這次住豪華房型，我有嚴重潔癖，房間非常乾淨沒什麼可以挑剔，設備齊全，床很舒服，早上根本起不來，不過洗漱用品要自己帶，整間都是落地窗風景非常好，窗台沙發可以躺著看風景，還有陽台。每天都有早餐，很好吃份量也足夠，服務人員和善積極，還有提供雨傘跟腳踏車免費用，晚上9.後貼心提供泡麵跟零食，整體體驗非常好，下次再來！

Lovely boutique hotel, decor is seaside theme which was very light and airy. Very friendly and helpful owners, always delighted to assist. Tasty breakfast although limited selection (pick one of three) and late delivery on one day and my husband had to go downstairs to collect it himself (phone wasn’t working from the bedroom). Would have been nice to have a swimming pool but it’s not a hotel so understandable that the facilities were limited. The bikes for hire were a nice touch, we were able to ride along the promenade one morning. Bedrooms were well equipped with freestanding bath, kettle and tea, coffee and snacks. Minor quibble was not enough hanging space for clothing, just 5 hangers and no wardrobe. Also the owners don’t speak English so just something to factor in.

旅館佈置充滿特色，設備適合couples或想單獨享受寧靜的旅程落腳地。職員很友善，在我遇到困難時出手幫忙, 很窩心。

非常棒的民宿！一早起床就能看到海，早餐非常豐富，水果很多！下次去花蓮還會選擇S.E.A曙光民宿。

Nice view for sunrise

These rooms are immaculately cleaned, decorated very well, and have beautiful views. Get a room on the 3rd floor or higher for a view, but note there does not appear to be a reflective tint on the windows so close the curtains for privacy. The staff insist on serving you a delicious breakfast even if they have to hurry in the morning to prepare a takeaway meal (I told them it wasn’t necessary but they really did insist). The employees took care of me like I was family- even walking me to the curb to make sure the drivers knew where I was going or spoke English. I would plan another Hualien vacation to specifically stay at this property again. The rooms, the food, and especially the staff are amazing.

近市區

距離東大夜市走路5分鐘可到, 房間外就是海邊景觀無敵。唯一缺點是浴室的乾濕分離做的不是很好, 淋浴間的水會淹到外面很困擾(#601)

以市區的方便性和海景的無敵景觀結合，而且房內的硬體設備也都維持得不錯，這是很高的C/P選項，另外在服務上也是很親切的恰到好處，不會感到打擾但是又能隨時得到想要的詢問或服務 雖然沒有停車場，但是海濱路邊都是免費的停車位，不會構成問題 離東大門夜市大概不到一公里，離市區要買包子或是扁食⋯⋯都方便，很推薦來花蓮的住宿首選之一

離夜市跟海邊很近，房間很美，但是二樓完全沒有隱私，外面跑步的阿北可以站在窗戶外跟你打招呼，建議加價住高樓層，浴室跟洗手間只有布簾跟可以擋著，就算是情侶也是很尷尬，早餐比期待的好一點，小雞塊兩塊，水果各一小塊，漢堡三明治法式吐司擇一，飲料一杯。 櫃台會寫隔天日出的時間，算是貼心，房間電視接觸不良，看個十分鐘就沒畫面😂

房間很舒適，店家很貼心，到車站接我們。

View真的好，但房間整體一般。

浴室的排水可以再改善一下

舒適的住宿環境，服務人員很親切，早餐和下午茶好吃。房間在三樓有陽台可看到海的景色，很療癒。距離東大門夜市很近，走路約十分鐘。下次會再入住。

雖然價位偏高，但整體服務及房間體驗非常好，會想再次前往。

整體住宿感覺很棒～ 唯一美中不足的是⋯廁所的排水系統有待加強😅😅

The room offers really good view, which I think must be the whole point of the high price. It’s bathroom does not separate the toilet and bath/shower. And after showering or bathing, the whole bathroom is wet.. furthermore there’s no door only a curtain (!) separating the bathroom from bedroom. The exhaust fan sits outside the bathroom near it but outside so the air would be a bit damp for quite some time. I also think the room is a bit small considering there’s actually no closet or any place to hang your clothes. I don’t think the blue artificial light add to much to simulating inner decoration to a sea world environment. I understand the price is for the location and view, but think better quality can be achieved at current price.

整體來說，都非常好。唯獨隔音較差，晚上樓上聲響會影響睡眠。

Wonderful service. Clean and bright hotel. Breakfast was included and they went out of their way to provide it early for us.

落地超大玻璃, 是海邊第一排民宿, 前面沒有其他建築物阻擋海景, 對著太平洋, 但該路段很多民宿, 很多人開車, 停車需要找車位。

民宿的設備新穎感覺，接洽的服務人員每一個都非常親切熱情，會想要再入住！

由入住前跟民宿屋主聯絡已經感到他們很熱情很親切，由於我有同行朋友都想入住，但沒有房間，就住了附近的，屋主也接送我的朋友一起由機場到民宿，超級好的！！ 房間方面，跟圖片一樣，超大，裝修主題是藍色航海為主，很舒服 屋主會提供早餐跟下午茶，很喜歡

這是一間接近完美的民宿！完全感受到設計者的心思！由接待、環境和餐飲！所有項目也是一絲不苟的！ 首先，是民宿的外觀！藍白色的、加上時尚的設計！景觀是一望無際的海景！早上忍不住望著海邊、吹著海風，享受了一會！ 本想把所有細節紀錄下來，但還是想大家入住時有點驚喜！ 來花蓮的朋友！誠意推薦您們入住！這是一所不能錯過的民宿！ 要數惟一的缺點，可能是這裡的設施和服務太完美了！讓我們也感到不好意思，有點拘謹！ 但這裡真是花蓮不能錯過的民宿！！！

老闆很用心，用了大量安全玻璃讓視野更寬廣、軟水設備讓盥洗有不同的感覺，還有早餐跟免費下午茶，人員接待服務也親切，附近還有夜市晚上無聊也有地方可以去。重點來了，這民宿去年10月才開幕，所以設備算很新。記得有懼高的不要選高樓層，因為建築設計視野真的很寬闊

我是住宿控, 所以住宿經驗相當豐富。這是住宿經驗非常好, 接待人員"每一位"都非常和善親切, 像朋友一樣的感覺。 房間的備品特別, 有設計的牙刷, 立刻擄獲我的心。 不過,住宿最重要的還是地點。 飯店地點非常非常棒, 去東大門夜市只要走路五分鐘就到. 房間看出去就是美麗的海, 飯店後面有條舒服的賞海步道,可通往北濱公園、南濱公園、東大門夜市等..。 早餐看起來雖然很簡單,但咮道卻很美味。 下回我們一定會再回來~

We enjoy our stay at S.E.A B&B. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. The hotel it self is very clean and pretty. We booked 2 rooms and each rooms have differnt decor. Especially the view of the ocean in the morning is worth the price of what we paid. They also provide free transportation to the Train Station. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and attentive staffs. The location of the hotel is also very good with nearby night market and facing the Pacific ocean. They also have bicycle where u can rent and cycle along the coast.
