性价比很高，干净卫生 位置也好，前台很热情 没想到香港这个价钱有这么好的环境，以后会常来，也会介绍朋友过来

地方有点小，但是也能理解

VERGOGNA, Mi hanno fatto dormire in un TUGURIO di tre 3 mq ...metri quadrati ERA UN RIPOSTIGLIO. VOGLIO IL RIMBORSO DEI MIEI SOLDI.

They are smoking inside the building. The rooms smell like cigarettes

the room is very dirty! they did not change the linens and bedsheets that used by the previous renter, the garbage are all aroung the property. too many hairs in the toilet! walls are very dirty! ceiling are very dirty. the smell is very stinky! its very very disappointment specially for the travellers who have kids with them! we booked 2 nights with them! and i didnt stay even an hour in the property! they dont accept refunds!! before you post the property in your site, check the property if its really a good place to stay! its for you to check and to make sure that the hotel is clean and worth the money! me and my family just wasted money and a day in our vacation.

Hotel situado en pleno centro, cerca parada metro y zonas turísticas. Habitaciones con ventana y baño. Es una muy buena opción para lo que se puede encontrar en Hong Kong por ese rango de precios.

Cleaner room

The whole place smelled and was filthy. Nobody spoke English. Woman kept asking for my passport. A lot of strange people hanging around. I left the b and b and got another hotel. They didn't even call me to check why i didn't take up the booking. A refund would be good because the place was uninhabitable

Staff were very accommodating and moved us into a bigger room closer to family

ホテルの看板がないため場所が分かりにくい。部屋にタオルがなく、臭いも気になった。立地は良いので寝るだけなら安く泊まれる。

There was no towel, and no late night front desk clerk available, only a phone to call. The room smell smoke, same as the hallway. We had only one room key, which activated the AC. Coming back from a long June day, the room (as well as the hallway) was hot.

The location was great.. near MTR,near shopping centers...economically, decent, great value for money.

Rooms are small esp if for 2 persons.Not enough space to move esp. if with big luggage..but overall good stay

Small rooms. But was just ok. Was able to sleep soundly.

I like the location. Near MTR, bus stop is in front the hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Ladies night market is also very near.

The room was not very clean. We can still see lots of hairstrands. The bathroom has molds. But all in all it was just ok. The place is not for "hotel people".

Even though the space wasn't appropriate for 3 persons, we were able to manage. The staff was nice and helped us with all we need.

The toilet wasn't working, so we had to manually fill the toilet water dispenser or whatever you call that. It's a little inconvenient especially if we are rushing but overall we managed just fine. I just hope they fix it for the other customers to use.

Slightly near the centre

Very untidy, the receptionist gave us a used soap which we did not ofcourse accept. The curtains in our room were not cleaned and not hooked properly. The toilet bowl doesn't flush properly.The staff doesn't know how to speak english,it's hard to communicate. The gestures of the staff are rude.

The staff are very friendly. The check in process was very smooth. We arrived late but they gave us instructions on how to access the hotel. Do not expect Western style hotel rooms that are very spacious. If you are on a budget, this is value for money. The sheets are clean. The bathroom is small but it is clean and the water pressure is very strong. Hot water is working fine. We stayed for 5 days. The place is near a 7 Eleven and there is also a small convenience store and traditional Chinese fastfood restaurant at the lobby so we saved a lot of money by buying food there. The Ladies Night Market is also only two blocks away. The bus stop (N72) is right in front of the building. The MTR station is also a block away. I would definitely go back to B&B Mongkok for my next trip to HK.

There was a slight hint of tobacco smoke on our bed but we took care of it by rubbing Vicks vaporub on our necks so it masked the smell hahaha. But the tobacco smoke was gone on our second day.

There are no signs down on the ground floor so it is hard to find. It is not really a hotel as I would consider a hotel but like rooms to rent. The desk is often unmanned & the lady doesn’t speak English but used Google translate however she is helpful and if you are not too fussy the accommodation is adequate. A kettle in the room would be good. My room had no window. Over al it was ok.

The place is a bit hard to find. The lift don't have sensor so, so a lot of people get hit by the lift. We arrived there 12.15, the door is lock and the lady who manage the hotel is not there. Lucky other tenant that about to check out are there.So they open the door for us and told us that they also waited for the lady to check out and they already waited for 1 hour. So we're waiting the lady to come about 1 and half hour as we can not just leave our baggage unattended. She can not speak english. So i left my bag to her after she came as she said the room is not ready yet.I came back to hotel at 7.30pm. She said the room not ready as the previous tenant have late check out at 8pm. At 8pm, previous tenant told me there is a life rat in the room, which is very disgusting. Finally i can enter the room at 9pm. Interior room was old and looks dirty.I saw the towel, bed sheet, etc stored in the old dirty cupboard, washed and hanged in the window.I can not sleep very well as i'm scare that i will see the rat, insect or other animal. After that when we about to check out around 11 the lady is not there.So we went out and she said they will charge us more for late check out as our baggage is still in the room and we're checking in 9 pm which is very late. So i went back to hotel to take out my luggage and they entered the room without permission to clean the room. Really" bad experience.

除了房間有霉味不太好，其餘算是還不錯，香港的房間大小就是這樣了

Very convenient location, closed to everything. Room price is affordable.

老板人挺好的，很亲切，会主动询问我们的需求，比如是否需要伞和转接头等，普通话沟通无障碍。房间设施总的来说中规中矩，住的还算舒服。

We booked for 5 People. They said its a family room. We got only 1 single bed + 1 Queen bed and 1 handicapped sofa bed. 3 Blankets and 3 Pillows. So 1 Of us need to sleep on the floor. Then I know Its better to booked separate. When you came to HK.. Don't trust the title or caption of their room.

Close to shops, and restaurants. Room is clean but too small.

5月のGW中に1泊しました。この宿を選んだ理由は駅からアクセスが良く、女人街などのナイトマーケットに近いことです。 ただ、宿がビルの16階にあり、看板も出ていないので非常にわかりづらかったです。エレベーターがビルの奥に３基ありますので、住所と合致するビルの奥まで入って行ってみてください。中に看板が立てかけてあり、小さくB&BMongkokと書いてあります。入口はオートロックになっていますので、到着したらインターホンを押してください。フロントの人があけてくれます。ただし、フロント担当者は中国語しかしゃべれませんので、身振り手振りと簡単な英単語で意思疎通してください。部屋は狭い(荷物を広げるスペースはほとんどない)ですが清潔感があり、ドアもオートロックになっていて安い割に安心できるホテルだと感じました。共同の給湯器があり、水やお湯はそちらから各自とって飲むようになってました。バストイレは一つの空間にスリガラスで区切ってあり、シングルならいいけど２人以上だと一緒に泊まる人を選ぶかなと思います。 とりあえず部屋は寝るだけでいい、という方にはおすすめです。

香港旅行の際に使用致しました。 場所は少しわかりずらかったですが、私の場合特にホテルにこだわりもなく、シャワーがついていて、寝れればよかったので、こちらのホテルを選びました。 低価格で満足しています。

Great experience to stay in a capsule hotel whilst in Hong Kong ,the owner was very warm and helpful, the room was cute and cosy and the whole place sparkling clean. I loved staying there!! It is near everything ,the place is just right next to the MTR station shopping mall resturant ,there have laundry to do your washing on the grond floor .It couldn't be any better.”

This hotel was good for location. Depending how many guests, the room space is sufficient for Hong Kong standards. One thing I would suggest is the quality consistent. To provide new towels and the right amount for the number of guests in room. Also to provide more toilet paper. Hot water was not an issue as the whole building seems to be many hotels. I had stayed in another hotel in the same building and they had no hot water. No mold in bathroom sink or tiles. The staff were excellent in hospitality as they were full one night but managed to locate another hotel without our request. Check in and out was convenient. I would come back to this hotel depending the price as you can search for better value.
