Reviewed Sep 12, 2026朝食が美味しかったです。冷麺がおすすめです。福田パンも少しだけ食べたかったので、食べれて嬉しかったです。中華がゆのトッピングにピータンがあったり、フカヒレ入りスープがあり、味も良かったです。ベッドも居心地が良いです。ビジネス利用が多そうですが、私みたいな1人旅にもぴったりです。隣の施設でお土産も買えますよ。
自動チェックインをすすめられ、名前を入れましたが機械が反応せず、結局窓口に行きました。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026グレードアップいただきました。ありがとうございます。内装が綺麗でしたし、清潔感がありました。導線もストレスなくよかったです。また、エアコンの室温設定が入室時にちょうどよかったのが、蒸し暑い時期としてはありがたかったです。またアメニティが部屋にある程度備わっているのが助かりました。また安心して利用できます。

家族大人4人なので2部屋取りましたがとなりはムリでも同じフロアにしていただきたかった。階が違うと不便でした。予約時にひと部屋が喫煙ルームになってたからのようだけど、、したつもりなかったので…。

Arribar abans del esperat al check-in, deixar les maletes per començar a explorar la ciutat i quan tornes et diuen que les han deixat ja a l'habitació. Potser es quelcom habitual a altres llocs, però per mi va ser un detall molt positiu. Estava tot impecable, el confort que teníem a l'habitació era casi com ser a casa. I la relació qualitat preu es difícil d'igualar.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026距離車站不遠也不近。但離市區很近，前往看三颯舞祭典會場用走的很方便。入住四天，詢問工作人員都很親切幫忙。
入住兩人單人床豪華房，床大小和照片上比較，略小點。比前一天在仙台入住toyko inn的床還小。住六樓，走道上和剛進去房間，都可以聞到煙味(入住禁菸房)。疑似吸菸房的煙味飄散出來。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026駅及び街へのアクセスが良く夜に食事をとる際にも便利でした。館内も清掃等良くされており、問題ありませでした。お部屋もシティホテルにしては広く大人2名と子供2名で窮屈な感じはありませんでした。コインランドリーを使ったのですが、新しい機器で、値段もリーズナブルで良かったです。スタッフの皆さんの対応も丁寧で好感が見てるものでした。
大きな問題ではないのですが、エレベーターが2機とホテルの規模にしては小さく、夏休みで混雑していたので結構待たされました。

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a wonderful stay, and one of the highlights was definitely breakfast. The chef made the experience feel truly special. Although he couldn't really speak English, he made a genuine effort to communicate with us, and that meant so much. Knowing that we were tourists, he tried his best to explain things in English with a smile and great enthusiasm. As the area is surrounded by beautiful mountains, we were wondering which one was Mount Iwate. He kindly pointed it out to us and even shared a little information about it. To top it all off, he even offered to take a family photo for us without us having to ask. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected his kindness and genuine care for his guests. He also took the time to explain which dishes featured award-winning local produce and introduced us to some of Morioka's specialties. His enthusiasm and thoughtful hospitality made breakfast much more than just a meal, it became one of the most memorable parts of our stay. We were able to enjoy the local cuisine with a much better understanding of what we were tasting, and that made the experience even more meaningful. Thank you to the chef for his exceptional hospitality. Even though we didn't share the same language fluently, his warmth, kindness, and willingness to connect with us spoke louder than words. He left a lasting impression, and we hope the hotel recognizes what a wonderful ambassador he is for both the hotel and Morioka.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Excellent hotel with a great view from the breakfast venue. A member from the staff kindly showed us the best spot for enjoying the view and explained it to us. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. One of the best hotels in our trip to Japan. I wish we had stayed there longer and tried the restaurants.
