Everything was good and clean staff was attentive n helpful sp Mr rohit at the reception was kind and cleared all are queries. Location was breathtaking n peaceful with views of the lake n city.

The property is really beautiful and great to walk around. The food is definitely good, and the staff are some of the most humble and amazing people. I honestly never expected to see horses and tortoises here, but they were a beautiful surprise! The property is peaceful and quiet, with so many birds around, making the whole experience even more special. A big 10/10 to the staff for their hospitality and kindness. ✌🏻✌🏻

The major issue during our stay was the frequent power cut-offs, both during the day and at night. Since it was summer, we specifically paid for an AC suite so that we could stay comfortable and avoid the heat, but unfortunately, the lack of electricity made it quite difficult at times. Considering the room rates, I feel the services provided did not fully justify the price. There were also some basic amenities missing, such as a shaving kit, sufficient soap for the entire family, and a hair dryer. These may seem like small things, but they can make a noticeable difference to guests’ overall experience. The property itself is beautiful, but some areas are starting to look a little old and would benefit from timely repairs and maintenance. Another concern was the number of insects inside the bedroom and washroom. We also noticed quite a few lizards inside the bedroom and my family slept on the sofa coz one of the lizard fell on the bed at night around 2:00am . Regular and timely pest-control treatment would definitely help improve the comfort and hygiene for guests. Overall, the property has great potential, but with better maintenance, reliable electricity, pest control, and attention to basic guest amenities, the experience could be significantly improved.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location and grounds are lovely. You are able to look down on Pushkar Lake from the garden as well as the animal hospital for cows! If you like birds then you can sit in the garden and watch parrots, hawks, peacocks and kingfishers come and go whilst munching on a wood fired pizza. What’s not to like? A hotel is nothing without its staff and the hotel excels because the staff are so friendly and nice. I have to specially mention the restaurant manager during our stay who was very kind and a big shout out to the chef as the vegetarian food is super special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially given the very reasonable price for what you get.

Bello l' hotel, buona pulizia, posizionato a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro in zona tranquilla. La camere un po' più basic rispetto alle sale, hanno un terrazzino con poltroncine, bagno ok. Bella e pulita la piscina in un giardino molto curato.

Il frigorifero era un po' troppo rumoroso.

Struttura meravigliosa. Vista bellissima sul lago. Personale accogliente e molto gentile. Particolare nota su Aarjun: davvero un'attenzione esemplare. Ci è stato fatto upgrade in suite senza costi aggiuntivi, l abbiamo apprezzato molto. Bellissimo giardino con piscina, molto rilassante. Ottimo anche il ristorante per la cena. Consiglio questa struttura, la migliore del nostro viaggio in India.

Beautiful old house with charm, lovely garden, good swimming pool. Our room was spacious and beds comfortable. It was very calm and quiet. Wonderful views of mountains and Pushkar. My daughter liked to look turtles and different birds in the garden. There is restaurant on site offering really tasty food all day long.

La lezione di yoga un po’ costosa ed è un po’ troppo per principianti anche se il maestro è stato molto gentile.

Piscina molto bella, particolarmente affascinante la sera quando il palazzo si illumina. Bella vista su Pushkar e sul lago. Molto attento e disponibile il personale in sala. Camere comode e confortevoli, in stile coloniale.

Absolute value for money.. very classic design

Superbe palace, légèrement en retrait du centre, mais facilement accessible à pied en quelques minutes. L’hôtel domine la ville et offre un cadre magnifique, avec notamment une très belle piscine qui invite à la détente. Nous y étions presque seuls durant cette période, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement paisible. La chambre, conforme aux photos, était spacieuse, confortable et agréable. Le personnel en salle était charmant, aussi bien au petit-déjeuner que lors des repas, avec une attention très appréciable. Une belle adresse, que nous recommandons pour son cadre, son calme

A lovely sanctuary at the top of the hill above the lake. So on a hot day lovely to rest around the swimming pool and in the evening venture down to the lake to watch to fire festivals at one of the ghats.

Beautiful palatial property. Beautiful location. Could see whole of pushkar from the gardens. Loved the garden and the verandah space. The best part about is that it’s a pet friendly property at minimal charges. Our puppy loved roaming around the property freely. There are horses in the premises which was lovely too. The rooms were okay. Rooms could get better. Food and restaurant service was good. Staff is very polite and helpful.

A somewhat dated hotel with good service, a spacious and attractive reception area, and rooms located on the upper floor. A lift is available. Very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are large, with traditional furnishings and a fridge. We had two adjoining rooms, each with a balcony. The restaurant is located on the ground floor in a large hall. Breakfast is served as a buffet. The choice at dinner was limited, which may have been due to it being the off-season. The bar on the ground floor was closed. Outside, the pool is situated in a lawn in front of the restaurant.

Everything went smoothly, the place is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent - they couldn't do enough for us. They really helped with booking days out, etc. The restaurant food was very good, the rooms were clean and the whole fell of the hotel was lovely. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We loved the inner courtyard with tortoises, and the stable by the entry point. We loved the food. We loved the pool.

Internet very slow Air conditioning was ineffective Toilet for one of the rooms was dirty on arrival. The hotel organised our taxi from Ajmer station on arrival for 1500 rupees. We organised our own cab back to the station for 500 rupees - not including tip. (There are plenty of taxis at the station) We left at 6am and asked the hotel the night before if we could have some sort of breakfast. They told me they ‘ had already told me that we could have an early breakfast’ . Despite that - and getting downstairs early for this - no breakfast materialised and none of the staff were able to help in getting anything. For this calibre of hotel it really shouldn’t be an issue - our hotel in Delhi laid on a full early breakfast for us. We didn’t expect that - but this place couldn’t even muster up some bananas….the fact I had been made out to be an irritant by checking really made this highly annoying.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, ca 10 min vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß und es gab einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und alle Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das beste war der Garten mit dem schönen Pool 😀

Such a beautiful hotel to stay and in a quiet area. The breakfast was good, the pool and the garden are beautiful. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy. It is probably the best value hotel and one of the most beautiful hotel we stayed.

We asked to do yoga and they forgot to reserve it. They told us a lie and did not take responsibility. However, they offered us lunch for free to compensate.

Le personnel est d'un grand professionnalisme avec la gentillesse et une belle attention en prime.belle piscine c'est l'endroit idéal pour faire un brake au calme et dans le confort. Good value. Lovely pool and nice view. Good balcony. Manager was very friendly and efficient. Delightful building. Guests should note that as it’s a holy city it’s vegetarian, no eggs or alcohol.

Staff a bit dopey at times. Plumbing not great. But we could have stayed much longer and enjoyed ourselves despite these short comings

Great location near Town (8m walk to the lake) Price Quality is excellent. Breakfast is continental and was good: fruit, muesli, pancakes and toast. They have beautiful horses on the property. They have a wood oven for great pizza’s! A welcome change after Indian food for 2 weeks! Staff at the restaurant are lovely. The pool area needs an upgrade, but has lovely views over the city.
