L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, il y’a absolument rien autour, la vue sur le coucher de soleil à partir du cône club est exceptionnelle, la piscine est la vraie valeur ajoutée de l’hôtel, elle est assez grand est agréable, les chambre sont très spacieuses avec une grande terrasse, il y’avait même certaines avec piscine et jardin privé. Le petit déjeuner est petit mais de qualité, nous sommes restés 10jours dans l’hôtel et on a trouvé que c’était vraiement trop, le mieux est de rester maximum 5 jours.

Tout d’abords, il faut dire que l’hôtel est très retiré certes c’est tout son charme mais le soir la conduite est très dangereuse surtout à des heures tardives car de très nombreux virages dans le noir absolu. Les transats face à la mer sont facturés 80€ de minimum de consommation, c’est ahurissant sachant que nous sommes arrivés une fois vers midi et il y’avait aucune place à la piscine, et ils vous obligent à prendre encore cette rangée de transats si toutefois c’est disponible car des personnes de l’extérieur peuvent venir les occuper. Des clients réservent les meilleurs places à la piscine alors qu’il est clairement mentionné que c’est interdit, lorsque j’ai réclamé avec la fille en rouge à l’accueil le mercredi 08 septembre, elle m’a dit avec une grimace qu’ils allaient venir dans 5mn, ils sont venus 2h après. La salle de bain n’est vraiment pas à l’image de la chambre, trop étroite avec une décoration très froide, le placard est très très limité à peine 30cm de penderie pour accrocher ses chemises et pas d’étagère. Les oreillers étaient vraiment catastrophiques ultra plats et se creusent rapidement, pas vraiment au standard d’une chambre d’hôtel où le confort est la priorité. Le petit déjeuner est répétitif et très limité mais très bon par contre.

Getting a taxi is so hard! Takes forever after 6PM. Definitely would rent a car if I stayed here again. Staff was so friendly, food was excellent and facilities are BEAUTIFUL!

Location, friendly nature of the staff. Food and restaurants were amazing.

Being unable to get a taxi (appreciate this is not the venues fault). Plus it was our honeymoon but nothing over and above was done for my new wife.

The accommodation wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I had to remove someone else’s socks and stockings from the bedrooms. They need to improve on the breakfast - definitely not five star

What I like about it is the views, one of the best views of Ibiza, and the sunset ritual… A MUST TO. And the cherry on top is the AMAZING service and staff, so helpful, always smiling and professional. Also, a big thanks to Carla, Kenia and Laura from reception for the warm welcome.

That I stayed just for one night, definitely would have stayed more time there.

Il 7Pines Resort Ibiza è semplicemente un angolo di paradiso. Situato in una posizione mozzafiato a picco sul mare, offre una vista spettacolare sull'iconica isola di Es Vedrà, regalando tramonti tra i più belli che abbia mai visto. Le suite sono spaziose, raffinate e curate nei minimi dettagli, con un perfetto equilibrio tra lusso, comfort e stile mediterraneo. Il personale è estremamente professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso, facendoti sentire accolto e coccolato durante tutto il soggiorno. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Alessio Roscioli per averci fatto sentire come a casa. Le piscine, gli spazi comuni e le aree relax sono mantenuti alla perfezione, creando un'atmosfera esclusiva ma allo stesso tempo rilassata. Ciò che rende davvero speciale il 7Pines è la capacità di offrire privacy, tranquillità e servizi di altissimo livello in una delle destinazioni più affascinanti del Mediterraneo.

La colazione dolce potrebbe essere un pochettino piu variegata

Mooi aangelegd en goed verzorg park, heerlijk ontbijt tot laat ( 11uur) hele schone kamers, parkeren voor de deur van onze luxe bungalow kamer, heerlijk terras erbij met tuin. Leuke live muziek bij het ontbijt en veel ruimte op het terras om te genieten van het prachtige uitzicht.

Inchecken duurde lang,kamer heeft een grote keuken alleen voor drank maar kleine badkamer waar je amper met 2 p. kunt staan. Airco lastig in te stellen voor slaapkamer apart van livingruimte, er lig een ECO bordje om handdoeken meermalen te gebruiken maar personeel verschoont constant zelfs 's avonds nog een keer, echt overbodig. Erg harde semi techno muziek bij zwembad, denk dat de gasten die zich deze locatie kunnen veroorloven ook wel iets anders willen horen. Bedden met uitzicht kosten E 80,= p.p. extra bij zwembad. tegels in het bad beetje vies !

Needed more air conditioning in the gym, needed a more varied menu like salads poolside

De locatie is schitterend en het ontbijt uitgebreid, wel zetten ze de jam heel onhandig hoog in een kast zonder kleine bakjes om het in te doen dus geeft een hoop geknoei !

We hadden een prachtige tuinkamer maar met een veel te grote keuken voor alleen drinken en de badkamer is zo klein dat je er amper met 2 personen kunt staan !

The service, room, views, cocktails were all amazing. It was a great vibe generally and I would recommend it to anyone.

The quality of breakfast is probably the only thing that could be improved.

Unbeatable location, breakfast overlooking the open sea and Es Vesdra, so powerful. Staff first class, young people with great energy!

The location of the resort because we enjoyed watching the full solar eclipse before sunset.

Location: the hotel is positioned on a cliff overlooking at the sea, and the islands is stunning simply Breakfast: mainly buffet driven but with excellent quality and broad range of produce. Some dishes to order but limited and simple Room: good size, comfortable bed and with small details that make a difference (like having a small freezer already with ice cubes when we arrived) Staff: very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Gral Manager very present always, fast problem solver and attentive to guests. Overall it is a very good 5 star hotel, but not a “luxury” hotel. We would come back for a short stay off peak season.

As hotel was at full capacity during our stay, it was very difficult to find seats by pool (which was too busy anyway) and food ordering and delivery took ca 1 hr during late lunch time.

Ich liebe das Hotel! Es ist wirklich ein Traum und der Ausblick einmalig! Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr geräumig, mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche. Besonders toll ist die Live Musik an Wochenenden beim Frühstück und auch am Abend der dj! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass mein Zimmer sich direkt hinter dem Restaurant befunden hat, und man immer ein Rauschen aus der Küche gehört hat.. Seitlich hatte ich trotzdem ein Ausblick aufs Meer.

Room is really old and dated , blind is very cheap, bed is not comfortable, shower change setting js very difficult. Room height is very low. Bed js very smalll. Not a 5 star standard.

I had high expectations for 7Pines, but unfortunately the service fell well below what I would expect from a luxury hotel. The concierge experience was extremely disappointing. We had arranged a private transfer in advance, yet when we enquired about it, the concierge simply insisted that no booking existed. There was no attempt to investigate, apologise or offer an alternative. Instead of trying to help, we were effectively told it wasn’t booked. Ironically, the taxi was waiting outside exactly as originally arranged, demonstrating that the booking had in fact been made. A luxury hotel should have staff who take ownership of a situation rather than immediately dismissing a guest. The communication throughout our stay was consistently poor. We were advised that a late check-out would likely be available and that we simply needed to confirm on the morning of departure. When we called, we were abruptly told this was not the case. Had the information been communicated accurately from the outset, we would have planned accordingly. Instead, we were given conflicting information that caused unnecessary inconvenience. The most concerning aspect of our stay, however, was an incident where I was photographed while coming out of the shower. After reporting what had happened, I expected the hotel to treat the matter with the seriousness it deserved. Instead, the response I received was dismissive. Rather than explaining whether the incident had been investigated, whether CCTV had been reviewed, or what action had been taken, I was simply told that the bathroom blinds could be closed for additional privacy. This completely missed the point. Guests should feel safe, and when a serious privacy concern is raised, they should expect reassurance that it has been properly investigated—not a suggestion that they should have closed the blinds. In each of these situations, the response was reactive, dismissive and lacking accountability.

Facilities and all that were ok, what you would expect from a 5* venue. The sunset is amazing, staff have a really can-do/can-serve attitude!

The hotel sees guests basically as walking ATM, trying to extract as much cash as possible. The restaurant (Cone Club) is definitely not value for money, and guests find this out on day one and then stay away. You can charge the double of what is standard - and I think most people at this venue are ok with this - but quality has to follow. It was ok, but not good enough. "Simple" dinners set you back 150-200 EUR per person. I literally saw 2 times people getting price-sticker-shocked and leave before ordering (ok, these were families with kids). In short, there are better options on the island, if you manage to get there. Equally, spend a day at the pool with some finger food and some drinks, and you will be set back 150 EUR per person. A really unacceptable practice by the hotel is to add a 15% "voluntary" service charge on the bill, and then more or less force you to sign off on the bill on an iPad, instead of a paper slip. That effectively means you have no practical way to wave that fee at all since you are definitely not in control of the device as it is only manipulated by the staff. And oh, reservations on your credit card for possible expenses are not a reservation - you are charged straight away in advance. People accept that Ibiza is a bit over the top during the peak season, but there is no need to amplify the tourist-trap-feeling in what is otherwise a great hotel The second negative is the taxi situation. Taxi's don't bother to pick guests at this far west location, the only way to get a taxi is when new guests arrive, or when people travel west for the sunset at one of the beaches. And even then it takes like at one hour to get a cab during the 5pm - 8pm rush hour, if you are lucky. Forget Uber, they don't even service the area, whatever the price they charge for it. For this venue there is only one option and that is renting a car.

Struttura bellissima e nuova, egregiamente rifinita, location incredibile, vicina a tutto, ma fuori dalla confusione della movida dell’isola. Colazione superlativa, spazi accoglienti e super puliti, staff di una disponibilità ed una cordialità fuori dal comune. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, piscina indimenticabile, palestra e spa veramente di livello.

Se proprio si vuole cercare il pelo nell’uovo, il bagno della suite è un pò piccolo, rispetto alle dimensioni ampissime della camera.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer quelques jours au 7Pines Resort Ibiza pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage, et tout simplement… waouh ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la beauté des lieux. Le resort est magnifiquement intégré dans la nature, les jardins sont parfaitement entretenus et les vues sur la Méditerranée et Es Vedrà sont absolument époustouflantes, particulièrement au coucher du soleil. Notre suite était superbe : spacieuse, élégante, parfaitement équipée, avec une literie d'excellente qualité. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un séjour haut de gamme. Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière. Chaque membre de l'équipe est souriant, professionnel, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. On se sent véritablement considéré comme un invité, ce qui fait toute la différence. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans l'ensemble du resort. Les espaces communs, les piscines et les jardins sont entretenus avec un soin remarquable. Les piscines sont magnifiques, avec des ambiances différentes selon les espaces. Que l'on recherche le calme absolu, un moment en couple ou une atmosphère un peu plus animée, chacun trouve facilement son bonheur. Le spa est également une très belle surprise. Les installations sont superbes, l'ambiance est apaisante et les soins sont d'une grande qualité. Un véritable moment de détente que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les différentes ambiances proposées dans le resort. Chaque restaurant, chaque bar et chaque espace possède sa propre identité. On peut passer d'un apéritif face au coucher du soleil à un dîner plus raffiné, puis terminer la soirée dans une atmosphère élégante et décontractée. Cette diversité donne vraiment envie de profiter pleinement de chaque moment sans jamais quitter l'hôtel.

S'il fallait relever un seul point, ce serait le prix dans la globalité qui reste très élevé . C'est sans doute le seul aspect qui pourrait être un peu plus accessible, même cela reste cohérent avec le niveau de prestation proposé.

Located in an exceptional location, the hotel is luxurious and beautiful, very clean and with a prepared and polite staff. Furthermore, the room was large and very comfortable, quiet and clean. We had a very pleasant staying.

Unfortunately, on the reservation it wasn't clarified that a security deposit had to be paid—and a very steep one at that—which was fortunately returned; however, there was a lack of clarity.
