Das Hyatt House Gebze hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, modern und außergewöhnlich sauber. Mit der eigenen Küche und dem Kühlschrank eignet sich das Hotel besonders gut für Familien mit Kindern bzw. Kleinkindern. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es hat mir rundum gefallen. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Spacious rooms, especially the one bed suite we were in. Good size pool and gym. Location next to mall was good. Breakfast was great!!

Fantastic Hotel, rooms were well laid out with adequate space and storage, great customer service and facilities. Hotel adjoined to the mall which was useful.

We stayed at the Hyatt with dozens of others for a sports world cup. Mehmet on reception was a fantastic host and even let me borrow his Istanbul card for the train. The guys in the bar and resteraunt were brilliant. Great food highly recommended but be hungry. The executive chef solved all our problems as my wife is a celiac. He really went above and beyond to look after us thank you. The accommodation was great and exceptionally clean, the ladies were quick, efficient and lovely. The location of the hotel is great and we would recommend it highly if visiting Gebze thank you team Hyatt it was excellent.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Always smiling.

Pull out bed could be more comfortable. It’s expensive.

Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities. We stayed while visiting a family member in a nearby hospital; and despite the circumstances; the whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt that we had chosen the perfect hotel. The welcome we received after our long journey was genuinely warm and heartfelt. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant on the evening of May 16th were exceptionally kind and attentive — we will remember their kindness for a long time. Our room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. We also appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were always smiling and incredibly friendly. We spent two truly relaxing days here and felt cared for throughout our entire stay. Simply perfect — we would happily return!

The rooms are big with high sealings and have balcony. Very clean and nice hotel.

The spa is small. You need a cap for the pool. You can buy at the hotel for 10 euro.

Incredible experience. The front desk staff were so thoughtful and kind. Everyone was responsive to anything we needed, the food was very good and the dining staff were lovely. The rooms are beautiful and large, beautiful balcony overlooking the city and water.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Gebze. The team was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome from start to finish. The food was outstanding and really added to the overall experience. I had an amazing time and would gladly return.

This is one of the most comfortable and convenient hotels I've stayed at. The rooms and facilities are exceptional. The restaurant and breakfast are also exceptional. They have a mini mart section open 24 hr with all convenient articles and this we used a lot due to working extended hours. Basically it allowed us to concentrate on our work knowing we could relax anytime with access to all the comforts.

HYATT House so amazing on the world . Im very honest. I have been many countries and hotel but ı never seen before this kind of meal . We eaten sea foods and I prefer every people have to try . Even if u don’t stay hotel . And i would like to say cheif Sadi TABAK and Serhat TOMBUL . They cooked so very delicious fish and all meal . And thank you also Furkan OZGUL . He is given to good advice. U have to trust what he said . And i have never ever eaten shrimps and salmon and see bass. Thank

The room

I was supposed to be charged upon my arrival. But the hotel charged both rooms, mine and my colleague’s one prior to our arrival. I am waiting for a month to get the credit back.

Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Ausstattung war gut. Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück war gut.

Excellent rooms, good breakfast plus a small pool and sauna. Given the location, you are most likely there for business and you will have a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The drinks in the restaurants are very expensive and the neighbourhood doesn't have much to offer.

Big comfortable suite, great view of the sea, staff great, clean - overall very good.

Bar prices are very high!

My room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked. The breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect.

My only issue was that my credit card was charged twice, first by booking and then by the hotel directly. When I brought it to their attention a couple of days later the staff apologized and said that the money would be refunded to my card, but that it would take about 2 weeks. That seems like a long time to process a refund for a mistake made on their end.

This hotel is located some way out from Istanbul center but it was close to our business appointment location. Security and x-ray machine at entrance. Easy and quick check in. I had an excellent room on the 5th floor overlooking the bay. Nice bathroom and good TV that you could move depending on where you are sitting. noise from the fridge meant it had to be unplugged. There was also safety light that could not be turned off which kept me awake. OK breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Gebze. The room felt spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The bed was especially cozy, which made a big difference after a long day. What stood out most was how attentive and genuinely kind the staff were. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I felt very well taken care of. The location was also perfect for me, as I came to Gebze for medical treatment. Transfers to the clinic were simple and stress-free, which made my trip much easier. Overall, it’s a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and warmth. I would gladly return and can highly recommend it to anyone coming to Gebze — especially for medical visits.
