Trato muy cercano y amable, entorno natural, súper tranquilo.

Hotel in un'antica casa in stile Lanna appena fuori dalle mura della città. Quartiere molto tranquillo. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Colazione buona inclusa nel prezzo. Staff cortese e disponibile, c'è persino la possibilità di usare la lavatrice gratuitamente. Nell'hotel a fianco (stesso proprietario), c'è la piscina e la si può tranquillamente usare.

The location is ideal, in a typical neighbourhood; the atmosphere and décor of the hotel are very pleasant, and the staff are absolutely charming.

The quality of the breakfast items does not live up to the rest of the hotel. Among other things, the coffee is really not good. Please note: the room where breakfast is served is located outside the hotel; breakfast is not available in your room, but you can get a takeaway breakfast, which is very basic indeed.

Tot…el personal és increïble, ens van ajudar en tot moment i super atents… fins i tot per reservar el lloguer d’un cotxe Les habitacions molt confortables. Un hotel sense sorolls al centre de Chiang Mai. L’espai exterior és molt maco i tenen el restaurant i la piscina a un altre recinte, a 1 minut caminant… aixi que cap problema.

No tinc res en contra, com a molt podries posar que el lloc d’esmorzar no està en el mateox recinte, però està tant aprop que np ho considero un problema

Struttura molto bella in un’atmosfera rilassante. Comodissima per girare Chiang Mai. La stanza grande e dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni per godersi la città al meglio. Colazione ottima.

La struttura ha un design molto bello e sembra di immergersi dentro una tipica casa tailandese. La posizione è buona e vicina al centro, ma comunque lontana dall’aeroporto. Pulizia buona

La struttura è completamente in legno per cui si sentivano rumori ad ogni passo. La strada vicino è chiusa al transito e questo ha creato un po’ di disguidi con i vari grab/pick up dei tour.

Struttura accogliente e in posizione centrale perché a pochi minuti a piedi dalla old town: ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno sia di breve che di lunga durata. Ottima la colazione, acqua calda nella doccia, pulizia nelle camere impeccabile così come la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff nel reperire qualsiasi informazioni si necessiti. Vivamente consigliato!

Super emplacement non loin de la vieille ville, bel environnement et personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Isolation phonique très insuffisante, aussi bien depuis l’extérieur que depuis les autres chambres. Heureusement, des boules Quies étaient mises à disposition, ce qui a permis malgré tout de bien se reposer et de profiter d’un sommeil réparateur.

It was so comfortable staying here. During my trip in Chiang Mai, my favorite part was the 24-hour front desk. Both the day and night staff were incredibly warm and they gave me a very quiet room I got a good sleeping ! Appreciate

It was very beautiful and unique! Good space, private outdoor area, pool, and free breakfast buffet and to-order food. Also very close to everything, we were right in the old city and close enough to be picked up for every excursion we went on. Could not ask for a better stay!

ロケーションも街から歩ける距離にも関わらず静かな場所で良い。何よりスタッフの人達がとても優しくて最高でした。ソロトリップで初めてのチェンマイだったが、みんな笑顔で、着いた日には初めてのチェンマイだと伝えるとホテルの周りのお寺などを案内してくれて、お寺の参拝方法などを教えてくれた。24時間常駐しているので、アイロンが壊れた時も夜中に交換してくれた。

eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, die wir wieder besuchen würden! das Personal half uns auch bei unserer Visaverlängerung und druckte Dokumente für uns. inkludiertes Frühstück war traumhaft und vielfältig. zusätzlich kann mensch den Pool einer zugehörigen Unterkunft benutzen. Zimmer waren wunderschön und das gesamte Ambiente der Unterkunft lädt für ruhige Tage ein. zusätzlich ist auch die Lage wirklich top und das meiste war für uns fußläufig gut erreichbar.

The staff that greeted/assisted us at the Pao Come Boutique House was outstanding. I asked for help with the washer because I was unfamiliar with the brand, and the gentleman basically loaded and started my clothes. He gave us a tour to show us the pool and breakfast area. He provided some more hangers for drying. We asked if there was ice available for a drinks we had, and he brought a whole bag of ice! Upon leaving he was kind to wait for us and make sure our Grab car arrived, and confirmed where we were going with the driver. Exceptional customer service. The courtyard is calm and lovely. The pool refreshing. The room clean and cool with air conditioning. Big bathroom and shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

Location - it takes a bit of walking to get around to things we wanted to see in the Old City, however a Grab is inexpensive.

This place is beautiful! We were under its spell the three days we had the chance to stay there. Our room was confortable, little attentions like mosquito repellent device, unlimited free water bottles, the many chilling spot inside the Boutique and outside (Access to pool in a close by hotel) and the very good and varied breakfast made Chiang Mai exceptional for us. The employee helped us book our activities and everyone was very helpful. Everything can be done by walking or very short Grab. Definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

The location of the hotel was excellent. IT is a boutique hotel with the character of an old thai wooden villa. SO the rooms are not accordingly ultra modern. Its a gorgeous space with surprises all over. It has a historical charm to it. THe place was clean, and also has washing facilities.

Super gemütliches Hotel, wunderschöner Innenhof. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es in einem anderen Hotel und in noch einem weiteren ist ein Pool - zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Im Hotel gibt es gratis Wasser. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Sie ist zwar schmal aber Roller fahren gefühlt 24/7.

Todo, es perfecto. La atención de un 10, todos los trabajadores son súper atentos y amables. La habitación es preciosa y todo muy limpio. Si necesitas lavar ropa, te dejan hacerlo gratis. El sitio tiene un encanto único… es precioso. El desayuno es bueno y con variedad. Aún que el mismo hotel no tenga piscina, puedes ir a la piscina del hotel de al lado.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, dans une toute petite ruelle au calme et très proche du centre. L'endroit est magnifique et apaisant. L'accueil était parfait avec la possibilité de laver son linge gratuitement et des bouteilles d'eau fraîche à disposition. Nous avons bien dormi, les lits sont très confortables.

Seul petit bémol, nous n'avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner mais nous n'avons pas goûté tout ce qui était proposé.

Diese Unterkunft ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig und nah bei der Altstadt. Athit und Nick an der Rezeption machen einen prima Job und sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder.

We loved everything about this place! It really is the best hotel in Chiang Mai. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, there is a pool nearby to use. The vibe in the hotel is great. 100% recommended to come here!

A very well maintained restful garden and place to relax away from the bustle and in my experience a unique boutique hotel. Excellent location. I couldn’t praise the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff highly enough. Breakfasts were also really good with great range of food available.

Accueil chaleureux. Le jeune qui nous a accueillis parlait très bien anglais et a été de bon conseil. Ambiance zen, lanternes, petit jardin, coin détente super sympa, beaucoup de charme dans l'ensemble à mon avis.

Le bruit de la chambre au dessus (bruit de pas, conversations, tard le soir c'est vraiment un problème). On nous a remis des boules quies à l'arrivée pour la rue, mais cest surtout le voisinage le problème parce que la rue est peu passante, donc selon les voisins sur qui on tombe l'expérience peut être très différente je suppose.

The room is small, uncomfortable, and the bathroom is not good. This room is like a joke - we stayed at two other rooms at this property - this was supposed to be the best, VIP, and the most expensive. In reality, this turned out to be the worst of all of them - we don't recommend it. They did not even put two usual water bottles for two of us - just one.

Miejsce z niezwykłym klimatem! Piękny obiekt z bardzo komfortowymi i czystymi pokojami. Miła i pomocna obsługa, darmowe pralki dla gości. Ustyuowanie świetne, blisko sklepy, restauracje, centrum a jednocześnie spokojnie i nie słychać hałasu miasta.

A beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms and a stunning garden to sit in. An absolute gem in a great location- quiet but close to the centre. Swimming pool free to use round the back and breakfast included. Helpful and attentive staff and fantastic value for money. Can’t recommend highly enough

Es ist wirklich ein kleines einod in mitten des treibigen chiang mai. Gemütlich, sauber und ruhig. Wer so etwas sucht ist hier goldrichtig. Zum Frühstücken muss man einmal um die Ecke gehen,was aber nicht so schlimm war. Das Frühstück war für mich in Ordnung, aber da sind die Geschmäcker bei jedem ja anders .Es gibt noch zu erwähnen, das es einen Pool im Nachbarhotel gibt den man mitbenutzen darf.

Il giardino è stupendo, curatissimo e un oasi di tranquillità appena fuori dal centro. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e comoda per muoversi a piedi per la città.

Di notte si sentono parecchi rumori, credo provenienti da qualche macchinario esterno e rendono un po' difficile dormire tranquillamente. La colazione è abbastanza buona, consiglierei se possibile magari di anticipare l'orario di inizio in quanto moltissime attività da fare a Chiang Mai prevedono la partenza al mattino presto e la colazione da asporto, per quanto apprezzabile, non è adeguata.

Impeccable stay. The rooms were wonderful — everything was extremely clean, well organized, and comfortable. However, the true highlight was the service. We lost a sneaker during an outing, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us recover it. From the very beginning, everyone was already kind and attentive, but when we needed this help, their dedication and effort to solve the problem were truly outstanding. We have never been treated so well by a hotel team. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were simply exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Arthit, who assisted us directly — we are deeply grateful for his help. Whenever we return to Thailand, we will definitely stay at Pao Come again. Thank you for the incredible service and support.
