Personnel à l'écoute.

Chambre non lavée tout les jours, bruit de moteur dans la chaufferie qui ma réveillé deux nuit de suite à 5h du matin, personnel qui ne parle pas Anglais alors que c’est la moindre des choses lorsque l’on accueil des touristes...

La chambre était trop sombre

Super Lage , nahe der Altstadt und ganz nah an der Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Geschäften und Märkten. Schneller und freundlicher check in und der Tee und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer ist sehr nützlich für einen kleinen drink. Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. TV mit HDMI in und USB

Leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster zu einem minimalen Innenhof, fast ein lüftungskanal und es hat im Zimmer leicht nach Zigaretten gerochen. Besser bei der Buchung gleich angeben, das man ein Nichtraucher Zimmer möchte.

The property is not what they show. Dirty rooms, sketchy management. They dont change the bedding for new guests. Not recommended for couples and families. Not a suitable place for a nice vacation. Not a decent hotel. Extremely dirty.

Everything about the hotel and staff! All the staff were exceptionally good and we felt like a family in such a short period of time. It was a very comfortable stay and we could enjoy Antalya really well with their advice. They even let us use some of their facilities which were not on the list initially. To be completely honest, we felt at home and my wife and I were sad leaving everything behind. Highly recommended!

We did like the staff there , they were really helpful, but the property itself was just bad luck. The room was dark and quite old. We couldn’t close the door because of the bed. The towels were old , so we even didn’t use it. The bathroom also had some bad smell. The facility in total was bad

The photo does not correspond to reality There are no showers, the beds are not comfortable, the window overlooks some steps and it was scary to open the window at night because someone could get in, The pillows are not comfortable, the room smells like cat pee

The hotel is very well located near old town, less than ten minutes walk away from republic square or tramway stop to airport. Suitable for 2-3 nights stay. People working there are helpful, in case of special needs like accessibility.

The faculties, poor customer service and horrible atmosphere. Considering the amount they charge it’s more like a hostel- our mistake was staying there for a week. We kept changing rooms and the most the rooms had severe damages. Nobody speaks English and communication becomes an issue.

1.very hot 2.Dirty 3.I asked for a refund and he refused to give me a refund 4.I couldn’t sleep at night because the people next to me were noisy I really think the government should close this hotel. I could smell smoke everywhere I went.

The location is very good, only 5 minutes walk and you’re in the heart of the city.

The shower water was very thin, and not pleasant to shower in there.

The first room was not so good but they generously upgraded us to a much better room.

The people were friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located to everything but it is right next door to a mosque. If you don't mind the 5 am call to prayer in your bedroom window. The hotel is old, mostly clean the towels had holes in them. The chairs in the rooms are lawn chairs and the kitchenette is a semi-clean refrigerator and a tea/coffee pot with 2 glasses. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great which was very good since it was 100 degrees F. It is cheap place to stay and not a bad location but you do get what you pay for as long as you know what to expect it isn't too bad.

The hotel location was very good, the rooms were clean .In the end for this price it was very good,especially that we only booked the rooms almost 3 days before our arrival and it was a high season because of adha holiday.

Excellent place to stay for short term very nice manger and staff I will stay in this hotel when I visit Antalya downtown
