Very nice apartment, convenient and centrally located, with a very nice promenade and playground nearby. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions, the view is amazing, and basically --- we'd be happy to stay again.

It was extremely hot during the first night, and some fans would have been nice to have. Luckily, the weather got much better on the 2nd day.

كانت تجربه سيئه للغايه مقابل أموال باهظة تم دفعها صاحبة الاقامه دخلت الي الشقه بدون إذني وعندما رجعت قامت بالصراخ علينا ويجب علينا مغادرة الشقه خلال يومين وأنها لا تريد السائح العربي ولا يهمها تقيمنا لدي بوكنج وذلك لكثرة شنطنا وأغراضنا فيها وعدم ترك باب البلكونه والشباك مفتوح فالشقه غير مكيفه كيف نغلق النوافذ يجب ان تكون هناك تهويه والحراره مرتفعه وطلبنا منها اعادة المبلغ المتبقي فرفضت وابلغناها باننا عند المغادره ستكون الشقه مرتبه ونظيفه مثل الاستلام وأفضل وبالفعل تم تسليمها نظيفه جدا وأدوات المطبخ كلها نظيفه وفي مكانها السابق ولا توجد اكياس قمامه وأخذ صور لها عند المغادره وتم إعلام السيده بخروجنا في الصباح وتم إبلاغها ولم تأتي لكي تكشف علي الشقه وأخبرتنا بوضع المفاتيح في الاستقبال كانت تجرّبه سيئه للغايه وأخافت الأطفال بتصرفها غير الحضاري مرفق لكم صور للشقه عند المغادر

السكن جميل جدا ذو اطلاله رائعه الموقع ممتاز خصوصا اذا كانت الاجواء بارده تعامل الطاقم ممتاز

عباره عن شقه سكنيه متكامله ينقصها كواية الملابس اما المطبخ متكامل إطلالتها جميله صاحبة الشقه خدومه ومحترمه جدا جدا

Great apartment in a very nice location

Sehr komfortable Wohnung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Sauna und Ruhebereich war außergewöhnlich für ein Apartmenthaus.

Zeer mooi appartement, en de sauna en fitness zaal

Prijs en de ligging , ligt net buiten t dorp , maar goede parkeergelegenheid bij de piste dus op zich prima , nu zal een appartement in het hoogseizoen wellicht niet makkelijk goedkoper te vinden zijn van deze kwaliteit.

Comfort en hygiëne

De ligging is fantastisch en het uitzicht is prachtig. Alles heel goed verzorgd en zeer comfortabel. Attent en vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Es dauert sehr lange, eh warmes Wasser ankommt. Schade um das verschwendete Wasser. Der Begriff "Küchenzeile" war etwas irritierend für Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühlschrank. Es hat gereicht, sollte aber anders beschrieben sein.

المكان جميل مع انه يقع آخر شي في اقليم تيرول ، لكن مرتب ونظيف يعيبه ارتفاع السعر اخذنا 3 ليالي فوق 4000 السعر

لايوجد ، بدون مصعد خذوا الأدوار السفلية افضل ، لايوجد شطاف

An absolute pleasure having 3 nights in the apartment.

Everything was so good! The room was very clean and very nice looking, decorated with such good taste. The bathroom was also nice and very clean and equipped with everything, including high quality cosmetics. The storage room was very modern, with individual storage closed space for every traveler. The necessary kitchen accessories that the single room is provided with, were clean and placed in a closed, safe wardrobe. Frau Haidacher is very nice and she helps you with everything! I'll definitely go back!

Great location, wonderful lounge area, and breakfast buffet. Very clean and friendly.

Convenience and comfort are taken care of down to the last detail. For example cooling essential oils cream for tired feet, a soft bathrobe, all necessary kitchen utensils, excellent mountain bikes that are allowed to use for free. Wonderful owner of the villa, always ready to help!

If you are tall, ask about the length of the bed in a single room before you arrive. It was comfortable for me, but my height is 1.70m

A warm and charming accommodation ‘home away from home’ aura.

Great balcony in summer The apartment was like one from a boutique hotel. Bathroom was exceptional. Appretiated that bikes was avalible to borrow for the family.

Absolutely fantastic 😊 we had an upgrade and were blown away by the spacious apartment, lovely beds, calm surroundings and a wonderful view. We stayed for two nights and loved it. Zell am Ziller is a cosy little town with market, activity area (with a pool) and gondola to a swimming lake.

This place is heavenly! Stunning views, exceptionally friendly hosts, wonderfully comfortable beds and amenities, plus the sounds of a waterfall to put you to sleep at night and within just a short walk you can visit the waterfall, walk in the forest and swim in the river.

Mountain view, clean appartment, friendly people

This stay certainly exceeded my expectations - it's such a beautiful villa in a lovely location and the host is extremely friendly and helpful. The massive terrace and the view are so relaxing. There is a lot of attention to detail throughout the house, from the Rituals scents to comfortable pillows, etc. I really really loved the look of the gym (I usually do weight training, so the squat rack and weights are perfect) - hopefully I'll use them next time. Loved the sauna as well and used it every day :)

I think the shower pressure wasn't too high on this occasion, but I will happily stay in the same room in the future :)

Host picked me up from the train station

Very clean, friendly staff, location is great, close to ski bus stop, ice rink, you can have a nice walk along the river park.

The view was beautiful from balconies. The sauna and steam room were really pleasant. Great complimentary toiletries and towels. The villa pedal bikes are very practical given the location. Very easy to get to village, restaurants,, shops, train station and bars by walking. Location for the attractions of valley is terrific, with complimentary lical bus stopping right opposite the villa. Host is amazingly fluent in English.

On arrival some sugar and milk would be useful for drinks (host did provide milk quickly when asked). Also no microwave as expected. Not sure when paying this amount of money you should pay extra for cleaning!

Absolutely everything was perfect during my stay. I had a single room (how awesome is it that singles are finally treated well at a holiday address!). The view from the balcony is superb, great spot to work on the laptop and enjoy the view as well. The room itself was cosy (as we say: gezellig/gemütlich) and the owner very helpful and friendly. The center of Zell am Ziller is about a 12 minute walk, or you can take the bike at the appartements. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent apartment and wonderful owner. Location was ideal for the town. Lots of small details such as coffee machine with capsules made the stay so nice.

Wonderful accommodation, very friendly host, all the comfort one could expect. It was extremely clean and had a huge lovely terrace. Highly recommended!

Host was very friendly, left lovely gift in the room on arrival and also at checkout. Only one thing: it would have been great to have an easier communication prior to my stay there - hard to reach by phone or messages.

Such a beautiful place, had a wonderful week. Fantastic location, lovely hosts and the views from the balconies are sublime. Lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities (including lovely coffee pods). Love this place (second visit) and will be back again.

I liked the location of the apartment+ it was clean.

• There is no sufficient lights inside the room and the corridor. it feels like you are living in the cave. • Also, there is no elevator in the apartment. it is very hard and tired to take the luggages into the 3rd floor and only using stairs.

Nicely appointed 40 sqm unit, large wrap around bakcony where we ate meals, stupendous view of the nearby mountains, large high-quality bed, everything organized well and functional in the apartment.
