Boutique Hotel Hugo

The hotel was super well located and stylish. The room was quiet and the bed, pillows, and sheets were comfy and clean. The airconditioning was perfect for the hot wheather.

Not having an elevator was slightly inconvenient, but nothing serious. The breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was fresh and tasty.

Τα 55 σκαλοπάτια όταν ανεβάζεις βαλίτσες είναι ένα θέμα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σκοτεινό.

La ubicación es excelente. El trato del personal es inmejorable. El servicio del desayuno es excepcional. Volveremos.

Hotel muito charmoso e aconchegante, com atendimento excelente. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e ajudaram com as malas. A localização também é muito boa, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem às necessidades.

O hotel não tem elevador, o que torna o acesso aos quartos bastante cansativo, mesmo com a ajuda dos funcionários com as malas. Tivemos também um problema importante com o ar-condicionado durante o verão europeu: mesmo funcionando, a temperatura do quarto não baixava de 24 °C, o que foi bastante desconfortável para dormir. O suco do café da manhã também deixou a desejar — muito industrializado e com sabor de água açucarada.

Goede locatie. Hygiene was goed! Goede airco op de kamer. Ramen die open kunnen. Ontbijt beschikbaar.

Het hotel is 6 trappen omhoog, helaas geen lift. Het bed werd zo opgemaakt dat als je de deken pakte, het hele beddengoed gelijk los zat. Gelukkig werd het beddengoed wel elke dag verschoond.

Nos encantó todo, habitaciones bonitas y comodisimas, baño grande, el personal súper amable, desayuno incluido. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estámos haciendo una ruta por Italia y hasta el momento es mi preferido. Si volvemos a Florencia volvemos seguro. Por cierto muy buena ubicación a 6 mint de Duomo andando.

Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, pero el personal nos ayudó así qué fantástico!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it is a simple hotel, it is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we had a great night’s sleep every night. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome. The location is another great advantage. It is within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, yet situated in a quiet area, allowing us to relax and rest peacefully. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

L'assenza dell'ascensore per i bagagli e il caldo di questi giorni ma tutto è stato ripagato dal livello dell'hotel

Otelin konumu oldukça iyi bir yerde. Floransa içerisinde bir yerden başka bir yere ulaşmak zaten çok kolay. Otelden neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve çeşitli. Odalar temizdi ve günlük temizlik de çok özenli yapıldı. Kaldığımız odanın dizaynı iyi düşünülmüştü. Ferah, estetik ve konforluydu.

Otel bir apartman tipi binanın üst katında kalıyor ve binalar eski olduğu için de asansör bulunmuyor. Yaşlılar ve engelliler için sorun teşkil edebilir.

The stairs but had help to bring our luggage up. The staff was very accommodating.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Wir haben das Auto eine Minute fussläufig entfernt im Citypark Venezia abgestellt. Die Registrierung für die ZTL hat das Hotel übernommen. Der Eingang vom Hotel ist in der dritten Etg. und wir sind von Rocco sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer ist Top, eine 10/10 komfortable und modern. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und das Frühstück ist frisch angerichtet und hervorragend! Sehr nette Bedienung und tolles Ambiente. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! lieben Gruß Mito&Sandra

Ein kleines, feines Hotel, sehr zentral, schön eingerichtet, Zimmer überraschend geräumig, hervorragendes Frühstück, wir kamen viel zu spät an und wurden super zum Self-Check-In angeleitet. Hatten ein Problem mit dem Parken, telefonisch sofort Hilfe bekommen, wir kommen gerne wieder und dann länger!

Das einzige, was wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten, ist, dass man auch nicht zum Ausladen vor dem Hotel stehen bleiben kann. Parkplatz war aber super organisiert!

The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! The care and attention with recent renovations showed. It was the perfect place to land in Florence, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Hotelli oli hiljainen eikä huoneista kuulunut mitään. Liikenteen ja ihmisten melu ulkoa kuului huoneeseen koko yön. Lisäksi klo 8 aamuisin alkoi remontti huoneen yläpuolella ja vastapäisessä kirkossa aloitettiin remontti hetkeä myöhemmin. Hyttysiä oli myös huoneessa. Aamupala oli melko suppea ja leivät kuivia. Kolmen hengen huoneen kalustusta voisi parantaa.

Great and safe location. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. We were greeted kindly and shown our room upon arrival. It was extremely spacious and modern. Breakfast was phenomenal and the lady who prepared it was so kind. Much thought and care went into this property.

It is on the third floor, so travel light. We were warned ahead of time, so it was not an issue. No complaints whatsoever.

Location and staff. Both are great. They even helped with restaurant reservations.

Stairs - it is on second third floor which feels like 5th floor. It is a serious climb with suitcases and if you are tired from walking all day and want to get back and rest.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Personal war ganz okay.

1. die Regendusche hat nicht fuktioniert und wenn man über 180 cm gross ist, musste man in die Knie gehen um duschen zu können. 2. Die Türen der Dusche konnte man nicht ganz schliessen, was zur überschwemmung des Badezimmers führte. 3. Die spühlung hat nicht gut funktioniert.

Zauberhaftes kleines Boutique-Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtet, herzliches Personal, sehr gute Lage (5 Min. Fußweg zur Accademia, 12 Min. Fußweg zum Dom).

NIchts. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Hotel selbst und auch der Frühstücksraum eher klein sind, was aber nicht schlimm war.

オシャレで清潔。アメニティもシャンプー、リンス、ボディーシャンプーなどあり。 コーヒーが美味しかった、スタッフがフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。空港まではタクシーで15〜20分。フロントで頼めます。

朝食の種類が少ない、朝食食べる場所は素敵ですが狭いのが残念。エレベーターが無い。スタッフはヘルプしてくれます。 工事をしてるようで、8:30から轟音が響き渡り非常に不快でした。せめて10時過ぎとかにしてほしかったです。工事が無かったら一切文句はないです。

Cute boutique hotel! The staff was the best! We had an issue with our a/c and the staff fixed it immediately while we were out exploring Florence. Front desk recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was spot on for what we needed. Comfy place to do work and have breakfast which was very good! Great scrambled eggs!

No elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. You can definitely skip the gym that day. Ha!

Modern room only a short walk from the Duomo and all the sights. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was nice but if all the guests went at the same time, it’s cramped. The 5 flights of stairs are a workout everytime you go out so only book if you are mobile.

Sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir konnten unser zimmer schon vor der angegebenen Zeit beziehen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck noch den ganzen Tag im Hotel lassen. Die wichtigstens Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu fuss erreichbar.

Tavolino per la colazione un po' piccolo soprattutto per tre persone.

La colazione è semplice ma ben curata, con tutto il necessario per un inizio di giornata piacevole. Sarebbe però apprezzabile offrire ai clienti una maggiore varietà e libertà di scelta, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più soddisfacente.

Ma niente forse l’unica pecca sono le scale per raggiungere l’hotel e non avere un balcone in camera.

Belle chambre, bien décorée, salle d'eau agréable, au calme, lumineux. Accès facile à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville (le Duomo à 15mn) et tram à proximité pour rejoindre la gare ferroviaire (10mn) et l'aéroport. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable (merci encore à Rocco).

Rien d'important. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié. Il faut monter deux étages à pied mais l'installation d'un ascenseur est prévu en 2027 selon notre hôte.

La taille des tables du petit déjeuner... Un peu plus de place SVP.

Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли поднять и спустить вещи, так как лифта нет. Было всё очень чисто, удобная постель, что дало хорошо отдохнуть:) Вкусные завтраки, особенно круассаны. Так же есть свежие фрукты, клубника. Нас заселили раньше чем было обговорено. Место расположения 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and felt very fresh. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore everything. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. A huge thanks to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and polite from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation, the room was perfectly clean and warm every day. I felt very safe in the area. Very close to the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo and yet a very quiet area. The breakfast was excellent. Rocco was very friendly and extremely willing to serve and provide any information. The girls who worked there were very kind and always smiling. I would recommend it without hesitation for anyone who wants a nice and quiet stay in Florence.

Quizás que no hay ascensor. Pero unas cuantas escaleras merece subirlas, porque el hotel y su personal son encantadores.
