La habitación estaba muy bien ,muy limpia con secador y plancha de pelo , y jabones y etc,,, tus batas,y nevera, afuera tienes microondas y fuente de agua fresca y caliente. En la zona de afuera tiene zona fumadores con sofás y toldo para el sol.Todo muy bien.

Nothing was nice about this place. Don’t go there.

It was really sleazy hotel that was questionable. Person who checked us in was nasty and didn’t explain anything to us. It smelled like someone smoked in the room for 40 years and never cleaned it. I left after 30 min. I could not breathe. I rather lose the money that I spent for the night than stay one more min.

В номере было все, даже две расчески, плойка и фен. Гель для волос и лак для волос. Джакузи был бонус.

Не хватило шкафчика или буквально полочек, где можно было складывать вещи. Душ как всегда для людей низкого роста. Хотелось так же наличия ершика в туалете, так как за собой я и сама почистить могу. Так же больше информации на английском, так как инструкция для телевизора на корейском.

Todo el resto… la habitación olía mucho a tabaco y duró toda la estancia. En cuanto a la limpieza, no había.

The location was good, it's very close to the City Hall metro station and has multiple parks and malls close by. The price was very affordable as well.

There was no electrical outlet by the bed, and there wasn't a shower curtain so water went all over the bathroom. The furniture was a bit old and shabby but since it's a budget hotel we didn't mind.

The hotel is opened 24 h and there is no limit of check-in time. Food delivery can have access to your room even at midnight. Staff are so friendly you think you live in your neighbourhood.

The young staff at this hotel are exceptional and check in was easy. The hotel has a spacious elevator which is great. There is free ice and a coffee making machine at the entrance; this is a blessed relief in Koreas humid summers. The actual room is very spacious which feels really great. It doesn't have anywhere to store clothes just two hangers. I now understand this is a standard feature of a 'love hotel'. But what is good about these places is the sound proofing, only on venturing into the hallways are you met with embarressing noises. The aircon is okay as it was a standing unit. I personally find these less effective than the traditional overhead units as they don't seem to cool the room effectively. The hotel is close to another building, so you don't get much light. Even on opening the window you can see other people very clearly, the lack of light can get tiresome. The hotel is really close to the Metro station, which makes travel so easy The bathroom is wonderful with great water pressure. They have a marvelous electric bidet, in full working order. I had a room with a shower/bathtub. There is possibly the biggest flatscreen TV I have seen...ever. I didn't get to use it but I'm sure it would of been a joy. Suwon City has a wonderful amount of green spaces and places to eat, which I found truly enjoyable.

The lack of light was difficult after a while.

Es war alles gut, Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Großes komfortabeles Bett ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. TV mit allen Streaming Dienste. Kaffee und Wasser kostenlos.

We didn’t have any expectations when deciding to stay here as it was a cheap last minute option. However, we will most likely stay again if in the area. First of, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. So much that they ended up walking my husband to the laundromat away from the property.

The place was very clean and organized near the subway station along with other entertainment options. The staff was very nice and spoke English well.

Friendly staff and clean linen. Enjoyed walking Olympic park right by hotel in the early morning.

Smoke smell was all around above 3rd floor. I asked to change the room from 5th floor to 3rd where was less smell. The staff was very kind. If you can afford it, I recommend another hotel.

방이 너무 청결하고 침대쿠션도 너무 좋았어요. 욕실도 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔했구요. 직원분들도 다들 친절했습니다. 가격대비 가성비가 너무 좋아서 내일까지 하루더 숙박연장을 할 생각 입니다.

Fast and Nice Services Clean Rooms

It as been a pleasant stay.

Rooms were fine.

We booked a family room for 4 but this one was supposedly overbooked where we arrived so we were offered 2 rooms instead, which we had no choice but to accept but this is far from being idéal when you travel with young kids and then both adults have so sleep separately...

Its location is pretty good. Close to the subway station and other places to eat, shop, and drink.

Clean room with good facilities. Hairdryer and hair straightener in room. Convenient location next to Suwon City Hall subway station and in the heart of Ingyedong.

Smelled like stained tobacco all around, in every floor and in every room.

The lady receptionist was super helpful going. Above and beyond expectations. Excellent service

The room is comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

The TV is all korean, however if you tune in to english version it will revert to korean in 15 secs. the back of the table is dirty.

The room was very clean and everything is provided to make a comfortable stay. The room is quite spacious too. The hotel is about 20min away by public transport to the main attractions.

The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes and the air con was a bit loud.

Every tiny detail about the service is excellent, i mean who gives free popcorn and coffee unlimited more over, hair gel, and hair designing spray in the room with lots of other amanaties, convenient location very close to subway and park, highly recommend to stay if u r traveling in budget but dont wana compromise on comfort. Above all Mr Lee on reception is amazing guy.

Staff and amenities of the hotel were nice. Also it is conveniently located near subway, which was great to go around town.

Room was pretty small, maybe staff need a bit more English.
