Will not recommend! Don’t understand why it had good reviews. The resort was dark and empty when we arrived at 10am. The check in counter in the cafe area was shut. We were lucky to come across a male staff who was on his phone and we asked him for help. He grudgingly called another staff (lady) who initially told us that check in was only at 3pm. Then 10min later she said (on the phone) that we can check in. We came back to the resort at 6pm and it was completely deserted. At 7pm we needed help with something but could not find a single staff or guest as we walked through the whole place searching for someone. The whole resort was dark. There was no one! There was also no telephone in the room or anywhere for us to call for staff. We did not feel safe as two ladies so we left immediately even though we had paid for the room. Very disappointed!

Reviewed Nov 10, 2019

Reviewed Aug 13, 2019
