Reviewed Oct 30, 2024This hotel is perfect in everything. The rooms are perfectly equipped and I believe there is nothing to miss there, besides being clean and comfortable.
The location is fantastic overlooking the river and there are markets nearby about minutes walking. The staff are so cooperative and friendly. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The welcome hot face towel and a cup of hot tea was really nice when you register at the hotel. Hotel amenities are good and the location is within a short walk to several eateries and shops. I look forward to staying there again when I next visit there.

Although it's not the fault of the hotel, but makes the stay uncomfortable. It's a non-smoking floor, but people still smoke in the room.

The carpet in my rooms were OK, but needed to be spot cleaned. Housekeeping needs to vacuum more thoroughly and double-check the trash bins. There are only a few TV channels in English, and those are awful.

В номере есть чайник, чашки, чай, вода. При заезде - трогательная записка "добро пожаловать домой", баночка пива и свежая пресса в подарок. Замечательные завтраки с колоссальным выбором блюд. Окрестности тоже неплохие - напротив за рекой парк с горой, музей. В целом, всячески рекомендую.
