The accomodation was a bit dirty andmouldy.

Staff was friendly and hospitable

The apartment was very hot when not in the bedrooms, need to add aircon in the living room to make more confortable. We were expecting 2 double rooms but got 2 twin room and 1 double.

We stayed for 1 night on a stop off. Gated & secure, quite location, walking distance to Bob Marley museum, supermarket & restaurants near by. Kitchen facilities basic but had e everything we needed for breakfast.

The best part was how private it felt, like it was just our little world.

Laundry facilities, ground floor, whole house, nice furniture

Blind on the front door taped up and not working. The kitchen could have had more utensils, bowls, containers, etc.

Favorite location in a nice residential location. Mr. Tommy is polite and accommodating. It truly is a home away from home.

Good airconditioning, cool appartment, excellent wi-fi (Using Teams with someone in Europe workt perfectly). The big washing machine was helpful as well 👍

The dryer stopped working after one shift which didn’t fully dry our clothes and only two of the four burners were working.

We received an upgrade on our rooms, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was secure even for our car. The location was very good as it was walking distance from the Bob Marley museum and just a short drive from Devon House, both worth a visit.

Had difficulty getting into the property as we had no phone capability, and no one was there to meet us. Had to approach a neighbour to call someone.

The location was okay.

It was not easy to get food. It would have been nice to have a toaster.

It was spacious , comfortable, clean and quite. Located near to a lot of stuff for convenience. Loved how bottled water was waiting in the fridge, that’s a plus.

Wished there were simple seasoning like, salt, pepper. A few tea bags with sweetener would be a nice touch 🙂.

Incredibly helpful owners gave us a lot of help with planning our trips around the island with public transport and drivers.

The flat was excellenr, the original flat was occupied, so we got upgradwd tp a bigger apartment.

This property was doble booked

The location was Ideal close to the shopping malls which offers a variety of foods and other items,transport to go in and out of the central point is very close by workout hassle

The security of the property which was offered to me was not quite pleasant and the main door could not be locked and also the burglar bars gate and the entrance of the apartment had only one lock,inside of the apartment the sofas was in an abysmal state with cuts and stitches and wasn’t fit to be inside of the accommodation which was offers to me on arrival,although this brought to the attention of the made which was friendly friendly and welcoming,nothing could be done to replace them

I booked this place as it was advertised as a two bedroom one with a double bed and the other having two double beds, when we arrived however there was only one bed in the second room and nothing else, the host explained that this second bed was in fact a blow up bed which had to be requested! An employee simply left this blow up bed to be inflated and left. It is beyond me how you can advertise a blow up mattress (single not double) as a double bed, when I raised this point to the host he refused to accept any responsibility for this mistake and refused to accommodate. I even complained to Booking.com and they were unable to do anything (I’m still waiting for them to respond past 24 hours), the lesson here is if you book anything of booking.com, pray that it is as advertised, because if it is less than what is, you will not be supported.

Quite, peaceful. Apartment was clean and spacious. The host, Tommy was polite and friendly, not just to us but all his guests. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place is also secure, so we felt safe.

It was self contained , private and quiet. Great a/c. Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Instructions are not clearly set out. How to use things, Wi-Fi etc.

Not enough sockets in the room. The ligh and fan controlled by a cord that is too short for short people. The rooms are dark especially the front/dining area. Not much natural light

Exactly as advertised. Three large rooms. Two with twin beds. Ensuite bathroom to main queen room. Good large lounge & Kitchen has all you need. Perfect for big families or groups!

The Location was perfect. It was a very safe area. Staff was Very accommodating and communicating was easy. Very fast response timing.

THE PLACE- I'm Jamaican and this is the first time I've decided to not stay with family for my entire stay. and I needed an affordable 2brm place that was safe and comfortable. I LOVE the location of this apartment. It's quiet and neatly tucked away about 1.5 minute walk from Hope Road. I stayed with my three children for 5 days and we all felt safe and had a WONDERFUL sleep. The entire complex is well maintained and gated, as well each veranda/porch. I was also given an electronic remote gate opener that controls the front entrance gate. Onsite, out back, there are two washing machines which can also dry your clothing, and a large dryer. They provided laundry soap which was great. We had AC in both rooms, TV and WIFI. A lot of fruits trees on the property including sugar cane out front. I picked some limes and made lemonade. I really felt at home. The nicest part for me, overall, was the owner. He was easy to reach by txt or phone and responded in a timely manner. We checked in very late and he waited up for us and greeted us with a pleasant attitude. He patiently showed around our apartment and was very kind overall. AMENITIES- Westbound on Hope Road, is the Bob Marly Museum, TGI Fridays, Dominoes Pizza, and a host of other types of stores like, bakeries, restaurants like Japanese and a small cafes. Further eastbound, Hope road turns into Old Hope Road where for my Canadian people, you'll find the Scotia and CIBC Bank, a shopping mall (Sovereign Mall), with I believe has another bank. It also has a grocery store selling imported big box brand name foods, and shops like Payless, Crocs, and a large food court on the bottom level. A little further eastbound, You'll also find more popular fast food chains like Popeye's, Wendy's, KFC, and another large grocery store (General Foods) where I personally liked to shop for more local variety.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Cozy Apartment 3.

It was sooo quiet, absolutely no noise. I couldn't believe it. I had business to do and had to sleep early and I hd a great night sleep. Spacious accommodation, it was clean and well kept.

Need darker curtains by the windows lol... I didn't want to see the sun.

Everything was extremely great as always.

There's nothing not to like about my experience everybody was awesome. i just feel like I am at home away from home and I encourage everyone to go there when ever you visit jamaica 🇯🇲
