Nice property, its more of a home stay and not a five star property. Very nice owner and excellent home made breakfast available . Owner is very helpful and can make arrangements for local sightseeing also at reasonable price.

大変ホスピタリティが高かったです。ご兄弟でこのホテルを運営されているようですが、お二人とも人の良さが滲み出ています。私は今回のトルコ旅行で大変お世話になりました。 特にカッパドキアの気球ツアーです。もともとカッパドキアには2泊する予定で、どちらかで気球ツアーに参加出来ればと考えていましたが、天候不良でキャンセルになってしまいました。その後、イスタンブールに戻ったのですが、諦めきれずこちらのホテルに照会して、気球ツアーのパイロットに確認頂き、フライトの可能性を確認頂き、可能性の高い日にカッパドキアに戻って気球ツアーに参加しました。 また、私が間抜けなのですが、最終日にホテルにパスポートと財布を忘れてしまったのですが、連絡するやいなや、すぐに空港へ移動中のシャトルバスに車で届けて下さいました。本当に有り難く、信頼の出来る方達だと思います。 ここまでの対応をして頂けるホテルは他に無いと思います。 また絶対にお伺いしたいと思います。

Si esta reseña ha caído en tus manos es porque tienes que coger este hotel sin duda. Un hotel familiar, con todo lo bueno de un hotel de lujo, el personal cercano y las instalaciones una absoluta barbaridad y preciosidad. Y no solo eso, el valor humano que tienen es indescriptible, nos equivocamos (error nuestro en todo momento) en la reserva y hubo una noche que no teníamos alojamiento, nos ayudaron y nos lo facilitaron todo arreglándonos el problema, sin quejarse y en todo momento con una sonrisa en la cara. No solemos poner reseñas, ni buenas ni malas porque consideramos que la experiencia de cada uno tiene un factor subjetivo, pero en este caso no es así. Si quieres que tu estancia en Capadoccia sea plena y tengas un sitio en el que dormir que puedas llamar casa, este es tu sitio sin duda!!!! Por nos hablar del desayuno, todo casero y con una predisposición del personal excepcional. Destacar Enes, la persona que nos ayudó solo llegar al hotel y que estuvo haciéndonos compañía siempre, con una sonrisa y predispuesto a ayudar. Albergo a gestione familiare ad Urgup, ambiente cordiale e proprietari gentili.

Nonostante il sovrapprezzo di 50€ a notte per il letto aggiuntivo, la camera era piccola per 4. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non ottimale.

La chambre qui nous avait été réservée était sombre, minuscule et inconfortable. Devant notre refus, l'hôtelier nous a proposé une suite très confortable moyennant un supplément de 100 € pour les deux jours.

My family and I arrived very late. The receptionist was waiting for us, and our arrival was very welcoming. The service for 2 mornings was impeccable, they took care of our needs, which wasn’t much, but instantaneously service was provided 5stars. The only concern was that room was very close.Other wise the whole family was on top of everything

Eşim ve ben mutfak ve hijyen konusunda fazlası ile titiz olduğumuz için bu konularda oda kahvaltı olan bu konaklamamız için eksik veya zayıf hiçbir yön bulamadık. Kahvaltılar beklediğimizin üstündeydi, serpme kahvaltı ve her gün değişik ev yapımı fırın ürünleri ile desteklendiğine şahit olduk. Tüm hizmet ekibi ve gece müdürünüz Enes Bey'e ayrıca teşekkürlerimizi ilgi alakaları nedeniyle söylemekten kıvanç duymaktayız.

Location was great, breakfast ok

It is rated 5 star at Booking.com but no where near it. All facilities were good except for the room size which brings it less than 3 star. Safety box was advertised but could not see it. We selected considering it 5 star and the overall ratings which was very high. No lifts was a very big disadvantage considering it a 5 star hotel.

Very welcoming family owned hotel. The room really had the concept of a “cave home” but with modern day accessories. They had nice Turkish breakfast ready for us daily and even packed us breakfast when had to leave early for our tour….

Location quite central but needed taxi to get to Goreme

Made it feel like a home away from home. So very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Even had an impromptu evening with one of the owners and a friend playing for us.

Çatı katında kaldığımız için konaklamada sıkıntı yaşasakda genel anlamda temizlik, karşılama ve özellikle sabah kahvaltıları çok iyiydi. Çatı katı için boy sınırı muhakkak beritilmeli çünkü hareket alanı çok kısıtlı ve özellike banyo boyu uzun olanlar için kullanıma uygun değil. Bunun dışında Güler yüzlü hizmet için çok teşekkürler. Serpme Kahvaltı hem doyurucu hem yöresel ürünler içeriyor ve istediğiniz ürünler tekrar tazeleniyor.

Özellikle çalışanların güleryüzlü olması ve devamlı bizler ile ilgilenmeleri çok hoştu. Sabah kahvaltısı iyiydi. Konum merkeze yakın.Benim için tek dezavantajı kaldığımız oda çatı katı olması sebebi ile bazı yerlerde boyumu eğmek durumunda kaldım. Boyunuz 1.80 ve üzeri ise özellikle bunu rezervasyon sırasında belirtin eminim buna uygun bir oda ayarlayacaklardır.

Our stay in a 200 yrs old house converted to a boutique hotel located near the city center was amazing. It was more of a friendly and Family environment as the hotel is been managed by a beautiful family of father, sons, daughter in law along with their lovely staff, who took special care of each and every guest. During the Eid evening there was a lovely Turkish music & Dance performance which added to our experience. The daily breakfast was tasty and simple. The food was fresh and nice, they served us a nice fresh glass of orange juice. They had different types of sauces and breads.

This is a wonderful hotel run by very nice people and we enjoyed our stay at the end of October 2024. The location of the hotel is great because it is on a quiet street but you are a 5-minute walk from Urgup Town center. Where there are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all kinds of food places - that are open till late. The staff at the front desk was really nice and they helped us book a car and made all the travel arrangements for the pickup and drop off to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is a typical Turkish breakfast which was quite a spread. That was bread, there was cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a cheese tray, boiled eggs, omelettes, a wide selection of honey and honey like dippings, tea, something else that looked and tasted like salsa and was really delicious, a daily special that I do not know how to describe but was always delicious. All in all the breakfast was a really nice experience for us. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom is also lovely. The bathroom was quite spacious and the standing shower stall itself was quite spacious. We loved our stay, we loved all the staff and the treatment we got (thank you Eray, Enis and Asad). And if we were to come back to Cappadocia we would stay here again.

WE LOVE AJA!! Location is great close to everything, stuff is friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious, rooms are clean comfortable bed. They were so helpful throughout our stay. Nice room in a cave hotel in Ürgüp. The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and market, with restaurants and sights within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. There is a rear courtyard with a fountain which is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the fresh bread and baked items, and the staff are all very friendly and hospitable.

Everything - the rooms were tastefully furnished and in keeping with the period. Everything was well thought out We could highly recommend this hotel. The location was a very short walk into the town I have to mention the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They booked trips, taxis shuttle bus to and from airport. They have wrong advertisement, we couldn't see any balloons on the site, it was not 5 star hotel at all, the breakfast was terrible, I lost my designer sunglasses there. I had a bad experience.

As others have said, the hospitality was amazing here, with super nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and it did feel like we were dining in a family’s home.

My only recommendation would be to not stay in the economy double room - it is extremely small and there’s no place to put any of your stuff. We were hanging out towel on the TV to dry. There were no side tables and there’s paint chipping off the walls so that room overall just looked a lot worse than I expected for a 5 star hotel. We spent a lot of time in the common area because we couldn’t hang out in the room at all. The other rooms are probably much more spacious. Also the location is down the hill so there aren’t good views like there are from other Urgup hotels that are higher up.

I stayed at Aja for 3 nights in Cappadocia and it was one of the highlights of my trip. They are some of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. The whole family made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The staff were also very caring and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were plenty. The lobby and attached veranda were very relaxing at the end of a busy day and we drank Turkish tea like water. I hope to one day visit again just to meet these kind people once more.

We liked everything. Hotel is nicely located within walking distance from the centre of Urgup. The interior design is original, well thought and provides very pleasant sense of spending the time in traditional Turkish environment, but not lacking any modern amenities. Everybody in the hotel was very nice and doing their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We particularly enjoyed rich breakfast in the garden.

Maybe only the breakfast could start a little earlier then 8:30. It could be useful, especially during the summer, for people who want to start their exploration earlier.

Very cozy family hotel with incredible friendly staff. They were ready to help every single moment. They arranged all the transportation, excursions and so on. The front seat worked 24/7. The night front desk manager Eray was always helpful and always on duty. I felt very safe and welcomed there. Also the property was in the heart of Urgup that made it very easy. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!

It is the sweetest welcoming I have ever had in a Hotel. The place is like a hometown stone building, conveniently closed to the center of Urgup (literally 2 mins walk). Everyone is super nice, they provide all sort of information to visit the area, whatApp available all times during the day or else they organize your tour for the day. Breakfast is good and so is Hi-Fi. The first bight my pillow was too high and a new smaller one was found on the closet for the second night.

Some upper rooms have a lower ceiling, still very sweet and with a great air conditioning, thought. It is a minor aspect.

the atmosphere was impressive, the rooms are spacioıs and very clean. the family runs the hotel and they make you feel as if you are king and queen stayinh in their hotel. hasan and serdar are well known great people in the area. they are most helpfull with our questions and demands. I will miss emsal their warm hearted always smiling mother, she is personally taking care of every customer in the hotel. she buys fresh yogurt from villagers and serves to her guests everyday as if we are at her home. I really admired these people ans hıw they dedicaye themselves to their business.

*The location was great, 5 minutes walk to the central area. Yet, it is on a quiet side street. *At thise family own property, you meet the family: baby, parents, brother, grandmother. They really wanted to please and make sure that your stay was comfortable. Very gracious. *Like our balcony which overlook the fountain courtyard. *The water pressure in the shower was excellent, plenty of hot water. *The hotel arranged airport shuttle for us to and from Urgup and ASR.

*The standard time for breakfast was 8:30-11am. It was late for us who are early risers and had a 9 o'clok tour pick up time. They made an exception for our 7:30am breakfast request. The night receptionist got breakfast for us at 7:45am. We would prefer not to have to ask for special treatment and have breakfast served or be available by 7:30and no later than 8am.

We planned a short stay in Ürgüp for our wedding anniversary. We went to see a few other hotels before we decided to stay in Aja hotel. Perfect choice! We were received by 2 brothers, and they helped during check-in and adviced us with a good restaurant. The room was very large and cozy. The bathroom was excellent, with a large pool/jacuzzi for 2. The bed was good. We went in the winter, and the room/hall temperature was perfect. Next morning we did a ballon tour, arranged by the brothers. We were picked up from our hotel, and after the tour dropped off in front of our hotel. At breakfast we were received by the mother of the 2 brothers for breakfast. She is a very nice older lady, and made us feel like we were at home. She prepared a lovely breakfast - we could eat as much as we wanted. After breakfast we had a good chat, and at noon we checked out. She even gave us a present in the form of a local delicacy! Very nice family owned/runned hotel by lovely locals. Definately a place to return to next year!
