and restaurants Breakfast was very simple and not much choice Bed was very very soft. Wifi was just good enough. no chairs or anything on the balcony TV missing from the wall and the fridge didn't work. None of this was rectified during our 5 night stay Photos misleading

Good atmosphere and staffs are too friendly I suggest rahul to host you.. great ambiance in the front office and all other facilities are available. Staffs are too comfortable with guests and and so friendly.. and the have privet parking and every places are nearby. Especially beach is only walking distance from the stay

Good service and hospitality. Receptionist Rahul take us very well. Neat and clean rooms , exceptional service and kindful management and staff .Mesmerizing beach view , easy to commute and private parking service are available. All in all Excellent experience. Heartily liked 👍👍👍

The location was great! Easy to get around a lots of shops, restaurants, bars, laundry around. 5 mins to the beach. Excellent service. Staffs are all friendly and smiling. All rooms are bright and clean. Cleaning every day. I recommend to all my friends

Really lovely stay here, good value for money and the staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful with onward travel and our breakfast was very nice. Good location close to beach, markets, restaurants, eateries, bars etc. A good selection of breakfast available to choose from for everyone. Our room was really comfortable, bed was massive, comfy, good shower, fridge and balcony. All staff great and staff member Rahul was brilliant throughout our entire stay with all our needs, thankyou ❤️

It was an excellent place,the staff was really very nice ,polite and helpful.they all were dedicated for whatever we want . It really felt like a home away from home. Brekfast was very good, advice to include breakfast in your PKG it becomes very economical as bfast outside is very expensive.special thanks to Mr Sachin,mr rahul,mr anuj and mr. sonu for there good work

It's been an amazing experience at the hotel since the day I arrived here, from the location of the hotel which is at a very peaceful place and very friendly staff who receive with great love and care for you all the time. Also help you with various services including vehicles if you need to travel nearby. The good thing of the hotel is it's in the walking distance to the sea and sweat lake and there's the availability of ATMS near by and also the markets for any kinds of shopping. Overall it was a one stop destination and we really had an amazing time while we were for a weeks time. I would like to thank Mr.Rahul and his team for the amazing services and hospitality.. Looking forward to being here again Cheers !

The staff is very friendly. Aalo The service was top notch. I like the view from the room. Also the location is too near by from armbol beach. They provide taxi service. Also this property is too much friendly for friends family Aslo solo travel

Swati Hotel is a very good hotel. Room cleaning is free here every day and two water bottles are also free and the distance to the beach is 2 minutes and the distance to the market is 2 minutes and the distance to the bus stop is 1 kilometer and the food here is also delicious and the people here are also very nice and the staff here is very good, I wish I could stay here again

I love swati hotel. Swati hotel good location. Good service. Good management. Every day Room cleaning. Room is very clean. Washroom is neat nd clean. 2 min walk beach distance. 1 min walk market. Nd Atm distance is 700 mtrs. Good experience swati hotel . I hope next time i come this hotel.. 🥰

Comfortable and cozy :-) I liked the place. There weren't any laksheri expectations, but nonetheless. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The staff is always available to help with questions. And breakfast was nice in the morning. Despite being located in the center of everything and hand to hand, the hotel is quite calm and quiet.

Excellent place for a vacation. We stayed there for 7 days and it was just awesome. Rooms and Bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Nice greenery spread across the hotel. Overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay.This hotel is not very close to arambol beach

We stayed at Rahuls place for around 10 days and really enjoyed our time here. The staff is very friendly snd helpful. We loved how they took care of the garden and the plants in the patio. The outside area was always cool and looked beautiful for relaxing from the heat. Our room had a nice view and is outstandable for the price that we paid.

Rahul is an excellent host. We felt incredibly comfortable with him. The room was wonderful: we had a fridge, a small balcony facing the sea, a nice bed and air conditioning. They clean every day and the whole place is very clean. Price performance is unbeatable.💪🏽😎🤘🏽

2mins walk from Arambol Beach! It is excellent. The bedroom could be improved but everything else was ok!

Around the hotel is dump area. Really dirty area. Photos are not real. We had to pay extra, to get better rooms as the standard rooms are very poor. And even in this case, they did not included the breakfast in the rate. Not a nice experience at all.

Comfortable hotel, 2 mins walk from the main Arambol beach. I have stayed here 3 times now. The owner Rahul is a kind-hearted man who is happy to assist you with any requirements.

Convenient, close to the beach, easy access to the market and restaurants.

A perfectly positioned hotel in the centre of Arambol, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. I have stayed there twice now. I recommend that you book either one of the sea view rooms at the front, (but make sure you get one with aircon!)... ...or one of the premium rooms on the upper floors at the back. The proprietor "Rahul" is a gentleman. He speaks fluent English and will assist you with any special needs.

Wifi not working, broken toilet seat, door lock not working whole night sleep without closing the door

This place was the worst place ever. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. The listing said the room had blackout curtains which was NOT the case. It was terrible, especially considering how much we had paid for it (we booked to be there the week of Christmas). We confronted the front desk with this and they literally didn't know what to say. The place was fully booked and they said they could move us to another room of the same category the next day. Upon asking them to show us a photo of that room the guy at the front desk said "it's the exact same room"...after which he grabbed his phone and showed us photos of a room that again looked NOTHING like the room we were in. We got on Hotels.com support but they were sadly very disappointing and were not able to help us. My boyfriend and I made a decision to not stay here. We lost quite some money by doing so but this room was an absolute disgrace and should not be rented out. Do yourself a favor and avoid stress and losing money by NOT booking this place.

Un excelente hotel muy bien situado, a cuatro pasos de la playa, buenas vistas, y maravilloso personal. El servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó es que las sábanas y toallas eran azules, no blancas.

A lovely property very close to the beach. Its a 15 minutes walk from Harmal bus stop situated in close proximity to the beach. I was personally elated by the behavior of the staff. They are very friendly and easy to gel with. They have spacious sitting arrangements just outside of the rooms to hang out with your buddies or even all by yourself sipping on an ice cold beer. Everything from the beach to all the shops and eateries are at a stone throw distance from the hotel which make it even more convenient for the travelers staying there. Overall, it was a very good experience for me and my girlfriend. If we plan to visit Arambol again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Cheers!

A bit difficult to find but it is in a good location, the staff was amazing and really helpful. The internet didn't get to the room. Room was super clean. I recommend this place

Hotel was ok. However during my stay my room had lots of ants and some rather large cockroaches, i asked to be moved rooms but waa refused. Service was ok overall. You get what you pay for. Quite far from arambol beach.

Even though I informed guesthouse we were arriving late no staff around had to find them and literally pour water on them to wake them even though I had pre booked and played they couldn't find my booking for ages. Noisey bed.could not wait to leave two nights to long noise from building site opposite.

Room was a bit small and was expecting a room with a view, I think they changed our room because we arrived one day later than planned, then we extended for one night and got a much better room (the one I was expecting to have).

This is best budgeted apartment who offer most services under one roof like room service for food and beverage, taxi counter for outing, free WiFi, room amenities, has good genuine foreigners in-house etc. Best place to stay with family, couples as we spend entire day time for outing so why waste money on accommodation? Apartment owner Mr. Rahul is very nice man, polite, hotel staff also very helpful and courtious, trustworthy. Overall very good place to stay near Beach in low budget so we can save money for shopping, outing etc. I stayed with my parents(age 70 and 75) who wish to see and roam arround goa. Mr rahul had arrange best things for me including my pickup from PERNEM station, outing in goa, light Indian vegetarian food for my parents, his staff bring medicine for my mother. Overall I got exceptional service offered beyond which was I paid for. I wish Mr. Rahul all the best for growing his business very well. Thanks Mr. Rahul for everything. We stayed for one night whilst working in Lincoln and would definitely stay again. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom, no shower, only a bath but no problem because it was quick to fill up. Great location for the city centre too but a little noisy on the street from the taxi rank. Look forward to visiting again.

Staff were good ,however facilities needs to be improved to maintain value for money
