Holiday Inn El Monte - Los Angeles by IHG

Everything was good

I did not like that there was no smart tv and had to buy water for such a high cost also no fee continental breakfasts ??? Really

Location and staff

Breakfast is not good. There was no option on the food they offer. It smells chlorine on the hallways.

Very clean and nice

Breakfast is not good. It's a restaurant to serve for outsiders. Not good for hotel guests. Not clean, unhygienic..

No proper breakfast. staff was busy catering to restaurant orders.

Nothing honestly

Cleaniness the restroom had a wierd smell. The bed sheets smell like humidity.

Pool was closed

This is not your typical Holiday Inn Express. There is a Chinese restaurant in the lobby, which doesnt belong to the hotel. Breakfast however took place here in the morning: very poor quality. Staff was not that friendly at check in, at breakfast (didnt get a voucher at check in and had to go back to ask it as they didnt want to serve me breakfast). Feels run down and not the quality you normally can expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff, breakfast, whole impression in the reception/ lobby area.

A filling breakfast

Very basic hot breakfast, no juice or amenities other than coffee.

Location

I requested for cleaning the room at front desk and I was told they will clean then room.Turned out , they only changed out towels; didn’t even came back to check us. I don’t understand.

Our stay there is always a comfortable one , rooms are clean and fresh , staff is great .

There is no longer water for your coffee or tea

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and area wasn’t too bad! Close enough to our event

Staff and night security were great

I had no dislikes

Extremely comfortable stay. Laundry facilities and the gym were great things to have and housekeeping services were great.

The breakfast menu is the same on all days. Got tired of scrambled eggs, bread and juice. The location is a bit far away from most of the places worth visiting but that's LA.

The accommodation itself was fine. The problem is with the return of the deposit. We left on 4.6., when we were promised that the deposit would be returned immediately. So far, despite our efforts to communicate with the hotel, this has not happened. The hotel is still blocking my money.

Estaba muy limpio

Location and clean

The lighting and wouldn’t change my sheets

Stanza accogliente e molto pulita, colazione abbondante. Vista dalla camera molto piacevole

Nulla

Great spot. About $50 Uber to Universal Studios from here. Staff was excellent. Pool was too cold to try for me, but the hot tub was nice and in working condition our entire stay. Laundry on site. I would stay here again.

The toilet paper sucks. That was honestly the worst thing.

The room was large and comfortable.

The pool was not very clean and looked old.

Friendly, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced

La habitación

Todo estaba bien !

All most everything

I occupied room 441, at 2:30 am in the next room I could hear very noisy people.I tried to call the lobby without success, I had to go down to the lobby but no one was at the counter I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive, it was a bad night and I just wanted to rest.

The lobby was nice.

The rooms are ugly and smell old and nasty. They need to upgrade the carpets. The restrooms are not cleaned either.

Big room , comfortable mattress

The bed is so high . We have a hard time getting up the bed . No hot water in the morning , waiting for a long time for breakfast & cockroach inside room .

Did not have rooms and i will never use booking . Com they are crooks and were supposed to reimburse ne and haven’t

I got robbed from the holiday inn and booking . Com

Las instalaciones

Que decía que incluye desayuno buffet y no habia buffet

Everything is fine

The bed is too soft. If it can be moderately soft and hard, it will be perfect.

There was sufficient disabled parking spaces.

The condition of the bathroom.

Hotel location was well positioned for our needs. The lobby was impressive. The room was well appointed and quiet.

Very clean

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff took us in about 1 AM and was very friendly whole time checking in

Check in and check out were seamless and the staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the room was clean.

The bathroom door didn’t lock and scraped the floor every-time it opened, the water was difficult to turn on/off in the shower, there was no complimentary waters in the room, and restaurants closed early

Na

Na

Beautiful and clean

A little price for the area

I liked that the staff were very thoughtful and let us stay an extra hour to use the pool after it was done being fixed.

There was nothing I didn’t like

It’s nice & clean

Very accommodating and clean

Nothing
