比較的全般キレイになっていた。 ワンちゃん連れて宿泊させていただきましたが食事処へも同席出来るのは配慮されていて良かったです。

ご飯が美味しいとの事でお宿をメインの今回の旅行でしたが夕食のお米は小さめで至って普通。食事のバリュエーションや量もご飯がおかわり自由ならもう少しあってもいいなと思います。 朝食のお米の方が粒が大きく美味しかったのを夕飯で出せなかったのかなと非常に残念な気持ちになりました。 スタンダードのお部屋だったと思いますが屋根の構造上か張り出しが大きく部屋が凄く狭く感じました。 このような部屋の間取りでは快適な宿泊は難しいんだなと思います。金額の割に高く感じました。

Very comfortable stay during our snowboarding trip. The staff were so warm and helpful; always so prompt in responses to our endless queries and accommodating to our various requests. Great that they also use WhatsApp to communicate with guests. The room we booked was very spacious and clean, and we were on the highest floor so we had a lovely view of the train tracks and surrounding mountains. Even though there was no ensuite bathroom, the on-premises public bath was nice to use and each had a rotenburo which is perfect during winter. Breakfast buffet was delicious, though a tad rushed as each seating was only 50min. We had initially only booked one dinner there but we loved it so much after our dining experience that we immediately booked for another dinner the next evening. Even though it was so last minute, the staff tried their best to accommodate us and we really appreciated that. The drying room, individual ski lockable racks and complimentary shuttle service to/fro a few nearby ski resorts provided a lot of convenience.

It’s located quite far from Echigo Yuzawa station area where all the action is (especially in the evenings), even though there is a shuttle service provided during winter season. It’s more convenient if you drive. There is a train station nearby but trains are infrequent after a certain time and the walk back can be very dark in the evenings.

Pre-arranged shuttle service with pick up from the train station. Although the shuttle service is only available during check-in and check-out, but shuttle driver was very kind to send us to the nearest JR station when we were walking out to the station as well as arrange pick up from the nearest station when we were back to the ryokan late at night. Very good service and clean ryokan. Good for those who likes nature as the ryokan is surrounded by padi fields. Response is also quick and can communicate well in English.

住宿地點很棒,離石打丸山雪場很近,住宿提供接駁,很方便且無時間限制,對於滑雪旅客相當友善,且溫泉舒適,房間寬敞,價格實惠,整體來說若不考慮湯澤車站附近的熱鬧,可以考慮古城的安靜,這邊就像坐落於郊區的一座古城,安靜且方便

接駁車的地點相對較少,希望沿途可以多些停靠點方便,如石打丸山、GALA...等等

I enjoyed our stay here. The location was ok - walking distance to the train and they have a shuttle that presumably takes people to the ski fields (not where we were headed). We paid extra for breakfast - it was lovely. Some of it was a little exotic for me and I had a giggle at some of the English translations. I liked the onsen once I got over my Western aversion to nakedness. The room itself was nice and big. The beds were comfy and it was clean. I'm grateful for the instructions in the onsen about how to use it - it helped me not to embarrass myself further! There were vending machines available and I also noticed there was ski gear hire.

I was expecting a shower in the room, or at least somewhere on the floor we were staying. However, it turned out that the only showers were in the onsen itself. There was also some miscommunication about where to meet the shuttle - it wasn't provided prior to arriving and we (of course) were waiting at the wrong exit at the train station. However, the hotel had organised whatsapp access prior so we were able to communicate and find the shuttle. Apologies to the people who were waiting for us! The lodge was older than expected but reasonably well maintained.

露天池偏小、當天入住同一層有臘腸狗，外面有動靜會吠叫，隔天早上住客不在房內，臘腸狗一直叫...雖然知道是寵物友善旅館，但狗狗一直叫顯得門的隔音不是很好。

地點位在小鎮內比較不熱鬧不過飯店有從JR的越後湯澤接送服務。館內有溫泉也有雪具租借服務很方便也有接送至雪場；滑雪後回飯店泡湯很舒服又可放鬆筋骨

餐點很好吃，飯店員工非常負責認真且親切，接駁車前往舞子雪場和石打丸山雪場很方便。強烈推薦。 料理がとても美味しく、ホテルのスタッフも非常に責任感があり、親切で丁寧な対応でした。舞子スノーリゾートや石打丸山スキー場へのシャトルバスも便利で助かりました。本当におすすめのホテルです。

飯店人員非常親切，前後寄放行李以及加購早晚餐都很順利 感受到是翻新過的老旅館，走廊與房內設備都很新很整潔，有滑雪的乾燥置物空間 位置離車站有10多分鐘車程，離石打丸雪場很近，飯店有去車站與雪場的免費接送（可以通過電話或whatsapp聯繫），我們這次開車沒使用到，但非常的方便

溫泉很棒，房間充滿古意的傳統日式房間。

The accommodation and onsens was great. The free shuttle bus service to and from Echigo Yuzawa Station and the ski fields was a bonus. Drop off and pick up ski fields shuttle service was on demand rather than a fixed schedule.... Communicated via WhatsApp. Very authentic Japanese experience with very few westerners as guests. Google translator is the go if you're not a Japanese speaker. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the staff are able to supply discounted lift tickets... As a gluten free person I had no drama with the Japanese buffet breakfast... Lots of choices. The same for dinner where they make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs ... Just give advanced warning so they can organise the courses for you. They have an excellent drying room for wet ski gear. Washing machine and dryer also on site.

The ski / snow board rental comes with a great price but be prepared for limited in choice. There are plenty of hire places nearby so not a real issue.

飯店服務人員都很親切，有接駁車服務，從越後湯澤車站到旅館、雪場到旅館都有接送，在溝通上很快速又便利。飯店的早餐和晚餐也都準備得很豐盛。房間的備品每天都會補足，清潔程度很好。

浴室的熱水溫度有點不足，但跟飯店人員反應後，有進行改善~

這是我第二次回訪住宿，一切還是非常美好，接待人員很親切耐心的回應許多問題，接送我們往來雪場的速度也很快又親切，讓每次的滑雪體驗都很順暢，住宿的大浴場有兩種，還有頂樓私人浴場，體驗一輪後，我覺得都各有特色，很值得都泡泡看喔～如果想去石打丸雪場或鄰近雪場旅遊，真心推薦

O serviço de aluguel de equipamento de ski e toda a comodidade do transfer fez toda a diferença para que nossa viagem fosse confortável. Toda a equipe foi muito solícita desde o momento da reserva até o final quando nos deixaram na estação de trem para ir embora. O jantar servido foi maravilhoso, muita comida fresca e local. Recomendo a todos a estadia aqui, eu voltarei com certeza!

到雪場跟車站的接送很方便，飯店很舒適，餐食也很好吃，整體非常棒！

Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The private onsen was amazing and had a great view. I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort.

住宿地點離石打丸山、舞子滑雪场都很近，酒店提供到雪场免费接送，很方便，另外酒店有乾燥室非常有用。退房後還可送至車站。（需提前预约），人员的各项服務很棒！房間4人住够大，有带厕所。洗澡则到温泉區。也很方便。

早餐是自助式，飲料好喝。但食物毎日基本都一樣，如果有些變化就更好。

空間夠大，比一般日式旅館大，配備很周全，溫泉更是漂亮舒服，很推薦

旅館員工的服務非常好，即便日文不通的狀況下也是盡力協助我，有湯澤火車站一個小時左右一班的接駁，還有隨時的雪場接駁。最讚的是check out當天下午去滑雪完還可以回來泡溫泉，然後乾乾淨淨的離開飯店。

It was a really relaxing trip. Property is small, fuss free. Food (breakfast) was simple and selection was limited but it was comfort Japanese food. Property was close enough to ski slopes, they provide shuttle to and fro the ski slopes and also Echigo Yuzawa station

It is a beautiful traditional onsen, the facilities were very clean, staff were patient and helpful with us who are english speaking guests. The onsens were a wonderful addition to the traditional experience.

房間舒服 泡湯浴場也很舒服 服務人員都很親切

房間超級舒服是標準日式的榻榻米，飯店員工的服務態度都非常好，遇到問題也都很積極的處理，完全不馬虎，不會因為是外國旅客講英文就隨便呼籠，飯店提供的大眾湯池讓人很驚艷非常大還有露天的！

地理位置相較偏僻，如果不是自駕可能有點難抵達，但飯店都有接送服務應該還可以

Truly one of the most wonderful inns I’ve stayed at in all of my times in Japan! The place is immaculate and feels lovely and new while also having a wonderful 「懐かしい」 vibe to it. From the very start all of the staff were kind and considerate and showed us all the ropes! I adored that the entry into the rooms is all keyless—there’s touch keypads on the doors! We tried all three baths since we reserved the wonderful private rooftop bath. As an FYI for anyone unaccustomed to such a thing, the rooms themselves do not have showers—you’re meant to use the bath areas for your cleaning, so if you’re uncomfortable with the onsen experience in Japan just be aware! You totally should get over your anxieties and use the bath though—they’re relaxing and luxuriant! We had one dinner with them and two breakfasts, and all of the food was absolutely delightful! The breakfast was buffet style and full of local/seasonal ingredients, and the dinner was course after course and we were very very well fed. All in all, I can’t say enough wonderful things. We adored our stay!

Communication by staff was expedient and clear, the onsen was small but charming, the bed and pillows were spotless and so very comfortable, and an elevator was a huge plus for the luggage

朝食バイキングが地元食材を使った料理があり、とても美味しかった。

布団を敷いた部屋の角に洗面所があり、少々使い勝手が悪かった。

Tradycyjny riokan z bardzo dobrymi posiłkami w stylu japońskim. Obiekt posiada onsen zarówno publiczny jak i prywatny. Transport z pobliskiej stacji kolejowej jest bezpłatny.

The onsen is really nice, and the breakfast is great, too.

The bathrooms are super small (thanks god there is an onsen you can use) und the rooms don’t have curtains to make it a bit darker at night. In addition, we had a room (402) which had a window which was not even covered with a shoji, which resulted in the fact that the room was brightly lit after sunrise. The hotel is dog friendly, which is nice. But when your room, as a non-dog owner, is on the same floor with at least 3 dogs, who all bark even before 6am, it is extremely disturbing.

フジロック参加時に宿泊しました。越後湯沢駅からの送迎バスも出してくださり、期間中はお風呂も夜間開放で、宿に到着してすぐに全身をさっぱりさせることができました。朝ごはんも美味しく、親切なスタッフの方の皆さんのおかげで快適に過ごせました。

ペット宿泊可の宿なので、動物アレルギーの方は症状が少し出るかもしれません。わたしは犬猫アレルギーのため、ときどきくしゃみが出ました。宿は全体的に清潔なので、アレルギー症状だと思います。

Well maintained. Friendly staff. Facilities are good. The onsen bath area is not big but comfortable. Meal portions are plentiful, and you get privacy as the dining area is partitioned. At first we were worried when we saw the lobby is on the 2fl , with our heavy luggages, it will be painful. But lucky they have lifts. Surrounding are other residences and rice field plots. It is about 10-15min drive to the Kiyotsu Gorge. I enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

The rooms were great, we were very happy to have a small coffee table setting with two armchairs! An often missed alternative to sitting on the tatami for us western tourists. Both onsens were exceptional, very nicely designed and maintained - and it's great that you can experience both as they swap each day. We didn't book in for the private rooftop onsen. The staff were super helpful with shuttle transport to and from the main station as well as too and from the ski resorts each day. Very useful drying room and boot area via the ground-floor entrance. We had one dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was fantastic. Staff assisted us with reservation and transport for dinner on other nights.

There is little within walking distance of the hotel, but this was expected and clear before booking. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes approx. 10 mins from the hotel if desired. Most staff had limited English capacity/capability, but this did not cause any issues or discomfort for us and we were more than able to communicate as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan. The staff were very nice and the room and onsen were exceptional. It was very convenient to get the hotel shuttle from the train station and to the ski resorts. We would love to stay again!
