没有热水也不提前告知，这家民宿不适合情侣住！

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais plus une chambre d'hôte. Dans les combles, il faisait très chaud, mais j'y ai bien dormi. Le prix reste élevé pour une chambre dans les combles.

매우 찾기 어려운 곳에 있었고, 에어컨이 없어 여름에는 이용하기가 불편함. 이웃에 행사가 있으면 시끄러움.

Abbiamo apprezzato la simpatia e disponibilità dei proprietari. La struttura è confortevole e molto pulita. A pochi passi c'è una fermata del tram, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Losanna.

Il bagno, posizionato in mansarda, era un pò scomodo per via delle altezze ridotte. Inoltre avremmo apprezzato se in camera ci fosse stato un frigo.

The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. The room is clean and cozy, the bed linen is very clean. The breakfast is very good. The area is quiet.

Our hosts were really genuine kind people. They stayed up to welcome us at 1am . They room was large, well appointed and warm. The location was a little out of town but the number 9 bus got you there in under 10 minites

Freundlicher Gastgeber. Zimmer war "ungewöhnlich", da im Dachgeschoss eines Reihenhauses (ehemaliges Kinderzimmer?) gelegen und man/frau als Gast sozusagen durch die "Privaträume des Gastgebers" nach oben gehen musste. Wer "schmerzfrei" oder gleichgültig ist, kann hier Übernachten, für uns war es insgesamt zwar OK, muss man aber irgendwie doch nicht haben.....

Bad im DG vorhanden, wäre aber ein "Gemeinschaftsbad" gewesen, wenn das zweite Zimmer im DG auch noch vermietet gewesen wäre. Da das Bad nur über eine Wanne verfügt, war das Duschen durch die Dachschräge für +160cm Menschen stark eingeschränkt oder nur in der Hocke möglich.

Quand je vois écrit, établissement, je ne pense pas arriver dans une maison chez des habitants avec une chambre à l’étage, que l’on doit enlever nos chaussures à la porte de l’entrée, on avait amené une bouteille de vin qu’on n’a même pas pu boire dans la chambre car le propriétaire de la maison a refusé. Il fallait qu’on aille dans son salon chez lui. Il a fallu que je paye encore 10 Fr. de taxes

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hébergement était excellent du début à la fin. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Le service était rapide et attentionné, et l’ambiance générale très agréable. L’emplacement est aussi très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great breakfast and very nice hosts!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois jours dans le B&B de Kelly. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux. Kelly était disponible, arrangeante et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. La chambre était très propre et bien décorée, le lit est très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment se détendre. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu ainsi que le petit déjeuner, varié, équilibré et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est également idéal, parfait pour découvrir Lausanne et ses alentours ! ✨

In a lovely quiet area about an hours walk from Lussane centre. Good and easy parking right outside the property. Nice polite, friendly hosts.

Nothing to dislike but two things could improve a stay in my opinion: 1) more plug sockets in the room 2) the ability to make tea and coffee in the room.

We arrived a little late, but that wasn’t a problem. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean and the room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with coffee from Ecuador, toasted by the hostess. Dinner was with other guests and friends of the owners. Very cosy.

The check-in process was very straightforward, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. I especially want to highlight the breakfast, it was definitely a highlight of my stay. The attention to detail and the quality of the food made for a perfect start to my day.

Booked this hotel via the Wotif app and the room was clean and looked exactly as advertised but the listing itself was misleading. This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. There is no front desk as all dealing were done in the host’s kitchen. There was no bar/lounge unless you joined the host and their family on the couch in their living room which would’ve felt a bit odd and intrusive. There was no tea/coffee making facilities/fridge apart from those in the host’s own kitchen but as a guest it felt a bit uncomfortable to access these. Having a seperate kettle and small fridge in the room would’ve been a nice amenity. Upon arrival we parked in the wrong parking spot as the one outside the property was already taken and were told to move immediately; for future bookings I’d recommend clearly stating which park you’d like guests to park in to avoid an unpleasant first meeting. The host did recommend we take off our shoes in the house which was fine, but it would be nice to be given directives in advance to create a more harmonious and comfortable entry. Had we of known the circumstances that this booking was to be in someone’s shared house we would not have booked this property; as it did feel uncomfortable as if we were invading someone’s personal home. However, the room itself was clean and presentable. The owner did kindly offer to assist.

It was so cold, and they didn't consider for us suitable blanket, just one small blanket that is for summer. They told me that there is breakfast but there was no breakfast.

Attention! Nous sommes des retraités et des grands voyageurs Expedia Gold VIP. C’est pour la première fois que nous avons rencontré un tel mauvais place. La propriété a une seule chambre normale celle au premier étage les deux autres sont dans le grenier. Elle est assez isolé du centre ville et des centres d’achats. Difficile d’arriver aucune inscription. Nous avons réservé avec Expedia la chambre au premier étage pour 3 nuits. 24 heures avant ils nous ont changé la chambre avec une au grenier. Impossible de les contacter pour avoir des explications. Nous avons contacté Expedia qui leur ont envoyé un email pour respecter le contract. Grace à ça nous avons eu la chambre que nous avons réservé et payé d’avance. A notre arrivée nous avons eu un accueil très rude avec un liste de chose à ne pas faire : enlever le souliers à l’entrée, ne pas manger dans la chambre, ne pas boir dans la chambre,etc. On se croirait dans un Musée !!! Nous avons payé cash le city tax sans aucun reçu. La famille n’est pas du tout accueillante. Au contraire. A mon avis elle est dans le mauvais business. Expedia ne devrait pas faire des affaires avec cette place. Je vais les contacter. À éviter, Gabriel - Montreal - Canada

My wife broke her arm outside the front door to the property. She was returning from the car the owners had told us to pack very close to the entrance. We asked for a recording from a private camera that was above the door. The owner (Kelly) said she didn't have access to it and would email the video. When after three days I asked about the film, she wrote that "this days the camera was not working". For sure: the private camera they have over the open door (they didn't give us a key) when there are guests in their house... And Kelly didn't ask a word about my wife's health. Nothing, no interest. Booking.com asked her (it was their idea, not mine) if she would refund us for this stay because of the accident. She replied that she would give nothing back. Watch out for this facility: if something bad happens, it's definitely "this days the camera was not working". And the room itself is very cramped, small and very stuffy inside.

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Location easy to find using Google maps. Other people complained that it was difficult to find. There is no sign but the number is on the door and maps took us there without any problem. Parking in front of the house. Good quiet location for exploring the surrounding area by car. The house is impeccably clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Room bigger than expected. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee from Equador. We had a lovely chat with the owners. Wish we could have stayed longer

Very nice and friendly host, trustful (the door was unlocked in an empty house, while they were away, same when we left), food was delicious and entire house was furnished with lot of taste.

The lady was unpleasant sometimes even rude In the morning at breakfast time. The breakfast was very poor. We didn't like that she didn't give us any choice how to pay and then she charged us 15 Euro fee for using the credit card. That was unfortunately unpleasant stay for us. free parking

Booking.com wants me to refund the fee paid to the host. I paid by credit card when booking.com, and there was no mention that I had to pay a credit card fee at check-in. However, the host charges an additional 3.5% card fee upon check-in. In addition, if you do not want to pay the card fee, you are required to cancel the booking.com card payment and pay in cash. After 9 pm, I had no choice but to pay the card fee and check in. Booking.com wants to refund the card fee to me (with a receipt) and ask the host to correct it.

Acceuil supprenant, à peine arriver il faut enlever les chaussures avant d'effectuer les présentations. La chambre est extrêmement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct avec des mélanges de jus de fruit, on s'attendait à avoir des fromages et charcuterie de la région

Halte d une nuit au BnB Kelly avec option repas du soir. Un accueil chaleureux et un dîner simple mais délicieux et très convivial . Chambre agréable et très propre Kelly et son mari sont des hôtes charmants.

C'est un B&B, donc logement chez le particulier (avec salle de bain individuelle). La hôte était très accueillante et un très bon cuisinière!

Siamo arrivate di sera e nonostante il navigatore abbiamo faticato moltissimo a trovarlo (neppure i vicini sapevano dov'era). Non c'era nessun cartello o indicazione. Appena entrati: ci hanno costrette a togliere le scarpe e a visitare la stanza a piedi nudi, dopo aver tolto le scarpe le prime parole della ragazzina che ci ha accolte sono state "la mamma mi ha detto che non avete pagato!!" In realta' avevamo pagato. Il terzo letto richiesto era ancora ripiegato; abbiamo chiesto di prepararcelo ma in risposta abbiamo ottenuto le indicazioni di dove trovare le lenzuola. Visto il mio disappunto mi e' stato detto che se c'erano problemi ero ancora in tempo ad andarmene!!! Data l'ora, mi sono preparata il letto. Poi e' ripresa la discussione sul pagamento, finche' ho dovuto telefonare a voi per avere conferma dell'avvenuto pagamento. Secondo me avrebbe dovuto essere la proprietaria ad informarsi visto che probabilmente era la prima volta ed era inesperta.
