Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

Property good

The bed was very very uncomfortable old needs replaced

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Everyone was so nice! Will definitely stay there again!

It was great because the lady who was attending us she was the best her treat us like a family since day 1 her name was Ali next time I go to Utah I will ask for her because it was unbelievable person you should put it as a manager God bless her ❤️

Clean, convenient, fair price.

I put housekeeping "make up room" card on the door 3 different days out of 8. Not once did they make up the room when requested. To be fair, I put out "do not disturb" card the rest of the days. Nevertheless, I'm kinda disappointed.

Lack of honesty. We hadn’t even checked out and someone stole my wife’s jewelry and make up. Making off with 1000s of dollars.

Not enough parking for the number of rooms.

Ali at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. Personable, kind, recognised my status, a fast friend. She represents this property extremely well. The location worked well for my work trip and the room maintained a quiet atmosphere for rest. My room was quite modern, well appointed, I am writing the review from the provided desk. The small kitchenette in the front of the room is a really great feature. Clean room, clean gym, large and bright lobby was really welcoming.

The hotel is really nice. The main lobby is great. The room was very nice, but the big drawback was the noise. We asked to be moved further away from the elevator, but they couldn’t accommodate because they were sold out. It turns out the real problem was the noise from the road. It was unbearable. We were in a king suite right close to Main St. The noise from the big rigs ensured we could not sleep. I liked everything else but if you can’t sleep, it ruins the whole experience. Unfortunately we won’t go back.

Everything was wonderful for our get away with our two special needs grandsons. The many choices for breakfast were amazing and perfect for them. Pool & hot tub were winners too, as we spent much time there. Our room was spacious to accommodate the four of us. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing food during the day and the beds comfy. Also the location is great because there are so many adventures in the area. We will definitely be back.

Really everything was wonderful! A small thing, but the faucet in the kitchenette sink is very short - it doesn't extend, does not really fit the large sink, very difficult to get anything under it for rinsing or cleaning. So a larger faucet would solve the issue quickly. Thank you

Loved that the property seems new and up to date, decor etc. The amenities were excellent, room spacious and had everything we needed. Loved that the pool was open 24hrs, and that they had a coffee machine in the lobby rather than just filter coffee. The lady on the desk at check in was extremely helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Location is perfect and it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend. Great friendly and helpful staff.

10 out of 10 experience the breakfast was amazing the receptionist Tay was a dream. She was so welcoming and smiling from ear to ear. There’s just this comfy vibe when I stay there and I’ve stayed there three times and I’ve always recommended that that’s a place to go when you are visiting heber or are in the area. The three times that I’ve stayed at that hotel the rooms have always been clean and immaculate.

Hotel is always clean, building and surroundings are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have any questions, Ali at the front seat is always welcoming to me and my crew. And in good spirits. It’s quiet, while also being close to food places.

Tay was super nice getting are rooms squeaked away when we arrived. She also killer country playlist going. John helped me get my laundry dry when the washer and dryer malfunctioned on me. I’m super thankful for him handling that.

We loved our stay! Tay checked us in with smile and further help to add on an extra stay. The kind breakfast hostess welcomed us each morning along with each lovely person at the main entrance. We look forward to coming back!

It was amazing and the service was great. Would definitely be coming back

Ali was so helpful and friendly at the front desk! Everyone was so amazing and the hotel clean!

Very great stay staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Ali was wonderful.

The set up looked great. I just grabbed coffee on the way out. My son and husband went down and they thought it was great.

Ali was warm and gracious! One of the most pleasant check in encounters I’ve experienced!

This hotel is a great place to stay. John was particularly friendly and welcoming, overall a great experience!

Our stay at best Western was excellent House keeping was fabulous Jasmine at the front desk was extremely helpful. Tia and Aly were also awesome. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool

Be careful of this hotel. They raised my rate by approximately $100 per night. This is an extremely large price increase.

CHRIS and JASMIN are fantastic! We stay there every year for the horse sales and our room is always spotless. It smells wonderful clean. They know our names and they always have a cookie for their guest at the front desk. They’re very welcoming and the place is quiet and very nice. We wouldn't stay any place else!

Traveled to Utah to visit family who just moved to Fruitland. After researching the area I found the Best Western in Heber City. So glad I did. Only 45 minutes from Salt Lake airport, 25 minutes to Park City and 45 minutes to Fruitland. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating, friendly and super helpful. 2 queen bed room was very spacious and clean. Included a mini bar with sink micro and fridge and a mini keruig. My little ones came every day and they were able to enjoy breakfast with me everyday. Breakfast was perfect: eggs, bacon/sausage/potatoes, dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, muffins and homemade waffles. Can’t forget in the fridge there was fruit cup, hard boiled eggs and pudding cups. Coffee is available 24/7. This is a great hotel to stay in,looking forward to my next visit.

Location, room, balcony, etc. Entire experience was fantastic.

The beds were a little rough to sleep on. Achy back in the morning.

The lady who checked us in was very rude. She also was not at the desk when we arrived. We waited for about 10 minutes.

The 24-hour pool was usually empty. The included breakfast options were delicious. The kitchenette was awesome. The extra outer bathroom counter was so handy. The A/C worked excellently. The view on the 4th floor was really nice.

There was only a pocket door to close the inner bathroom without a lock and the outer bathroom door had a weird locking mechanism.

Very clean rooms. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Great experience! Rooms are spacious and nice. The breakfast is delicious, and the attendant, Andrea, went above and beyond!

Alles bestens, gerne wieder 😃

Warm pool plus hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Loud girls at 1230 pm and then loud leaf blowers at 6 am made it hard to sleep.

Rachel at the front desk answered all our questions and told us places to go and where to eat.

Could hear traffic noises

Clean well presented rooms. We loved the spa after a long day travelling on the road.

It was good

Front desk staff very helpful in AM on 1/18.

Clean and comfortable hotel! Staff were all very kind. Breakfast was great and Andrea has excellent costumer service skills! She went above and beyond.

The hotel’s family room was spacious and perfect for hanging out together. The policies accommodated our needs and I was able to relax and enjoy my friends and family. 24/7 pool and spa was golden!! Incredible breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly supportive staff went above and beyond. Great personalities. Nicely designed and decorated.

We booked at the heber best western plus, As soon as we arrived we were greated with such service and got into our room with no problem 1st floor, 110, amazing service and when we awoke we enjoyed our breakfast made by Andrea, who mind you checked on us to make sure we were ok and enjoyed our meal which definitely did, thank you sooo much. This was our first time here and we will be back along with being recommended.

Amazing smile welcomed me at breakfast, thank you Andrea for your smile and for taking care of the small details, devil’s in details and you are doing well and beyond. Dakota at check in did a great job to accommodate my requests, what can I say…..I’ll be back :)

This hotel is a gem! Great staff, price, location and facility! Stayed three days. Could not have asked for anything better!

I like how big the room was and clean. Good location to the event we attended. The kitchen was well stocked.

I had one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel than I have had in a while. I stayed at the Best Western in Heber City, Utah. My room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, which was a very welcome thing after a long day of driving. The room was well designed, clean, and had all the amenities that I needed. A great atmosphere for a tired traveler. I will definitely stay there again should I find myself in Heber City.

Didn’t use it

Needed one extra day, had to submit cc again and a lot more money
