Great location in the centre of the touristy area with lots of shops and restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. Clean, bright room with a lovely hot shower, there was even a kettle for tea! Comfy beds too.

Noisy with other guests getting up early and slamming doors.

We booked the hotel and requested a balcony as it is our anniversary. When we arrived we were advised that the property is actually not in the hotel a few minute walk, no breakfast and no hotel facilities so disappointing. The room was in the loft my husband is 6 ft 2.

Emplacement idéal. La décoration de la chambre petite mais très cosy. Petit déjeuner fabuleux, grand choix aussi bien pour le salé que le sucré avec des produits locaux. Le personnel prévenant, à l’écoute et courtois.

Juste un petit bémol pour la literie, le matelas s’affaissant sur les bords , sensation désagréable de tomber du lit pendant la nuit.

Emplacement super, petit déjeuner parfait et personnel très agréable.

Situation centrale. Petit déjeuner avec produits frais faits maison. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute.

La chambre spacieuse, donnant sur le jardin. L'emplacement à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Petit dej copieux et varié.

L'accueil froid. Le manque de propreté de la chambre. L'ambiance. En effet, à notre arrivée nous constatons que les draps sont tâchés. Le ménage est succinct (présence de poussières +++ sur le fil du sèche cheveux, interrupteurs, portes, étagères, trace de moisissures dans les aspérités du carrelage de la douche etc ... ) . Cela ne sentait pas la chambre fraîchement préparée pour nous accueillir . L'accueil vraiment pas "accueillant" et souriant. Le départ idem . Quand je lui ai dit que les draps étaient tachés, photos à l'appui, même pas d'excuse... il était limite suspicieux ! Quant à un petit geste commercial sur les petits déj par exemple ... n'en parlons pas !!! Petit dej ... Pas besoin de réserver mais ils ne pointent pas qui vient ... Un conseil, n'y allait pas trop tard car après certaines choses manquent. Nous y étions allés en 2019 et nous avions déjà eu ce ressenti d'un hôtel qui n'est pas agréable à vivre. Du coup le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas respecté pour 200e la nuit. C'est bien dommage car il y a un énorme potentiel et le lieu a du charme. Il manque un bon coup de propre, de la rigueur et surtout du personnel qui a le sens de l'accueil et de la satisfaction client.

Pas de parking..obliger de garer la voiture dans des rues gratuites..qui ne trouve pas a côté de l'hôtel.. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre...eu très chaud malgré le ventilateur. Cabine de douche joint très sale qui nécessite d'être changer

The staff was extremely helpful. The location is second to none, center of the Touquet, two streets from the beach.

Great location bedroom was excellent and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Overall this hotel is fabulous value for money we would highly recommend it for Le Touquet

Les chambres économiques sont très petites pour deux.

pas de parking, pas d'ascenseur, pas d'eau dans les chambres (canicule), une cage d'escalier branlante.

The hotel was in a perfect location. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel is near to the beach as well as lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Also cute little tourist train which is fun.

Parking is non existent which is a downside as you are able to unload outside the hotel but then have to find a parking spot. It is very difficult and can be expensive.

Hotel ligt reuze centraal, dichtbij het strand en in het centrum. Gastvrije ontvangst en sfeervolle patio. De kamer was keurig, we konden alleen geen raam open zetten ivm het vreselijke gekrijs van de meeuwen. Prima ontbijt

Kamer was erg klein net als het bed. Met 185 eigenlijk te klein maar ook wel gezellig.

Great location. Great staff and great Breakfast with home made cooking and local products. Our room was a bit small though but very clean.

The room was indeed small and we could hardly move around the bed. We went that that time of the year when it was hot outside and we had to leave the windows opened and the fan on. With no air conditioning, the windows open and the seagulls living on the roofs nearby being loud, it's hard to get a good sleep without good noise cancelling earphones.

Déçu par cet hôtel. La chambre était vraiment beaucoup trop petite, au point d’être peu confortable. La salle de bain est minuscule et peu pratique. L’absence de climatisation est un vrai problème, surtout lorsqu’il fait chaud. Dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte est quasiment impossible à cause des nuisances sonores extérieures.

Shower had good water pressure but needs a good descale. Location is very close to places to eat and bars.

Pictures looked way better than reality, room and furniture very tired , room tiny., barely room for us and cases.Was really hot and windows were only able to open a crack, there was a cheap bedside fan but it was so noisy. Seagulls appeared to be attacking a bin outside. Outside space and “lounge” area felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Le Touquet is so odd, bits of beach run down and super tacky , but other areas gorgeous and very upmarket. Ha lovely drinks at tennis club but so hot desperate for salad rather than heavy fine dining and choice limited , what we did have was not great. Have stayed at lots of 3 star French hotels and this was not up to par. staff very grumpy assume it was the heat.

Location was excellent. Staff excellent. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice garden for breakfast, although we did not have breakfast.

Would benefit from A/C in the room as it was quite hot over night. Parking was initially a problem until Michel explained the parking zones. We were able to park about 5 mins walk away.

Next door to a very nice restaurant. No problem with street parking near the hotel at night. Parking restrictions start at 09.00 but have a free hour until 10.00 which is handy.

No lift. The stairs are quite narrow and steep.for elderly people.

Beetje gehorig ‘s ochtends vroeg door lawaai op straat en van de meeuwen , maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen. Dat is in die buurt.

The room and bed were really comfortable. We booked last minute and were accommodated.

Sadly the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people walking on the floor above really loudly (in the middle of the night on this occasion). Talking in the neighbouring rooms is also audible. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you.

Quiet hotel but only a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Lovely room and comfy bed. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. We had a small room, was the last one available. No aircon but with open windows and the wind from the sea was comfortable to sleep during the hot time. Breakfast good and lovely place! We loved it!

Vriendelijk personeel, we mochten zelfs eerder de kamer in. Zeer goede ligging en een leuk ontbijt.

Er was geen airco op de kamer, het was krap in de kamer om langs het bed de badkamer in te gaan.

Perfect, just what we needed, room was overlooking the garden which was great. Double bed rather than two twins pushed together would have been better but for the price it was great. Fantastic bathroom. The most amazing breakfast, four different types of sliced bread, pain au chocolate, croissants, French bread, four different cakes, fruit, fruit salad, four different types of yoghurt. French toast, crepes, pancakes. Boiled or fried eggs with bacon. Three fruit juices together with carrot juice, I'm sure I have forgotten something. Three pots of homemade jam and marmalade, Nutella. Amazing.
