Lovely friendly hotel. Staff were very kind. Clean hotel, nice small pool to relax at.

A few shops and restaurants near by but ‘bigger’ towns are a drive away. You can ask the hotel for a taxi!

Struttura pulita, personale super disponibile, snack ogni giorno e acqua sempre disponibile e ricaricabile. Letti comodi! Sono venuti a prenderci gratuitamente nell'albergo precedendo dall'altra parte dell'isola e ci hanno accompagnato gratuitamente al porto per la partenza!

Nulla al massimo metterei dei cuscini più bassi e morbidi, ma questo vale per tutta la Thailandia

Wat een fantastisch verblijf bij Mar 24! Het hotel is supermooi en schoon en het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en aardig. Echt een dikke 10/10, wij hebben enorm genoten en raden Mar 24 zeker aan!

Es war die schönste und beste Unterkunft, die wir in Thailand hatten. Eine kleine familiäre Unterkunft, die von einer sehr netten und freundlichen Familie geführt wird die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, sehr nah an unserem Tauchzentrum. Es kann alles Wichtige fußläufig erreicht werden oder man mietet sich ein Motorrad in der Unterkunft. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuten uns immer sehr über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die vom Reinigungspersonal zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Geniales Frühstück gibt es schräg gegenüber.

It was on a great location away from the busy part of the island. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated but the price matches the comfort. If you want something cheap and semi-decent, this is a great place to stay.

It’s a bit smelly at times. But maybe that’s also the island thing and rain season.

Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado y ventilador en el techo. Cada mañana te ponen una cesta con snacks y toallas limpias. En frente del hotel hay una cafetería muy mona donde se desayuna de maravilla. En el hotel nos recomendaron un sitio para alquilar la moto muy recomendable. También nos alquilaron máscaras de snorkel por un día a buen precio. La piscina es bonita.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado si tienes moto o transporte para moverte, si no, está muy lejos del centro donde están todas las tiendecitas y restaurantes y el camino es una carretera larga con subidas y bajadas y sin arcén para pasear cómodamente, pero es así en toda la isla.

De service van de accommodatie en personeel was uitstekend. Er werd een gratis taxiservice geregeld bij aankomst en vertrek. Ook was het personeel erg behulpzaam met het regelen van een scooter. Er stond elke ochtend een mandje met schone handdoeken, koffie, thee, en een snack voor de deur.

Liegt gut, 5min zu Strand Chalok Baan, 7/11 in bride Richtungen je 3-4min zu Fuss. Ruhige Zimmer Der Pool, klein aber fein, super für morgens und abends- schwimmen Die täglichen Snacks, Kaffee, Tee Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Hatten für meinem Mann mit Fußverletzung nach Motorradunfall sogar Krücken und haben Quittung für die täglichen Taxifahrten zur Klinik ausgestellt mit Hoteltaxi. Echt super und total nett! Ganz vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Ils nous facilitent la vie autant que possible et arrangent toutes demandes. La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Serviettes fraîches, cafés et snacks renouvelés tous les jours. La pression de l’eau dans la douche était superbe !

Je m’attendais au vu des photos à ce que l’espace piscine soit plus “ouvert”. Cependant il y a des chaises longues et la piscine est agréable malgré tout et elle est sans vis à vis donc au final elle est bien.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die persönliche Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer sehr gut. Er hat uns auch jederzeit mit Tipps bzgl. Rolleranmietung oder zu Ausflügen geholfen. So konnten wir direkt vom Hotel mit dem Roller starten und die Insel erkunden. Der Zimmerservice war perfekt und wenn man ein kleines Anliegen hatte, wurde einem schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Relación calidad-precio fenomenal. Triple x 5 noches: 224€ reservado con un año de antelación. Ventajas: transporte ida y vuelta al muelle (día de llegada y salida); taxi más barato, 200 bahts por trayecto (para volver al hotel, les mandas WhatsApp y te lo envían). Toallas suficientes, agua potable para rellenar botellas. Café, Té, cacao y snacks todos los días. Personal amable y servicial, limpio. Piscina pequeña, pero nunca estuvo masificada. Bien situado para ir andando a Freedom beach y Shark Bay. Restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, 7/11... Gestionan excursiones.

Hay que cuidar un poquito las instalaciones (muebles rozados por el uso, grifos...). Tuvimos un percance al reservar con Niang un longtail. Acordamos los puntos de parada, las horas, el precio (500 bahts más caro que la semana anterior, cuando estuvo un amigo). Cuando nos sentamos en la barca, el boatman no sabía adónde ir, nos pedía mapa y no nos llevaba a Koh Nangyuang. Anulamos la excursión y la hicimos al día siguiente, por el mismo precio con otra persona (Taxi around Koh Tao by May), con agua y fruta. Una pena.

Está muy cerca de Chalok Bay, que es un lugar precioso y tranquilo para ver el mar, estar en la playa y disfrutar. Incluso hay una parte con hamacas y unas camas de cuerdas. Cerca está el restaurante "The sandwich lady" que vende comida increíble a buen precio. En el hotel te ofrecen llamar un taxi cada vez que necesites. Puede ser moto taxi (100 bht por persona) o un auto taxi (200 bht), es muy fácil de hacer, les hablas por whatsapp y un taxi viene por ti donde estes. Tambien puedes lavar ropa por 50 bht y arrendar snorkel por 200, lo cual recomiendo mucho y hacerlo en skark bay y/o tanote bay La chica que nos recibió era muy dulce, atenta y hablaba increíble inglés, estamos muy agradecidos con ella💙 También está al lado de la empresa de buceo Ocean Sound, con la que hicimos buceo y todo resultó increíble (aprox 75 usd por persona a traves de getyourguide) La guinda de la torta es que nos dieron un snack diario diferente, además de café y té, todo muy rico!

Lo único malo fue que cuando llegamos al pier no estaba el taxista para recogernos, por lo que intenté comunicarme con ellos y no pude a traves de booking. Sin embargo, cuando les hable por whatsapp me respondieron de inmediato y en menos de 10 minutos ya estaba el taxista ahi, por lo que finalmente todo resultó bien y la chica fue muy atenta con nosotros.

Leider war unser Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel waren recht alt, unter dem Waschbecken fehlte die Verkleidung, in der etwas undichten Dusche gab es Rost, etwas Schimmel und Kalkflecken. Bettlaken hatte Löcher.

Everything. Especially their hospitality. This is the best hotel I’ve been so far regarding staff and hospitality. They were super supportive. Even trying to help me with my transportation in Samui as that hotel wasn’t helpful. They gave us an amazing time by their kindness, support and caring. They did things that was not in their job description just to make us feel happy and enjoy our trip. This is one of the places and I would get back to over and over and over and I will suggest it to everyone who wants to really get the best in koh Tao. The building is not brand new, the facility is not luxury but the vibe, comfort, and the support you’ll get there is definitely the best

Such a great little hotel. Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble and so knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were a great size and immaculately clean. We stayed in a Quad family room for 3 nights and it was ideal for our needs and we were travelling with 2x teens. Fresh linen and tea/coffee stocks replenished daily and even some snacks were provided. Excellent location, easy access to everywhere on the island, lovely restaurants and beach access within a few mins walk and and the pool was a huge bonus given the cost of the room. We were even offered free transfers to and from the ferry port. The best stay across our month long trip.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my four trips to Koh Tao — even better than some luxury hotels I’ve stayed in, which were much more isolated and far from the real life and atmosphere of the island. The hotel is in a perfect location: far enough from the chaos and noise of Sairee Beach, but still close enough to everything, so you never feel too far away from the action. The pool was great, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel has everything you could possibly need on site: laundry service, snorkeling equipment rental, scooter rental, and more. It makes everything so easy and convenient. But what really made the stay special was the people. A huge thank you to the manager for his incredible kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care, and thank you as well to everyone working at the hotel. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel truly at home. After four trips to Koh Tao, I can honestly say this is probably my favorite hotel on the island. It has the comfort and quality you would expect from a much more expensive place, while still being perfectly located to enjoy the island and its atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Tao!

Das Personal war superfreundlich, sie sprechen sehr gut englisch und sind sehr am Wohl der Gäste interessiert. Wir bekamen viele tolle Tipps als Familie für Schnorcheltouren und uns wurde sehr geholfen beim Buchen eines Tagesausfluges. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird allerdings sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung geachtet.

Cet hôtel est un bon point de chute a koh tao. Les chambres sont modernes et bien équipées. Le personnel est sympathique et fait tout pour faciliter la vie : excursions, linge et transport. Nous avons utiliser leur service taxi vraiment bien et moins cher que les taxis sur l Ile. Il y a une fontaine d eau pour recharger gourdes et bouteilles. Me alojé en una habitación triple con mi familia; mi estancia en la isla fue de casi una semana. Respecto a calidad-precio, creo que es imbatible. Todo facilidades para aconsejarte y contratar excursiones. Disponen de un servicio gratuito de transfer al puerto y de taxi por 200 bahts el trayecto. La bahía de Chalok es ideal si vas en familia.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben uns in dem sauberen und hellen Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Bett war sehr bequem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben sehr viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen erhalten. Hilfe gab es auch jederzeit. Lage ist nicht mittendrin, aber für uns genau richtig.

Gute Lage mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Strände sind 10-20 Minuten entfernt. Kann man gut Laufen. Gute Zimmer. Pool rund um die Uhr benutzbar, was sehr toll ist. Wäscheservice für 50 Baht pro Kilo. Sehr nettes und gut organisiertes Personal. Kostenloser Shuttle vom Hotel zum Pier und zum Hotel wenn man ankommt und abreist. Freedom Beach ist der Beste Strand zum Schwimmen in der Nähe.

Unfreundlicher Hotelfahrer. Wir sind angekommen und er hat nicht beim vereinbarten Treffpunkt gewartet. Als er dann kam, hat er gesagt wir sollen ihm folgen und ist sehr schnell weggegangen ohne auf uns zu warten.

The beds and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. Our shower did not drain properly and leaked each time we used it.

Hotel nella parte più tranquilla dell'isola, staff molto disponibile e cordiale, navetta gratuita da e per il porto, piscina sempre a disposizione, camera davvero molto ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario.

La pulizia della camera andrebbe migliorata, sarebbe comodo avere una navetta a disposizione per le varie spiagge. Purtroppo quella dell'hotel è sempre impegnata al porto e trovare un taxi diventa un'impresa eccezionale (e molto costosa).

El hotel es sencillo. La habitacion comoda y limpia y bastante amplia. El personal es muy amable y ofrecen servicio gratuito al puerto. Alli mismo puedes alquilar equipo de snorkel, alquilar moto a buen precio y contratar servicio de lavanderia. La ubicación me gustó mucho, hay muchos restaurantes y bares. La playa de Chalok esta a 5 min y muchas playas que merecen la pena a 5 min en moto

Au top ! Hôtel super bien situé. La chambre était nickel, la piscine ouverte 24/7. Le personnel est très sympa, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a directement donné une feuille regroupant les endroits/restaurants/plages où aller. Service de Taxi pour l'arrivée et le départ gratuit. Le must : service de taxi également disponible pour les clients à moitié prix minimum par rapport aux taxis de l'île !

Super amables y hospitalarios. Nos recogieron del puerto y nos llevaron gratis cuando nos fuimos. Cada dia nos daban snacks y nos ofrecieron facilidades para alquilar moto y conocer restaurantes y playas de alrededores. Muy contentos

La struttura è molto carina e le camere sono molto ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario. Ci sono a disposizione comode borracce da riempire al bisogno e giornalmente vengono forniti the, caffè e snacks sempre diversi. I ragazzi della reception sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili: a loro va un ringraziamento speciale!

Hotelito recomendable para alojarse en Koh Tao. Está en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo, de la zona principal para hacer los tours,escuelas de buceo (recomiendo la escuela DPM con Pedro)... Alquilan motos x 200 el día una 125 cc y sin necesidad de dar el pasaporte y la colada la hacen x 50 bath/kg lo cual está genial e hicimos uso de ello. La piscina está muy bien. El sitio es limpio y el personal es agradable. No es un resort pero calidad precio está muy bien. Tiene un sitio casi enfrente para desayunar q recomendamos Croissant and Co! y para comer/cenar también! Luego un poco más abajo a la derecha saliendo del hotel está Matchima con comida tai muy buena. 7/10

Las camas son súper duras para nosotros los europeos, fue el único fallo, q no las encontramos nada cómodas. También habían chinches de cama que picaron a mi hijo y a otros alojados allí porque lo comentamos con otros huéspedes. Avísamos y nos cambiaron las sábanas y todo. La iluminación es muy pobre en la habitación, la luz del baño muy tenue y x la tarde hace subidas y bajadas todo el rato y molesta un poco

Ну просто чудесненько! Встретили на пирсе, заранее списавшись по времени. По приезду welcome drink! Всё расскажут, покажут, посоветуют. Есть небольшой бассейн, с вполне нормальной глубиной, тень у бассейна, сушилка тут же, шезлонги. В номерах всё чисто, есть чайные принадлежности. В душевой напор горячей воды на отлично. Завтраки в отеле не предусмотрены, но есть едальни по соседству. Так же 7/11 два в шаговой доступности. Не первый раз на острове, жил в разных местах, но этот отель считаю идеальным по соотношению цена-качество.

El personal ha sido super agradable, están dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que puedan y a hacerte la estancia más cómoda. Bien ubicado cerca de algunas playas, y a nada en moto del centro. Tienen servicio de alquiler de moto en el mismo hotel, tuve un problema con la mía y en 10 minutos ya me habían recogido y me la sustituyeron sin cobrarme ningún extra. Incluso un día me regalaron un tupper de sandia. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación limpia, aperitivos y café en el minibar diarios gratuitos, aire acondicionado, ventilador, una piscinita abierta las 24 horas... Y muy bien de precio, 100% recomendable

La única pega que le puedo poner es que la cama es un poco dura, pero según me han comentado es lo normal en esta zona, y si te molesta la luz por la mañana, amanece muy temprano, y las cortinas no tapan del todo la luz

We started with receiving very helpful cheat sheets with all necessary information about beaches, recommended restaurants and contact information. The room was very spacious and clean. The inner pool was a good relaxation point after the day and it was open till 11 PM! One more surprise was a free cold water available at any time during the day from the water dispenser. Overall a very nice experience I can recommend to everyone. We had to book two different rooms due to its availability so I will make two slightly different (cons section) reviews :)

Water under the shower was leaking into the rest of the bathroom so the floor around was a little bit wet. Nothing that could not be stopped by towels :)

AC was slightly underperforming so it had to be set as low as possible. But the fans on the ceiling were doing it's job. Water pressure was not the best due to leaking shower head.

Zaczynamy od powitalnego schłodzonego napoju, następnie zameldowanie i dokładne instrukcje i porady gdzie się udać, co zobaczyć. Nie musisz się martwić o nic, obsługa wszystko załatwi, łącznie z wycieczkami czy praniem, a to wszystko w normalnych lokalnych cenach. Pokoje czyste, nie ma robactwa ale przy zameldowaniu są dokładne instrukcje czego unikać aby go nie sprowadzić. Kawa, herbata, czajnik i codziennie inne przekąski. Transport darmowy z i do nabrzeża, będąc w obiekcie śmiało pieszo można udać się na pobliską plażę bądź około 20 minut na punkt widokowy i plaże Freedom 1 i 2. Cudowne tajskie knajpy czy sklepy, masaż, fryzjer maksymalnie 5 minut od obiektu.

Zapachy w łazience ale w tej cenie nie można mieć wszystkiego.

Uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war ideal, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden, und auch der Poolbereich hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Besonders positiv ist uns der herzliche Empfang aufgefallen inklusive eines kleinen Willkommensgetränks und einer ausführlichen Einführung zur Insel mit hilfreichen Tipps. Außerdem konnten wir direkt über die Unterkunft unkompliziert einen Roller mieten und an der Rezeption Schnorchelsets gegen eine kleine Gebühr ausleihen.

Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die uns gestört hat, war der starke Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Etwas, das in Thailand allerdings nicht ungewöhnlich ist.

We had a really nice stay here! The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff is extremely friendly. For us it was the perfect place for our stay in Koh Tao: - Easy rental of Scooter via Hotel (we had ours within 5 min) - We could rent snorkel gear - Perfect location: away from the busy areas around the pier but still close enough, maximum 15 min drive to every point on the island - An excellent, local diving school (Do Waan Diving) is just next door, which was super convenient

Le personnel est très serviable et au petit soin ! Ils vous expliquent l’île et ce que vous pouvez y faire ! Nous avons également énormément apprécié le fait qu’il y avait le transfert au port compris ! En partant une fois arrivés au port nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous avions oubliés des choses à l’hôtel et quelqu’un du personnel a fait au plus vite pour nous les ramener ! Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Le ménage est fait avec soin, les dames y passent du temps et je tiens à souligner la propreté de la chambre où il n’y avait rien à redire ! Il y avait la clim et un ventilateur ce qui est parfait vu la chaleur. La piscine était calme ! Nous avons loué un scooter via l’hôtel et c’était très bien ! Il y a pleins de commerces et restaurants devant et côté de l’hôtel donc c’est parfait ! A un moment nous avons eu des odeurs de remontées d’égout dans la soirée hors des horaires de réception, le personnel est arrivé aussi vite que possible et a très bien réglé le problème !

La chambre n’est pas au top de sa modernité, la salle de bain est un peu ancienne mais cela n’empêche pas de passer un très bon séjour ! La piscine est un peu à l’ombre mais pareil cela n’est pas dérangeant !

Alojamiento muy limpio, con una pequeña piscina. El personal muy amable y te ayuda con todo lo que necesites. Necesitas moto, ya que está un poco en tierra de nadie, pero ya lo reservé sabiéndolo.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen: Das hotel ist das aller beste Hotel, dass ich bisher besucht habe in Thailand. Das Zimmer ist richtig süß eingerichtet und ist mega sauber. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und weiß was es tut. Die haben alles gut organisiert sodass man sich um nichts darum kümmern muss. Was mir am besten gefallen hat ist dass wen man den Zimmerservice nicht nutzen möchte dass sie trotzdem ein Korb vor dem zimmer hinterlegen mit Handtücher Smacks und Toilettenpapier. Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und organisieren alles auch per WhatsApp. Ich war sogar in einem anderem hotel weil ich länger bleiben wollte da das hotel komplett ausgebucht war. Und selbst da helfen sie weiter falls man zb ein Taxi braucht. Als wirklich Top Arbeit!

El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Todo estaba muy limpio y tienrn servicio de lavanderia y alquiler de motos con otro negocio local que tambien nos trato muy bien.

Las camas son muy duras y estas alejado del centro, pero solo son 5 o 6 minutos en moto.

People were friendly and helpful. Explained things patiently on check in. Good restaurants close by. Dough and crossiants & ko good options to eat. Matchima for Thai food is excellent. Few massage places are close by. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning done everyday but remember to put the cleaning sign before 12 pm. AC effective. Good water pressure. Swimming pool is clean. Motorbikes can be rented directly via resort (they have a tie up with someone). Good bikes at standard rates. Pick up and drop to pier for via car was good. Car taxi at standard THB 200 is available if needed, just give them 30 mins notice. Lotus beach bar at sairee is good for fire show at 7 pm onwards. Weather was cloudy so did not experience any sunset at sairee beach. Visit freedom beach and view point, do the snorkelling trip and for diving check out ocean sounds (they also do yoga classes)

No view or balcony. Pillows could be more comfortable.

Amazing welcoming, warm and very helpful staff!

Staff were polite in receiving and arranging facilities. Very impressed. They really treat guests very well. Very understanding ahead of the visitors and what they would need and made every attempt to make them feel comfortable.

Would have been better if breakfast facility is offered. But again none on the island offers it.

Der Service war sehr gut und alles sauber. Besonders der Empfang ist hervor zu heben und der pick up Service vom Hafen! Die Zimmer waren schön ruhig und gemütlich ☺️ auch der Wasserspender ein Segen !

The staff was really nice and the place comfortable!

Had a great stay at MAR24 on Koh Tao. Free shuttle to and from the Pier was great. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality stood out. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They had small touches like daily snacks, and even surprised me with fresh fruit one day, which was a really nice gesture. Laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient, and their scooter rentals were easy, fair, and hassle free. Overall, everything just worked smoothly. Great service, good value, and a really positive experience all around. I’d definitely stay here again.

Tanto el personal como las instalaciones

Perfecta ubicación, personal muy amable, muy buena limpieza. Hotel muy cómodo

El hotel está genial, para mi, la única pega es que la mampara de la ducha, tendrían que cambiarla.

La proximité avec la plage, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre. Les excursions sont très bien organisées, ainsi que la prise de taxi. Le fait qu’on vienne nous chercher au port et nous ramenez et un vrai plus.

Petits points négatifs : un peu bruyant le soir mais le personnel n’y peut rien et un petit déjeuner dans l’établissement aurait été appréciable mais ne gâche pas le voyage.

We liked all, especially the staff (apoligies, I forgot your name). He welcomed us with perfect drinks, guiding us with the hidden beaches at Koh Tao, and helped us to sort out with other things, including taxi. Moreover, they were proactive and reached out to us prior to our arrival asking if we need a free pick up from thr pier, the highest level of hospitality! I absolutely fell in love with this island and hotel, and hope to revisit it again!
