Pretty little Riad, with spatial, nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms.Small pool was our favorite refreshment touch in hot afternoons, and there is a beautiful terrace for a perfect moment of zen before sleeping. And above all, the hospitality of our host Samir gave extra value to our stay. He assisted us with everything we have asked , so honestly and without any hesitating, as only friends do for friends!

I would like it even more if it would have more light, both during the day and night, but that’s just my personal taste. Location is around 20 - 25 min walking, which, after few times going back and forward, becomes shorter somehow

Het ontbijt was lekker maar voornamelijk deeg. Ik miste een beetje fruit. De confituur zat ook vol vliegjes.

Het was heel fijn gelegen, met 4 minuten was je al bij de souks maar je merkte niks van het lawaai. Ook was het dichtbij ophaalpunten. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. We moesten 2x vroeg op en konden eerder ontbijten. De laatste dag moesten we om 6.45 weg en hadden ze sinaasappelsap en broodjes voor ons verpakt. Echt een aanrader!

Als ik dan toch iets moet benoemen het zwembad, het nodigt niet echt uit om te zwemmen omdat er niet echt bedjes liggen om daarna op te liggen die zijn helemaal boven op het dakterras.

We arrived quite late in the evening and were greeted by the friendly staff. They had arranged with us before travel to have a home cooked meal on arrival which was excellent and so fresh. The room was lovely, a good size for two adults and our child and the bathroom had everything we needed. It is located about five minutes walk from the taxi drop off area and a short walk to the souks so it's in an ideal location. We didn't notice any excessive noise and would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also lovely, with a selection of different foods.

Everything was great for us

My fiancée and I had a really enjoyable stay at this riad and would happily stay here again. The location is very convenient. It is in a safe area and within walking distance of the souks and the Medina, while also being close to the newer part of Marrakech. This made it easy to get around and see different parts of the city. It was also very convenient for excursions, as tour transfer buses were able to pick us up nearby without any issues. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They gave us great recommendations for activities and places to visit, which made our trip even better. The riad itself is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace after a day of exploring the city. The included breakfast was a nice mix of pastries and local options, and it was something we appreciated every morning. Our room was comfortable, with a good bed and effective air conditioning, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this riad offers great value for money, kind and attentive staff, and a location that makes it easy to enjoy Marrakech. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our stay such a pleasant experience.

Ar condicionado não estava a funcionar devidamente

Quarto e casa de banho grandes. Fomos bem recebidos. O pequeno almoço era o normal como em todos Riads e incluía uns alperces o que é raro ter fruta por isso top. Imprimiram nos os boarding passes que é necessário para o aeroporto de marraquexe de graça! Muito agradecidos com a simpatia!

Localização da praça central é um pouco longe mas é numa zona menos confusa por isso vai depender da pessoa se é negativo ou positivo.

Il mio soggiorno di una sola notte è niziato con una accoglienza perfetta, con un thé alla meta tipico e alcuni biscottini. Avevo prenotato la cena nel riad e mi sono goduta un'ottima tajine pollo limone olive nella tranquillità assoluta del giardino. Il cibo era ottimo e molto abbondante per una sola persona (ci si mangiava in 3!) e loro sono stati molto gentili. La colazione è stata la migliore che ho fatto in 10 giorni di viaggio per il Marocco.

La camera era all'ultimo piano con un po' di scale da fare, ma nulla di troppo faticoso. Probabilmente avrei apprezzato la possibilità di far prendere aria alla stanza, mi dava l'impressione di essere stata chiusa da un po'. Ma era comunque ordinata e il bagno era stupendo!

Personale gentilissimo, ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione buona. Camera accogliente.

This riad is a lovely place with friendly staff, a comfortable bed, great breakfast and a very relaxing atmosphere. It is in a not so busy location in the Medina, and when you're in your room, it is very quiet. The rooftop terrace adds another zen-like place to the whole riad. The souk, attractions, palaces, mosques, shops and and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The staff will arrange airport pickup and drop off on request. All in all, I had a wonderful stay here!

Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in the room - I had to be near the door to get a weak but sufficient signal. The shower was only hot one day, the other days I showered with luke warm water, but it was okay what with the heatwave we were having.

Adorei este Riad! Todos os funcionários foram excecionais e muito simpáticos! A comida do pequeno almoço é imensa e super boa! O quarto muito limpo e ótimas comodidades! A água do banho é boa e quente! Há ar condicionado! Ótimo para andar a pé pela cidade, super seguro! 10/10

Pretty Riad, nice bedrooms, confortable beds, delicious breakfast and a pleasant rooftop. Good communication to reserve bedrooms. Great location in the medina.

The rooftop pillows could be a little neater maybe. But it is a lovely place to rest, read and sunbathe.

The Riad is beautiful with a lovely roof terrace area! The staff are extremely friendly and our room was cleaned everyday.

A Riad estava numa ótima localização, perto de umas das portas da Medina mas de rápido acesso à parte mais central, com souks, restaurantes, etc. Os funcionários foram sempre queridos, disponíveis e atenciosos - faço uma nota especial ao Samir, que confirmou que o guia de uma tour que iríamos fazer sabia exatamente como chegar à Riad e preparou o pequeno almoço mais cedo, fora do horário normal, para que pudéssemos comer antes de sairmos. As áreas comuns são muito bonitas e agradáveis e especialmente frescas - o que foi ótimo nos dias de mais calor. O quarto tinha boas áreas, com uma decoração bonita, camas confortáveis. A casa de banho era enorme. Tudo limpo e asseado. Organizámos com a Riad os shuttles de e para o aeroporto, que foram pontuais e seguros.

O quarto em que ficámos, no rés-do-chão, tinha as janelas e a porta viradas para o pátio onde passavam funcionários e hóspedes, para além de ser o sítio onde se tomavam os pequenos almoços. Por isso, quando precisávamos de ter privacidade, tínhamos de ter as portadas fechadas, o que fazia com quem não tívessemos luz natural. Isto não foi muito preocupante, porque passámos pouco tempo na Riad durante o dia, mas não é algo muito positivo. Para além disso, a localização do quarto fazia com que o barulho ouvido durante o período dos pequenos-almoços fosse bastante grande (entre as 9h e as 11h), o que tornava impossível dormir até mais tarde. Mas, de resto, não tenho mais nada negativo a apontar.

La atención del personal es excelente, te reciben con muchas ganas y muy amables, el desayuno espectacular, la habitación y el baño todo perfecto y muy limpio. Es muy tranquilo y se puede descansar muy bien. Por la mañana nos fuimos muy temprano y a pesar de ello Samir nos preparó el desayuno, muy atento. Muchas gracias, sin duda volveremos

Il personale è sempre disponibile e si adatta a tutte le richieste degli ospiti (colazione anticipata per escursioni o partenze all'areoporto). Riad super pulito e colazione eccellente.

Alcune stanze hanno le finestre sul cortile interno (un po' buie) capisco che puo' dare fastidio il rumore degli altri ma se non vi piace un ambiente familiare allora è meglio che prenotiate in un hotel!

Muito calmo, confortável, bom pequeno almoço e funcionários muito simpáticos.

Nada em específico, a casa de banho podia estar um pouco mais limpa e ouve-se algum barulho, tem pouco isolamento.

Frokosten, nesten bare søte kaker, vi ba om å få egg og fikk det så det halp litt, brødet var veldig tørt. Serverer ikke frokost på terassen. Ikke særlig hyggelig patio og stue. I stuen var det en veldig sterk, ubehagelig lukt. Beliggenheten, altfor langt å gå til interessante steder. Upersonlig og uengasjert mottagelse.

Mooie riad met prachtig groot dakterras met leuke zithoekjes.

Iets minder hartelijke ontvangst / service dan we van de andere riad in Marrakech (in zelfde prijsklasse) gewend waren. Maar pluspunt was wel weer dat we vroeger konden ontbijten in de keuken wegens vroeg vertrek, dus voordeel van de twijfel.

Le lieu est très joli et calme. Belle chambre, spacieuse, belle salle de bain. Le tout très propre. Bon petit déjeuner, copieux et servi avec le sourire.

Accueil un peu sec, la priorité c'est les passeports et le règlement ! Les amabilités c'est après...

Riad Zen House is a lovely little Riad to the north of the city inside the Medina. Communication was excellent, and it was clean and comfortable. For an additional fee, they arranged for airport transfers. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Frühstück, vor allem der Tee.

Im Innenhof/ Frühstück im April noch sehr frisch. Hier ist auch der kleine Mini-Pool.

Accoglienza ottima, abbiamo usufruito del servizio di taxi e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a trovare il Riad. Siamo state accolte con te e biscotti e abbiamo trovato molta apertura nei nostri confronti per ogni nostra necessità. Abbiamo mangiato uno dei migliori tajine e le colazioni erano davvero ottime. Molto apprezzato il servizio giornaliero di cambio asciugamani.

La doccia aperta può essere un po' scomoda ma non è stato un problema per noi. Non avrei altri lati negativi da segnalare!

Un riad familial avec une jolie terrasse bien équipée, le petit déjeuner est local, copieux et bon .les plats proposés sont copieux et savoureux.

Das Riad ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, es gibt sehr leckeres Frühstück, eine tolle Dachterasse und das Personal ist super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles :)

Riad très charmant avec un super accueil ! On est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport ! Et à l’arrivée Samir nous a trouvé un véhicule de location pour notre séjour ! Le petit déjeuner est varié ! L’emplacement est très bien malgré la distance de 25min à pied de la place Jemaa el fna cela se fait très bien et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité dans le quartier même lors de nos retours à pied la nuit on recommande vivement !

Nous aurions apprécié un emplacement plus proche des lieux touristiques mais cela ne nous a pas gêné finalement

No natural light in our room. Door to bathroom was hard to open once you are in.

We left really early so we weren't able to enjoy the breakfast but the staff was so kind they prepared us a small breakfast to go for the next morning. It was really great and we appreciated the gesture. The room was very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice and had everything we needed. We loved the architecture. 10/10 stay and would recommend to everyone coming here. Check in was super simple. When looking for the riad, just make sure to look up at the signs.
