You need to consider having a separate room for holding bags. Currently the bags make the reception look a bit untidy and it kills the ecstatic and ambiance of the hotel. It makes the pictures look like a catfish

The hotel is in a great location. It is conveniently accessible from the airport via Tsing Yi, and you can get to Central directly by MTR. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearest station, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I think the shower had the strongest water pressure I experienced anywhere in Hong Kong. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I stayed here eight years ago as well, and I’m happy to say that the pleasant atmosphere has remained unchanged. Thank you very much for another wonderful stay.

酒店离地铁站有点远但是穿梭巴士很方便，前台姐姐接待很热情，酒店价格也很实惠。

厕所的门关上的时候会有响声可能吵到隔壁的人，早餐品种比较少，室内空调响声有点大，如果可以附赠瓶装水更好。

I love that they are very factual with what they post. Clean surroundings, clean bed and room, regular housekeeping and the lady in our floor was very nice! We stayed in the 5th floor! ☺ Love the shuttle and how it's very organized and always on time. They have wall charging ports directly for USB cables and when I needed an adaptor for my laptop's charger, they did not hesitate to lent me. We had a good stay! We will come back!

飯店裡的服務人員，包含櫃台以及清潔人員都很親切。房間空間很大與休息起來感到舒適，備品都很齊全。

飯店位置像是在工業區中，要去熱鬧的地方比較需要配合接駁車的時間

Leider konnten wir kein Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage wurde erst auf meinen Wunsch hin gesäubert.

although hotel is located in the factory area, can find couple more hotels nearby. This hotel is provided a shuttle bus to metro station, about 7min ride, every 30min, excluding lunch and dinner break, from 8am to 22.30pm, or can take a relatively easy walk 15min to station... There is a direct airport bus, A30, walking 258m from hotel to bus stop, cost HKD $20 which is the cheapest ways to airport at 6am, whilst taxi may cost you $280-$350... The reception is 24hr, staffs are friendly...room services every day.... Nice buffet restaurant on the second floor...Walking 7 min to find more restaurants... Free toothbrush and toothpaste, some tea bags and Coffee powders.

The location is not the best but it served our purpose. I love that there is a shuttle to the MTR train station. Very very convenient. Made the stay so easy. Real value for money. There is a 7 11 also close by for convenience. I would definitely come back here. The hotel staff was friendly, and they also kept my luggage on check out for the day so I could still engage some activities without having to deal with it

Nothing. This is at most a 2 to 3 star hotel, charging you 4-star hotel price.

This hotel is as rubbish as they come. Not a 4-star. They should be stripped down to 3-star. Some basic issues with this hotel: 1. On first day of checkin the room electricity short-circuited, so it was pitch black. I asked for a refund for 1st day of stay and they refused. Instead they offered breakfast voucher and a late checkout on my last day. How was the breakfast? Read #2 below to find out. 2. Breakfast was disgusting. They serve stir fry noodle that tasted bland and unmarinated. It tasted like eating cardboard. Mostly they serve processed food (canned, frozen food that they then reheat). There's no variety whatsover. Tea was those Lipton English breakfast teabags (self-service). Not much else, some fruits and Kimchi. And coffee was from coffee machine (think Nespresso coffee maker quality). 3. After the total room blackout they move me to another room. Now there's a new problem - very poor Wifi signal where my line gets dropped every few mins. Bandwidth is very low so forget downloading anything or thinking about watching your own Netflix. Naturally I complained, but after doing this for about 3 times I gave up, since clearly they had no plans to fix it. 4. Naturally I complained again after the above. So let's get to the service part now. The lady at the front-desk got annoyed and asked me if I would accept a full refund. Note that I'm staying here for 2 weeks and this is only day 2 or 3. I asked that woman why they wouldn't refund me for the first day when the blackout occured and she said it's against company policy. Then I asked her point blank.. isn't it like trying to kick me out of the hotel then by offering me a full refund and then asking me to find another hotel to stay very last minute and end up having to pay a much higher price?

I like the fact it has a free hotel shuttle bus to take you to the nearest underground station .

I didn't like where the shower was fixed to the wall .Because it was fitted at the side of the wall .So was a bit of an awkward position to take a shower .It would of been better if the shower was fitted in the middle of the wall .

訂兩間房間，一間房間冷氣壞掉，住宿方只會口頭檢查沒問題，實際兩間房間溫度他們去測試出來時有落差的，160間客房，沒有半間備用，堅持房間不換，160間客房半夜只有配一個完全沒有任何權限的小職員，說沒辦法替我們解決任何問題，早上經理也只會堅持「後台數據」有問題極差的體驗，千萬不要來，一肚子火

Everything was amazing. Room very clean and spacious. Great. That's all I can say. Many people complain about location, but metro is only 8 minutes away by walk.

The staff are friendly, there are laundry facilities, the room is clean and it’s a short walk to the station.

Although there is laundry facilities; it is probably best to note that you will need to put it on dry mode a lot longer than they say as the clothes were still damp when I took it out after a wash & dry + another 1 hour dry.

这家酒店就像是我的第二个家，每年回香港都住这家酒店，与同类酒店相比性价比大高了，房间很大，浴室是干湿分离的，空调24小时的，浴室同时3个人洗都可以😊，周边很多吃的很方便，虽然没有地铁但是有很多巴士和小巴，很方便，我还会选择这家酒店。

唯一不满意的是电视节目不多，没有什么可以看的，希望增加一点电视频道，谢谢👍👍👌🏻

Distance far from public transport

Good value for money. Location wise it is in an area with a lot of Halal and Desi (Pakistani / Indian) restaurants and shops at walking distance. Lot of desi people live in the neighbourhood it seems. Frequent shuttle bus (available every half hour each way) to and from the near by metro station. Victoria harbour and the main city area is then a short train ride from this station.

El personal fue amable en todo momento y el hotel estaba limpio. La elección se debió principalmente al precio, ya que Hong Kong es una ciudad muy cara, y en ese sentido cumplió con lo esperado. Para una estancia básica, el hotel es correcto.

La ubicación es bastante alejada de las zonas de interés. Se tarda entre 20 y 30 minutos en llegar a Kowloon y los desplazamientos en taxi resultan caros, con un coste aproximado de 20–30 euros por trayecto. Además, la zona es residencial, por lo que a partir de las 23:00 h apenas hay opciones para comer, salvo un McDonald’s cercano. Aunque reservamos una habitación para tres personas, el espacio resultó bastante justo.

房間很大，很多插孔不用轉接頭，衣架掛鈎很多，有提供茶包、香皂、牙刷牙膏、拋棄式拖鞋，每半小時一班接駁車往返葵興站，機場可以搭A30到葵涌屏麗徑下車，大約走五分鐘到飯店，回程一樣的地方等往機場A30就可以

附近是工業區住宅區比較冷清，距離超商超市有段距離，沒有瓶裝水、也沒有飲水機，入住房間有臭臭的味道，好像從冷氣孔發出，冷氣無法調整，感覺像中央空調

员工，前台连救护车都不愿意帮忙叫下，“你自己叫呀！”，“你自己叫呀”（半夜，没有其他顾客需要前台服务，完全空闲状态）在家人反复强调我们不会讲广东话电话沟通不方便怕“延误时机、传递错信息”让其帮忙叫一辆才勉为其难叫了辆救护车，在大陆，哪怕地上躺个人，也有路人会叫救护车。 停车场保安，态度极差！ 这些只是这次香港之行缩影，遇到更糟糕的事和酒店无关就不说了。最后想说：Laji香港，再也不来了，宏福苑是你们最大的福报！
