The room and the view was good.

The room is not sound proofed and the bathroom is dated. We did not going to the bathroom through the kitchen.

Sofa was uncomfortable.

Our cabin had everything we needed, great space. Nice location. Friendly team.

Unit was lovely and clean. Late check in was easy.

Lovely clean rooms, linen and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen lots of heating options. Great wifi and smart tv options.

We couldnt find any smoke alarms which is a big concern for a young family or anyone!

The staff were very lovely and helpful, the spot was close to centre of town but far enough away that it felt nice and quiet. Great views and little garden area, perfect for a morning coffee :)

Cute functional chalet with good heating and internet. Close to the pools but still quiet in the night. Very comfy beds. Chill free parking right next to the chalets. Nice Staff.

The homey feel of the cabin is wonderful. Fresh towels and trash pick up each day is a nice freshen up. Accommodated us to stay an extra night; really appreciated!

It's an older looking motel, however, when you get inside, everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained with strong, hot showers and a super comfy bed.

Ummm - being picky here but maybe the outside could do with water blasting and a freshen up. But overall an excellent stay, thank you.

Hanmer Springs is a very small town; the thermal pool is the center of everything. We did enjoy our time staying at this property. It was a very quiet night, which brought us close to nature. We loved the hiking track nearby and the running route in the town. The property we chose was perfect for us as everything we needed was here.

We would recommend the owner to seperate the wet and dry parts in the bathroom.

Great heat pump, smart tv able to is our neon, u tube music etc. Good shower, quiet location. And motel is very clean.

Is a bit dated but reflected in the price and has all the modern conveniences. More so than a lot of more expensive motels.

Very cute little cabin that had everything we needed. Spacious and warm and cosy.

We really did enjoy our stay but always like a really good shower pressure, the shower was OK but not great pressure.

We liked that this motel was quiet and off the main street but still in walking distance of the pools, shops etc. Although the buildings are a little dated, the rooms have been nicely renovated, the bed was very comfortable with crisp linens, white towels, and toiletries supplied, and decent coffee mugs (important). Great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't really fault the place. It had a smart TV, however it seemed we needed to log in to our own account to use Netflix but we didn't remember the password. No biggie though as we watched a good movie on TVNZ+ :)

The room was nice and comfy, and had been pre-heated prior to our arrival. Everything functioned as intended and the staff were great too!

Cleanest rooms I've seen. Easy check in. Fully equipped with what you needed for your stay.

Shower pressure was a bit low and not that hot.

Warm and cosy, good amount of space. Modern TV was valued by the kids. Well stocked tea & coffee - plunger was valued.

We stayed in the middle of winter and found the room quick to heat and super comfortable, even during the early frosty mornings. The property was easy to access with parking right out the front of our room, and we were an easy short walk into town, which was great during cold weather.

The accommodation was large and comfortable with everything we needed.

Absolutely nothing

The little suite we had was really clean and fresh. We enjoyed the short walk to the hot pools in town. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other nearby accommodation. Effective heating in lounge and bedroom.

My only complaint is minor - poor quality tea bags!! I guess the place would be a bit small for a long stay but for our overnight it was perfect!!

This was an older motel unit. But well maintained and very functional. Excellant value for money. Cold wet weather but the heat pump kept us cosy. Good comfortable bed and hot shower. Microwave and elect oven and cook top.

Confusion about what constitutes as to foods that leave odours that they do not like you to cook. The slowness of elements to heat up on the range.

Beautiful location and people.

It was a perfect holiday.

The location was quiet with a good view. The room was warm . The kitchen was more than we expected. The shower was excellent. The TV was modern and the internet was very good.

The outdoor lighting was very good but there needed to be a curtain to block out the light from coming through the front glass door. There needs to be a expellair hood over the range. There needs to be an active fan over the shower.

- it's a nice and quiet area - the bed was very comfortable - the room was good - very good location (close to the village and local walks)

- there was one cheeky fly that didn't want to leave the room but other than that, the rest was great

Warm bright and clean. This motel is in a pretty spot, modest but very comfortable, spacious and was spotlessly clean.

The kitchen and bathroom are a little jaded but very clean

Cosy cabin with comfortable bed, great shower and in central location. Nice views from deck and easy walk yo town and hot pools.
