Internet con muchas fallas Había 2 garrapatas en el baño Se le dijo al personal no dio solución solo se limito a decir que raro se limpian bien las habitaciones y si tenemos fallas con el Internet Anterior mente ya nos habíamos hospedado en ese lugar y sin problema ahora fue diferente

La habitación amplia,limpia, camas y sábanas de buena calidad. Frigobar, microondas, cafetera,minisplit, ventilador de techo.Todo bien. Trato amable y eficiente del personal. La calle es transitada y se escucha algo de ruido. Volvería a hospedarme allí

In Nova i liked the Clean, fan, AC and it's away from the street. I like the wash cloth, soap and welcome cookies with coffee and kettle.

Staff was not as friendl as this Nova. Did not greet with a smile. That they had to transfer my reservation to Plazuela Departamentos due to near by events. Plazuela Nova was infront of a busy and loud street. Hot water takes long. No cups or pans to utilize kitchenette. No soap bar. No kettle for the coffee provided. No hand towel or wash cloth.

Los días feriados el ruido era mínimo, pero hoy 26 de diciembre, ya con la actividad más normalizada, demasiado ruido de la calle.... Desde cómo las 8am. Nos dejaron sólo una botella de agua y kit para café por día a pesar de ser dos en la habitación...en checkout nos dijeron no debió ser así... Igual, el primer día galletas en cuarto, después no, pero no chequé si debió ser diario

Céntrica, lugares para comer que facturan relativamente cerca del inmueble a pie. Tiendas de conveniencia a los alrededores. Lo que inquieta es que solo te separa una puerta del mundo exterior.

Check in to hotel is 2pm. We arrived at 325pm and room was not ready. Cleaning staff was very apologetic because they couldn’t understand why front desk would give us a room that other guests had just left and was barely being cleaned. I was HONESLTY expecting some kind of apology or even a credit of some sort from the actual front desk for the hours I was without my room, since it was his fault as he gave us a room that he should have known was not ready. I’ve been staying here for some time every time I go to Cadereyta to visit family. However, it seems they don’t care for actual customer service. Poor staff didn’t know what to do. Just found out today there is another new hotel in town. Might just give them a try since it seems Hotel Nova doesn’t care about my business.

Todo bien, la camarista muy buen servicio, pero la encargada GROSERA PREPOTENTE Y ALTANERA, cada que viajo a Cadereyta me hospedo en este hotel pero esta fue la ultima. La encargada no sabe tratar a los clientes y siente que nos hace un favor al vendernos una habitación y apesar de tener disponibilidad me nego un dia mas de hospedaje

Petit hôtel qui a répondu à nos attentes pour une nuit, chambre petite mais très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Hôtel avec beaucoup d'écho de par sa configuration mais tolérable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

First of all if your not gonna hold a reservation till at least maybe 10pm, then why even offer reserve now and pay later. I got there at 7:29pm just to find out they sold it off to someone else. They did not care if you were out of luck, now having to scramble to find a place to sleep.

My first stay here and it was a great option

The room was clean and cold air conditioning but the bathroom door knob was broken and we got locked inside the bathroom more than once and couldn't get out. Or the door would be stuck and you couldn't get into the bathroom. Other than that, the place is comfortable with free on-site parking. We have stayed before and will again.

Excelente hotel con una gran habitacion, camas comodas, limpia y de buen aroma ya que se encuentra aromatizada al ingreso. Es de gran detalle las botellas de agua, el snack y el cafe para aperitivos. Contar con refrigerador, un pequeño comedor y microhondas es de gran apoyo. Un banco y muchos negocios de comida cercas. El unico detalle es que no cuenta con elevador pero de ahi en mas todo excelente, sin duda muy recomendable

I stopped here for one night and it was a very relaxing stay. The front office really helped make up for my English Spanish deficiency and the air-conditioning worked great and they have great tacos nearby God bless nova

Excelente estancia, muy amable todo el personal, las instalaciones muy còmodas.

The room was excellent and very clean. The only bad thing about it was that our room was right next to the laundry room and the cleaning staff were laughing, talking and joking since around 8am and you could hear EVERYTHING. everything they were doing could be heard from our room. Also, the last day we were there the people next to our room got to their room around 530am and you could literally hear all the movements of chairs between the walls. Traffic can also be heard too clear into the room. Other than that, it is a nice hotel if you don’t mind all the noise.

I love this hotel any time I go to Cadereyta to visit I stay here. Compared to Maria Luisa and Best Western this is the best. it's clean, it's an affordable price, staff is super friendly and helpful. room is always clean and I love the cookies and coffee in the room. My kids enjoy it all the time. and it's near the plaza and my aunts house.

Muy bien las instalaciones y el servicio del Hotel, me agrado mucho la limpieza y la atención del personal , con mucha disposición y atención a los clientes, tuve un detalle en la señal de televisión y me cambiaron de habitación, todo el tiempo tuve buen servicio de Internet, y ademas es un espacio libre de tabaco. creo que es un acierto que las habitaciones cuenten con frigo-bar, cafetera y su servicio y horno de micro hondas ya que esto facilita mucho la alimentación del huésped. Ojala lo mantengan en estas condiciones de operacion
