La chambre était plutôt luxueuse.

Rien ne pourrait être amélioré. Personnellement j'ai passé une nuit très reposante.

Ca faisait longtemps que je n'étais pas venu, et c'est toujours aussi bien. Le personnel est super sympa, l'emplacement est parfait et surtout c'est toujours aussi charmant. On n'est pas du tout dans hôtel impersonnel. Les chambres sont différentes, elles sont belles et en plus confortables et calmes.

l'Hôtel est très agréable, parfaitement situé au centre de la ville. L'accueil est parfait, l'espace petit déjeuner extérieur très mignon.

uniquement de tout petits détails : pas de lumière au plafond dans la pièce centrale , pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains, pas de thé à côté de la bouilloire

gemütlches schönes Zimmer, Klimaanlage UND/ODER Deckenventilator! farblich wunderschöne Tapeten, großartige Lage mitten im Stadtgeschhen, doch gehobenerer Stadtteil, sehr angenehm! fußläufig Hafen, (repräsentative) hauptgeschäftsstraßen, gelich um die ecke zwei mega locations zum kaffeetrinekn und gesundes+lecker drinks Food.... Frühstück wahlweise zum klimatisierten Raum in einer lauschigen Balkon-Laube, einzigartig. Nettes kleines Frühstück, eher Italian Style. Wir konnten aber auf Nachfrage eine Auswahl an glutenfreiem Gebäck!! bekommen und Eier! und die Servicekraft: super lieb, süß... einfach herzig ... wie alle Angestellten dort! ♥ unten gab es einen großen Lounge Bereich zum Abkühlen... mit Liebe u. Kunst ausgestattet ach ja, wir hatten ein Motorrad draußen stehen. mussten keine Angst haben vor Diebstahl, es ist eine richtig 'gute' Gegend !!

etwas mehr Obst zum Frühstück viellt. ? mehr Saft? leider kein käse frisch. Aber man konnte ja auch das Frühstück abwählen und außerhalb nehmen.... für uns hat's gepasst.

Die Lage war prima um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends was essen zu gehen. Das Ambiente im alten Stadthaus mit der Suite war toll. Alles schön geräumig, allerdings das Bad ziemlich klein. Treppenhaus ohne Fahrstuhl und Stufen teils ziemlich ausgelaufen!

Frühstück wurde an den Tisch gebracht, da hatte man keine Wahl. Alles abgepackt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, wenn sie da war.

Prima Lage zwischen Hafen und Einkaufsstrasse. Nicht verwechseln mit dem Cafe Central in der selben Strasse. Viel Kunst im Haus, der Hotelier ist der Künstler, schön!

Bellissima la posizione il confort della camera spaziosa e silenziosa ben illuminata con abbondanti prese elettriche la struttura in stile retrò originale.

Purtroppo non posso dare soddisfazione al 100% in quanto la pulizia della cameranon era al top, la sera al rientro non era soddisfacente,ho trovato residui di alcuni biscotti caduti e son rimasti li per tutta la durata del soggiorno in bagno ancora i capelli a terra il che fa pensare che la camera non era strat spazzata o aspirata ma solamente il minimo del cambio biancheria e tutto questo mi dispiace perche la struttura mi piace molto e tornerei sicuramente.La scala bella ma lunga, ma non la cambierei

L’hotel è molto accogliente, pulito e in una posizione fantastica. Lo staff é stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo! Ottima la posizione vicino al porto e al centro.

No lift, only stairs. So hard to manage if you have a lot of luggage. I requested a change of room to the first level so I didn’t have to take my luggage up one more set of stairs. The accommodated my wishes but some maintenance is required in the room I was moved to.

L’hôtel était magnifique, avec une décoration superbe et très artistique. Les nombreux tableaux, les meubles soigneusement choisis et l’ambiance chaleureuse créent un cadre où l’on se sent immédiatement bien Le personnel est également très agréable, gentil et attentionné, aussi bien à la réception que parmi les personnes chargées du ménage. Tous sont très serviables, à l’écoute et disponibles. L’emplacement est idéal et contribue également au charme de l’établissement. J’ai passé un très agréable séjour et j’y retournerai certainement avec grand plaisir !

Well located for Bastia's sights and restaurants, although a bit of a walk to the citidal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Art work on walls was novel (for a non French person) but I did recognise the sketch of Johnny Halliday and Francoise Hardy(?).

Car parking difficult, with a free car park situated a difficult drive (although a short walk up steep steps!) away.

Arrivée en autonomie car débarquées du ferry de Île d'Elbe à 21h00, mais la communication était parfaite. Petit hôtel de famille comme on les aime, en plein centre ville avec facilité de garer la voiture presque en face (même si payant mais en plein centre tout de même). Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres mais cela fait le charme de l'hôtel. La chambre est vraiment incroyablement belle décorée avec goût et dans le détail, très propre, on se croyait arriver en invitée dans la famille ou même au temps de Napoléon ;)). Les sanitaires parfaits, très propres. Nous n'avions pas pris de petits déjeuners mais il y a de belles petites terrasses pour se détendre et un coin avec de belles créations artistiques. La réception est serviable, rencontrée par hasard en ville et très empathique et bienveillante. Pour mon prochain arrêt à Bastia, j'y retournerai... c'est certain..

Hotel Central is set in a beautiful district of Bastia, cafes and boutiques all around. The hotel is stunning and we had 3 rooms, each beautifully created with unique character. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon efficient and the showers powerful. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and charming.

This was not an issue for us, but there is no lift.

Just back from a couple of weeks in Corsica and spent a couple of nights in this charming, independent hotel at the end of our visit. We hadn’t planned to stay in Bastia and found the hotel at the last minute. As a family of 5 (18, 16 and 10) we were in 3 rooms over 3 floors but the kids loved that. The rooms were all well sized, very individual, spotlessly clean, well furnished and full of the character of this old building in central Bastia. Our rooms either looked over the street (with nice balcony) or over the small, central courtyard with lovely plants growing up through it. The hotel’s location is excellent being 5 minutes walk from the train station, surrounding by many individual shops, cafes and restaurants and an easy walk from the old town, old port and citadel. There are a couple of car parks within 10 minutes walk. Electricity charging points aren’t common in Bastia, so check that out before you go. We had a drama at the end when we suffered a flight cancellation. The staff were really helpful in kindly blocking out some rooms in case we needed to extend, but in the end we got new flights so were able to leave that day. I would love to return for a city break, as Bastia had a lovely old Mediterranean, but also modern cosmopolitan feel to it. If we did, we would certainly plan to stay at the Hotel Central. Well done and thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

The hotel is located very close to everything that we wanted to see in Bastia. Also a design of the hotel is very nice.

I travel to 20-30 hotels worldwide each year. I've never experienced a hotel that, despite guaranteeing a reservation with my card on Booking.com, required me to sign an additional document stating that I was responsible for any damage to the room and required an additional guarantee on my card outside of Booking.com. The receptionist lied that every hotel in Corsica requires such a guarantee on the card. Then, when I told her that two days earlier we'd stayed at another hotel in Bastia that didn't require it, she pretended not to know what I was talking about. Furthermore, the hotel has poor soundproofing; all the rooms are located around the stairwell, so your sleep depends on how quiet the people in the stairwell are.

HOTEL ist im großen Teil durch Trekking Touristen besucht, die eine Maximum zwei Nächte bleiben. Die Aufenthaltsräume Bibliothek etc. sind neu sehr angenehm gestaltet sonst alles ist alt hat einen gewissen Charme

Hotel Central Bastia was an excellent choice for my one-night stay in Bastia. I was only passing through but enjoyed staying there. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was really helpful, including in providing info on airport transfers. My room was cute and details were thoughtful.

Lovely high-ceilinged room with twin beds, tranquil. Breakfast was very pleasant in an interior courtyard. The staff were personable and helpful. They gave us good recs for places to eat (the one place we ate that was not on their list was noticeably not as good!) and allowed us to hang out in the afternoon in the large ground-floor salon to charge our phones etc. even after we had checked out. The location is very convenient, walkable from where the airport shuttle drops you off and close to everything you'll want to see.

L hôtel est très mal insonorisé de l interieur comme de l extérieur. On entend tout en plus j ai eu la malchance d avoir les balayeuses qui sont passées en pleine nuit . L horaire du petit déjeuner : début à 7h30. Quand on commence à 8h, on mange au lance pierre. C'est la première fois que je vois un tel horaire. C est bien pour les vacanciers mais pas pour ceux qui sont en mission.

Das antik anmutende Hotel erinnert an Harry Potter Geschichten. Die Einrichtung ist ungewöhnlich. Genial ist die zentrale Lage. Für eine Nacht war es wirklich hervorragend. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (waren bequem) und es war relativ klein. Das Bad ist quasi in einem Schrank versteckt. Aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Wasserdruck, hat allerdings nicht genügt, damit ich dort Haare waschen hätte können. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben dort nicht gefrühstückt, allerdings sah der Frühstücksraum ausgesprochen hübsch aus. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen Parkplatz direkt in der Straße gefunden, kostet allerdings für einen Tag zwölf Euro.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, jedes Zimmer ist anders und das Hotel ist selbst ein Kunstwerk. Es liegt mitten im alten Zentrum und ist trotzdem ruhig
