היחס של marcio היה מעל ומעבר. הוא נתן מענה גם לבקשות לא שגרתיות. היינו שמחים לחזור. החדר היה נוח, כולל מטבח קטן ושימושי. מאוד נקי. הנכס כלל גזיבו שנעים לשבת בו. אירוח ידידותי לשומרי שבת.

Everything was nice, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning made it even more pleasant in such hot weather. All the kitchen utilities were there so you can cook if you’d like, the shower is big enough though I’d like to mention that the knob is a bit sensitive so turn it slowly because the temperature changes very quickly. Other than that everything was exactly as expected and as in the photos. The landlord communicated everything with us and was always available for additional questions and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Estaba en la periferia, que es lo que queriamos para poder aparcar sin problemas. En la puerta de la casa había plazas de aparcamiento siempre, pero la estancia máxima era de 2 horas a 1,20€. Gracias a un pequen̈o truco pudimos tener el coche aparcado todo el tiempo necesario, obviamente pagando. El alojamiento para un par de días no està mal, cumple su función.

Esto es para gustos, pero las almohadas eran demasiado duras, gracias a que nosotros llevabamos las nuestras. Otro pero se lo pondría a la funda nórdica, que no era de algodón y, por tanto, daba calor.

La zona comun con barcacoa y cocina es muy agradable. Las camas y almohadas muy comodas y todo muy limpio. Facilidad para entrar con el codigo de la puerta y buen aire acondicionado

Aunque no es un problema si vas en coche es mejor dejarlo aparcado ya que encontar sitio para aparcar no es tan facil pero los taxis y uber son muy economicos

El sitio tiene historia y es curioso

Poleciłabym to miejsce każdemu! Wszystko czyste, bardzo wygodnie, przytulnie i bezpiecznie. Wlaściciel sprawia, że czuje się jakby przyjechało się do własnej rodziny! Przemiła energia i atmosfera, którą czuć zaraz po przekroczeniu progu bramy!

I really liked this location for a rest day on the Camino in Porto. The room was great to catch up on sleep and rest.

A little farther away from the tourist activities of Porto, but that was OK for me

A bit far from the city centre, but ubers are very affordable.

O proprietário fui muito prestável e atencioso e inclusive preparou um guia muito útil sobre a cidade do Porto. Tanto o alojamento como o jardim exterior eram muito agradáveis. A localização era tranquila e bem comunicada. Um alojamento altamente recomendável.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het huis was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. We voelden ons direct welkom. Zeker een aanrader! Huisje is ongeveer 30 minuten lopen vanaf de binnenstad. OV of Uber werkt gemakkelijk.

Everything. The accomodation is wonderful, cozy, brilliant vibe, it's like an oasis in the city. The room itself was super clean and nice. But most importantly the host: Márcio treats you in a way that you feel at home instantly. He took care of us in every possible way, he is super kind and caring and we felt as if we were visiting an old friend. Can't recommend enough.

The apartment was small but was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. The room could be made quite dark to sleep. The host was very responsive and super friendly, sharing tips with us of what to do in the area. There was also some Port and coffee pods provided, which was very nice! There was free parking in the weekend.

The AC was dripping water, what made an annoying sound in the night. We reported this in the morning. The host indicated that he identified the problem and we are convinced he will get it fixed for future guests

Ficamos satisfeitos com a localização, o fácil acesso e principalmente a receptividade, pois chegamos um pouco antes do previstos e fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados.

Great affordable accommodation in Porto. The location is great. Not too far from the city centre. There is a market 400 meters away from the hotel.

I would recommend putting guest towels on the bed, which is standard, and not in the small bathroom cabinet. We just randomly found them.

Mi estancia en Porto Island fue una experiencia excelente, destacando especialmente su ubicación privilegiada, perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad con comodidad. El lugar es precioso, tranquilo, limpio y muy acogedor, además de transmitir una gran sensación de seguridad en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de los aspectos más destacables fue la amabilidad de Marcio, quien estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde la llegada, durante toda la estancia y también en el regreso a casa, ofreciendo una atención cercana y excepcional. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable, 100%

Es muy cómoda la casa , es pequeña pero acogedora, está ubicada en la zona financiera de Oporto,hay conexión de autobuses .Excelente atención de Marcio.

Le gérant a été très gentil et accueillant. Le cadre est agréable pour y passer des soirées et des nuits tranquilles loin de l'agitation de la ville. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

Nos ha gustado todo en general, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días confortables.

Les maisons sont très agréables avec un petit espace extérieur pour prendre les repas, sécher du linge. Le quartier n'est pas touristique et un petit peu excentré mais bus fréquents proches.

A casa é muito confortável, com tudo o que um viajante precisa para passar alguns dias no Porto. Tem mercado perto e, apesar de ficar longe do centro e do metro, tem algumas linhas de ônibus em uma parada próxima. Recomendo a estádia!

Well located in a more residential area, quiet and with a secured and independent entrance. The house is small but has everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby, Casa da Música is only 15min walking distance, and the historic district is also easily accessible. If you like walking, you can go towards the river and follow the path (walking or cycling).

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, auch die Terrasse ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsort am Abend. Eine kleine Kochecke ist vorhanden, die Ausstattung und das Kochequipment aber eher unvollständig. Der Kontakt zum Betreiber läuft weitestgehend per WhatsApp. Der Zugang erfolgt per elektronischem Zahlenschloss.

Die Unterkunft liegt mind. 30 min von den Touristischen Aktivitäten entfernt. Der nähste Bahnhof ist 20 min Fußweg entfernt. Abends hatten wir in der Gegend nicht das beste Gefühl. Das preisleistungsverhältnis passt für unser empfinden nicht ganz.

A very nice little apartment. Comfortable bed, equipped with everything we needed. The location is a short walk to a supermarket and we parked for free only a street away. Although we didn't meet the host, he assisted us with check in. Its quite private and secure, and very clean.

A photo of the front of the property always a helps with check in, so i would have liked to see this.

Хороший номер для путешествия. Оборудован всем необходимом: как кофе приготовить так и английский завтрак :). Наличие кухонного оборудования и холодильник, чайник, тостер, микроволновая печь и тд. Все супер. Кондиционер работал исправно, хороший WI-FI. Наличие парковки (уличная) всегда можно найти прям напротив дома, в ночное время всегда пусто. Днём платная, по 0.6€ час. Очень удобно и дёшево.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. L'accès à celui-ci est facile grâce au code transmis par anticipation par le propriétaire. Propriétaire réactif. Très bon emplacement, proximité des bus et du métro.

Me encantó la experiencia, Marcio es un anfitrión ideal y seguro que repetiremos. La ubicación es ideal porque estás cerca pero un poco apartado (ideal para aparcar si vienes en coche) La casita es una monada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días ideales por Porto, además los pequeños detalles de Marcio lo hacen un anfitrión muy atento y agradable

Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Einlass ohne Rezeption war ideal. Erdgeschoss, 1 Fenster zum Innenhof. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht. Das Zimmer/Bad hat alles, was du brauchst. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht so richtig. Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kaffemaschine. Geschirr vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wirkte sauber. Wenn du den ganzen Tag unterwegs bist, dann reicht es. Für Leute die gerne im Apartment Zeit verbringen, ist es etwas zu kleinund es fehlt der Ausblick. Im Innenhof kannst du gemütlich draußen essen oder ein Getränk zu dir nehmen. Pluspunkt: Eine süße ältere Anwohnerin hängt dort ihre Wäsche auf und spricht und lacht ohne das wir beide ein Wort verstehen :D Ich fand es gut!

Excelente apartamento. El sitio y la ubicación es perfecta. Muy bien para aparcar sin problema, el centro está relativamente cerca para quien anda. Y sino super bien comunicado con bus y Uber. Repetiría sin duda. Marcio es encantador y lo hace todo super ameno y sencillo.

Quite, nice place with good access to city center and beach

The quiet private street where the apartments are located has a beautiful whimsical patio area. The apartment is very clean and modern, and has everything you need for feeling at home. It's the perfect place for exploring Porto and still being able to relax in the evening with all the comfort and privacy. Plus, a female solo traveller, I felt very safe there. Even though I didn't have the chance to meet the host, he was very helpful and easy to get in contact with.

The apartment is not in the city center and the closest metro station is ca. 15 minutes away by foot, so it's something to take into consideration everytime you need to move to the city center. The Porto's airport is very close to that part of the city, so you might hear airplanes passing by in the night.

It’s a comfortable small apartment, it has everything you need, it was clean and well maintained, the location is very calm and residential, Marcio acted very professionally when I told him about a small issue. Very much recommended

The room was very clean, well-groomed and comfortable. The building is freshly renovated, all equipment works very well.

Cosy & well equipped. Close to bus lines into centre and to beach. Quiet nights sleep.

Electronic entry system a bit temperamental.

Charming accommodation, the place was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Nice communal courtyard, perfect to relax outside in the sunshine and with some fairy lights at night. Easy access with a code. Marcio is an exceptional host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The carafe of port was a nice extra touch!

The location is a bit far from the historical centre but easy to access within 30 minutes by public transport, also easy to get to Foz to enjoy the ocean.

It was perfect for my stay.

It was not near any coffee shop or restaurant but I could order an Uber or Bolt to go anywhere I wanted at a very low rate.

We stayed in Porto Islands for more than a week. We enjoyed our stay! In this little apartment we had everything we needed during our stay (we were enjoying Portuguese snacks/foods mainly outside). The location is a bit far from city center and all restaurants, however with using Uber/Bolt (quite cheap), we could reach out to what we were looking for! The communication with the host was perfect: he is welcoming and whenever we had questions, he was promptly sharing information and helping us.

Everything was great. Only thing we had a bit annoyed with was noise from street/plane but was manageable😊

The Porto Island is incredible. Everything was just perfect. Such a nice little house. Super equipped kitchen. Very, very clean. Everything we needed to have a good stay in Porto. Also good price for what you get.

Quietness

The location was excellent, just 20 minutes from the ocean and about 25 minutes to the city center, with a metro station only a 10-minute walk away. There was also a grocery store 5 minutes away on foot and several cafés nearby, such as LeMatin Café Bistro, which was very good. The apartment was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything I needed.

The sun almost never shone into the room, which is beneficial in the summer months but not ideal for winter.
