Reviewed Sep 4, 2026A localização do Hotel é excelente, mesmo em frente ao Palácio Episcopal de Gaudi, e tem váriada oferta de restauração próximo.
A insonorização dos quartos é horrível, além de ouvir os passos e as malas a arrastar no andar superior, uma das noites o hóspede do 2º piso foi tomar banho ás 5 da manhã e parecia que estava dentro do meu quarto (situado por baixo no 1º piso). Por esse facto, não gostei do hotel. Acrescento o facto de, se á chegada a menina que me recebeu foi profissional e muito simpática, o funcionário que recebeu a chave no check-out, virou-me costas sem uma palavra e parecia que estava a fazer um favor. Será dificil recomendar este Hotel.

Entiendo que la gente tiene que hacer su trabajo, pero las voces durante casi una hora en la misma puerta de la habitación a las 9 de la mañana eran una locura. Lo mismo se repetía a las 11:30. Si vas de boda y necesitas dormir, lo vas a llevar mal

Non sapevo che camera standard significasse camera vista muro. Non c’era il telecomando per l’aria condizionata. Sono arrivato alle 12, il cameriere mi ha detto molto scortesemente che il check in era alle 13, lo stesso che di pomeriggio, mentre starnutiva, mi preparava il cappuccino e il pezzo di torta dopo essersi lavato le mani solo sotto l’acqua senza sapone. Una camera con vista costava €30 in più, perché avevo prenotato vista muro. Il receptionist molto meccanico, alla faccia dell’ospitalità spagnola. La colazione inqualificabile. Si mangia meglio ovunque durante il cammino.

El tema del parking. Es zona azul y hay que tener suerte. Para el precio que tiene con desayuno, no es muy aceptable, supongo que pagas la ubicación, que es excelente. Precisa reforma en cuanto al cuarto de baño todavía con cortina.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La ubicación del hotel y el trato cercano y super agradable de todo el personal. Ademas pedimos habitacion con vistas y estabamos justo enfrente del Palacio Gaudi y por la noche pudimos ver desde el balcon el espectaculo de luz y musica del palacio, que es precioso.
Lo que menos me gustó, fué el desayuno.

La habitación era amplía, limpia y muy cómoda. Ubicación la mejor, en pleno centro, con la catedral al lado y a cinco minutos de la plaza mayor. Aparcamientos en la vía publica de zona azul, pero muy fácil de encontrar plaza.

La única pega es que la bañera resbala. Lo solucioné poniendo una toalla.

El hotel tiene acabados de lujo, se ve que aunque ya tiene un tiempo, cuando se construyó no escatimaron en calidades. El personal del hotel es muy atento, desde la recepción, el restaurante, la cafetería y el personal de limpieza. Es posible que vuelva a Astorga únicamente para volver al hotel.
El baño no es moderno, pero perfectamente limpio te hace sentir como en casa.

La salle d'eau et la décoration sont un peu datées. L'eau oscille entre le chaud, le froid et le tiède ; et le mitigeur thermostatique ? vous connaissez ? Ils sont devenus abordables, de nos jours. La composition du petit-déjeuner est très succincte, on voit que ce n'est pas le premier souci de la direction. viennoiseries sous cellophane, banane, tartine de pain grillé, jambon, fromage. Où sonts les oeufs ? Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de cette classe et de ce prix. Pourtant un restaurant gastronomique jouxte la cafeteria où nous le prenons.

Accommodatie kan een opfrissing gebruiken. Ontbijt is erg basic. De centrale ligging speelt ook in het nadeel wanneer het mooi weer is hoor je het lawaai op het plein waar cafés en terrassen tot laat in de avond open zijn.
