Als je echt met 4 volwassenen gaat, dan is de slaapbank wel wat aan de kleine kant.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We hadden een twee kamerappartement geboekt en kregen appartementnummer 3. We kregen netjes info over inchecken,koffer achterlaten was ook oké, totdat we het appartement binnenkwamen. Foto's zijn niet recent, aan de receptie hadden ze aangegeven dat de handdouche op de grond lag omdat deze stuk was en daar werd aangewerkt, nou dat was niet het enigste wat stuk was. Tussenstuk tussen oven en aanrecht was kapot en er weer provisorisch tussen gezet. De kanten van het triplex waren gewoon versleten. Ook de verf op de deuren liet veel te wensen over. De verlichting boven het aanrecht, wat een gewone tl- balk was lag ook half op het aanrecht. Daarbij deed alles een beetje smoezelig aan, bank zag er viezig uit en overal lag stof. Buiten was 26 graden, in het appartement 32. Er was een mobile airco maar deze stond niet aan dus het was ook onaangenaam warm binnen. Voor deze prijs €257,- hadden we toch echt iets anders verwacht, we zijn dan ook niet eens gebleven maar naar huis gegaan. We gaan vaak opstap en blijven geregeld ergens slapen, we zijn echt niet verwend maar dit was het geld absoluut niet waard. Het heeft een flinke opfris/knapbeurt nodig en een vaste airco is geen overbodige luxe. Er waren namelijk veel ramen, waar overal de zon op stond, de mobiele airco was veel te klein voor de gehele ruimte en je verwacht toch op zijn minst dat deze aanstaat bij aankomst.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Plein centre, à 3 minutes à pied du parking Q-Park Arena. Spacieux, bien équipé. Il y avait une clim mobile et un grand ventilateur. Je recommande, c'est très bien.
Tout était bien. L'appartement #5 est tout en haut, il y a quelques marches pour y arriver :) L'avantage est certainement qu'il est plus au calme que les appartements aux étages inférieurs.

3rd floor was quite a challenge with our luggage, but we managed. The bedroom was very warm in Summer. Maybe a fan could help in that space.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026We stayed in apartment 9. It was nice and spacious. It was great value fir money considering a comfortable sofa bed on ground floor and the main bedroom basement (nice and cool in the summer heat). Beds were comfortable and entire place nice and clean.
Stairs are a bit steep, I could well imagine elderly people finding it challenging.

For older people or kids it’s probably not ideal as the bedroom is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Downstairs has the shower in a large room and a sink to brush teeth. That’s ideal for a couple and a little inconvenient for elderly and kids, but it’s all very comfortable despite this
it’s a bit too digital in the sense that the messages you exchange for information in Booking sound like chat bots and you only get to talk to a human after you receive a whatsapp with checkin information a phone number of a hotel about 8 min away

We asked about more towels because in 1 of the apartments (we booked 2 for 7 persons) there was only 1 towel. We asked via WhatsApp for more towels and were promised more, but they never came. If you are not with a group of friends or like quiet nights in, I wouldn’t recommend this place since at night you hear a lot of noise from other groups coming home etc.

Veel verouderd en beschadigd etc. Helemaal niet erg, maar het wordt als een high end appartement verkocht en dat is het absoluut niet. Zeker niet in verhouding met de prijs. Van alle gemakken voorzien en perfect gelegen.

Además, hubo muchos mensajes de "The Duke Boutique Apartments" explicando todo muy claramente sobre cómo llegar, los códigos de las llaves, el parking y su precio más cercano, realmente me di mucha confianza.
El dormitorio era muy estrecho y la alfombra en el salón tenía manchas, pero en general el apartamento y la cocina estaba limpio

Die Fenster waren etwas lieblos geputzt. Und und der WC Raum war sehr sehr eng. Wer mit dem Auto kommt hat es etwas kompliziert. Das Navi wollte mich mitten über den Markt schicken, so das ich zwischen vielen Fahrrädern rückwärts eine ganze Weile rangieren musste.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025We had the ground floor apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom in the basement. The stairs were quite steep, but manageable. The apartment was very large and well-equipped. We were able to use the washing machine and dryer, and we were impressed by the super-modern radio and TV. We had requested separate sleeping beds and were very happy that both beds were well-made. The key handover went smoothly; it was very quiet at night. The neighboring Happiness Cafe is also very nice.
Unfortunately, the sofa was already a bit worn out.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Van tevoren genoeg informatie gekregen. Zelf inchecken was heel handig. Appartement is mooi ruim. Veel fijner dan een kleine hotelkamer. Locatie is echt top. Alles is in de buurt, maar er is geen geluidsoverlast. In de ochtend kan je ontbijten bij een geweldig brunchcafe om de hoek. Appartement is mooi schoon.
Enig minpuntje is de badkamer, het rook een beetje vreemd. En de douche lijkt te lekken.

Ficámos no último andar, o que significou subir 52 degraus com duas crianças e malas — bastante cansativo. Apesar de nos terem informado que a limpeza seria diária, isso não aconteceu; apenas nos trouxeram toalhas limpas quando pedimos. O quarto podia também estar mais bem limpo (pó nos candeeiros e debaixo da cama!). O ponto positivo foi a cama, muito confortável.

Our ground floor apartment was overlooked on all sides by foot traffic so we were not able to open blinds / windows for privacy / safety reasons. This made it dark and hot. The mobile air conditioner and fan weren’t very effective in the extremely hot weather.
