Reviewed Sep 8, 2026立地がよく駅から近いので、雨の中でも移動がしやすかったです。近くにコンビニもあるので買い出しもすぐに行けます。スタッフさんの雰囲気もよかったです。部屋掃除なしのコースで予約しましたが、タオルとゴミ袋は毎日交換していただけましたし、設備も整っていてよかったです。また無料で氷がもらえるので晩酌も楽しくできました。
全体的にかなり満足しているのでほとんどありませんが、強いて言うならスリッパにもう少し強度があったらなと思ったくらいです。でもそのスリッパも他のホテルに比べたら強度ある方なので本当に素敵なホテルでした。

Avevo selezionato una camera più grande ma nella camera c è un entrata e un corridoio lungo quindi dj spazio effettivo ce n è poco. Da bere ,gratis ,davano caffè e the,mentre per l acqua c erano le macchinette a pagamento. Magari invece del the è meglio offrire l acqua.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Best value for money during our stay in Japan. The rooms are small, but very clean and thoughtfully designed, making them feel much more comfortable and spacious than expected. A great feature is the lounge area on the 13th floor, where you can relax, have a tea, enjoy a drink, or simply spend some time chatting while taking in the atmosphere. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but overall I would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 5, 20265 minute walk from the station. Large shopping complex 2 minutes away. A good 30 minute walk to castle and gardens. Everything very accessible by foot or bus. We had a twin tatami mat room on 9th floor. It was small but very comfortable and clean, with a good sized bathroom. Great shower. Breakfast was nice with two options: 1. Japanese style - rice and fish or 2. Western style - hamburger! We went the Japanese style and it was very nice. There was also a small buffet w a small, but very nice, selection of other breakfast foods. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

They charged extra fee for parking. Tatami mats were dirty (perhaps un-washable, I don't know tatami mats). Coffee and tea available, but only starts at 7h30am, so not practical if you're an early traveller.

My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud with the trains running but it only bothered me when sitting on their rooftop balcony

Nonostante avessimo una camera economica ci hanno fornito persino il pigiama e in reception si possono prendere gratis una serie di oggetti come spazzola, spazzolino da denti, elastici, spugne per il corpo. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno molto bello per gli standard giapponesi. È a 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione quindi anche ma zona era perfetta. Ci è dispiaciuto andare via!

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Nous n’avons pas été prévenue à notre arrivée qu’il fallait réserver et payer d’avance le petit déjeuner, du coup au premier matin nous avons dû le prendre à la gare. Nous avons réservé pour le lendemain avec le choix du riz, et c’était très bien.
On entend les trains qui passent, nous sommes près de la gare, mais avec les bouchons d’oreille on n’est pas dérangé. Je n’en ai pas entendu la nuit, mais tôt le matin.

The hotel was being converted to Koko as we were there, meaning there was chaos in the lobby and outside with the signs being replaced and works being done. It was unusual that this was done when there were bookings in place given the disruption to the building. The other thing was that the room for storing suitcases was apparently small. They could only just fit our backpacks the morning we checked out. This wasn’t a problem but if someone had large suitcases they wouldn’t be able to leave them.
