Las instalaciones aunque el primer día encontramos que estaba en obras una zona del hostel, el segundo día todo más ordenado y mejor. Buen desayuno/buffet Aunque muy ruidoso el ambiente, y un poco demasiado calor...sin poner aire acondicionado o los ventiladores en el comedor del desayuno La piscina muy agradable.

La carretera al salir no tiene arcén y es un poco peligrosa para caminar por ella.

Отличное место для отдыха с семьей, несмотря на небольшую реконстукцию это не принесло неудобств, расположение отеля удобное - рядом с центром, мы были на машине но можно дойти пешком, не шумно, удобные кровати - спала как младенец, просторный номер (отдыхали семьей с 2-мя детьми). Завтраки достаточно приятные, отличный вариант если вы приехали в Краби не сидеть в отеле а исследовать сам регион, мы уезжали после завтрака и возвращались перед сном

Literie très confortable, très bel hôtel, petit déjeuner vraiment bon sous forme de buffet. L'équipe est sympathique. La décoration est très mignonne avec les moutons. Télé connectée.

Faire attention à la route à pied pour aller en ville ou à la plage, assez dangereuse mais taxi peu cher.

The pool was an amazing refreshment and the rooms were really nice. The drinking system, were we could just refill the glassbottles was amazing and shows that they care about the environment.

After the shower, the floor didn't dry, and unfortunately, it was still wet the next day. But solvable with the towels and the staff was very helpful and gave us options to accomodate us.

The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. The staff members were incredibly accommodating, genuinely nice, and always greeted us with warm smiles. On top of the fantastic service, our rooms were kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and the breakfast selection each morning was delicious with plenty of great options to start our day.

We originally made a mistake when booking and accidentally chose this property instead of their sister location right on the beach. At first, we were a bit bummed to realize we were a 16-minute walk away from the sand—but honestly, the incredible service completely made up for it, and we ended up being so glad we stayed here!

Kokotel is a great hotel. I have stayed in many Kokotels around Thailand and I will continue to do so. They have the nicest staff and the best rooms. The bathrooms area also very nice and clean. The AC is perfect. The accommodations at Krabi Oasis are also great with the pool, breakfast, and location. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect as I have mentioned above by the ratings.. Would definitely go back to stay for longer then the last visit. Reception with the great service and helpful. Pool was good. Room was very spacious and very clean with all the facilities mentioned on booking.

Just the toilet was little too small and toilet seat next/close to the wall wasn't easy to sit and use.. Overall everything was perfect.

Les réceptionniste nous ont très bien accueilli avec un jus de bienvenue et on a même eu droit à une petite danse. Tout était parfait. Lors du check out, il y a la possibilité de laisser les valises au comptoir et profiter de la ville ou de la piscine puis de prendre une douche avant le départ ! 🧳

Todo, esta muy bien, lindas habitaciones, limpias, cómodas, el hotel está bien decorado, los que trabajan super amables y el desayuno muy variado y rico.

Está a 15 minutos andando hasta el centro, por decir algo, aunque a mí no me molestó para nada.

It was clean and modern. Also it close enough to the actions without being right in it.

Unfortunately we timed our visit during peak time and the amount we paid for the room was ridiculously high for what we got.

Breakfast is valuable, The pillow and bed are comfortable.

The location is far from the beach, but they provided shuttle bus to chain hotel nearby beach.

Bit of a walk if you are going to the other side near Ao nang beach

It was a spacious room with a nice balcony.

The room was a bit old and dirty and honestly just felt very expensive for what it was. It was a 10min walk from anywhere nice but there was very little sidewalk. Felt as though it was very expensive for the quality, compared to other regions of Thailand. If the price does not bother you it os definitely decent.

The breakfast was pretty good. The room was also quite clean, though the property seems aged. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff quite cooperative as well.

There is a big trash area right next to the main hotel entrance, and at the entrance to every floor - poor aesthetics. Seems more like a dorm/hostel than a hotel.

The reception area is big and welcoming, and the staff were extremely attentive! Although my check in time was at 3.00pm, the staff were able to allocate me an room half an hour earlier. The beds are also very plush and comfy and had a great night's sleep.

The location is a little ways away from the beach which isn't really an issue. The problem is that there isn't a pedestrian footpath, so walking to and from the center might not be the safest thing if you're with children. Not the hotel's fault. They do provide a free shuttle service though.

Its a little far away from the main area so you need to walk a bit to get to the main road. No lift access from the lobby. You need to go one floor down and then take the elevator

Lovely atmosphere, great value for money for a night or two. Lots of restaurants nearby, 6-7 minute walk to the main road if you miss booking a shuttle. Not a far walk from the beach either! Great stay overall.

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the shower didn’t work properly, just dripped and no hot water. Not great.

Room was slightly dated and situated just outside of the fire exit of the hotel. There was also a day where my room door was left open by housekeeping after cleaning which although was a mistake, made me feel abit uneasy. Shower was also cold some days too.

A tidy average hotel away from the centre. Good sized rooms (we were given connecting rooms instead of two separate ones). Pleasant reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast was good enough. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Windows to another budget hotel, so quite noisy in the evening. One room's shower leaked. Towels were washed.

Onze airco ging kapot, het personeel heeft dit wel meteen opgelost door ons een andere kamer aan te bieden. De douchekop ging ook kapot en hierdoor moest je de douchekop vasthouden minder praktisch.
