Enormt venligt personale, nyere hotel med rengøring i top. Men placeret mellem en togbane og en meget trafikeret vej, uden lydisolering giver udfordringer med nattesøvnen. En nærliggende byggeplads gjorde det ikke bedre.Husk ørepropper!

Nice enough hotel however the hotel had resold our room before we arrived and forced us to upgrade for more money. All very unsatisfactory. Avoid!

Bij omschrijving hotel stond parkeergelegenheid. Bij het hotel waren parkeerplekken alleen voor de high end customers, zoals mij verteld is. Mijn auto, oldtimer Porsche, geparkeerd in een open publieke garage waar ik de ochtend erna nog 12,40 heb moeten betalen. Ook sprak het personeel amper engels bij binnenkomst. Diner was mogelijk maar niet van kwaliteit. Bij vertrek was de medewerker klantvriendelijker en dat was fijn.

L’hôtel est situé à côté de la gare. Le secteur est situé près du centre-ville où sont tous les boutiques et restaurants. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est trop cher à comparer à ce qu’il est disponible tout près.

My friend and I asked for two rooms and that they be near each other. The hotel, Campanile Le Mans Centre Gare, is conveniently located near the train station, bus and trams. Our rooms are always clean, with excellent A/C, which is a high priority for us, we both have breathing difficulties. Their dinners are great, but mostly, the 2nd shift staff, are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager has 25 years experience in the hotel business and speaks several languages.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to access location, directly adjacent to the train station. It is also easy to access by car. It isn't too far from the old town for dinner and sightseeing. There is limited parking on site, but there is a large parking garage next door.

Clean- some staff friendly others not so much and not everyone spoke English

Overall good, we had a nice large room, breakfast was good nice large choice, evening meals not too good and expensive for what you get, reception girls do the cooking which is ready prepared so only needs heating also not much choice, give it a miss

Séjour conforme à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et prévenant. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Plus proche de la gare ça n'existe pas. Le petit déjeuner est extra, copieux, varié et le personnel est à votre écoute.

Très bon séjour venus pour le Week end outre mer et logé a hôtel. Accueil sympathique , chambre superbe et alentours près de la gare et centre a pied . PDJ parfait

Très bien. Bon accueil. Chambre confortable, propre . Restauration disponible dès notre arrivée vers 20h30. C'est un plus quand on a fait de la route. Et le lendemain matin, après une bonne nuit, petit déjeuner agréable.

Déçu à mon arrivé, la réceptionniste était d'un comportement hautaine, condescendante. Ma chambre de correspondait pas aux attentes. Première et dernière fois.

L’accueil et l’enregistrement moyen. Des plombes pour donner une chambre sous prétexte que nous ne sommes pas majeur ? Hors que j’ai montré ma carte d’identité la dame de l’accueil ne savait tout simplement pas compté car oui un 2006 est majeure. J’ai confirmer le fait qu’elle ne savait pas compter au rendu de la monnaie. Sinon l’hôtel impecable

Incroyable rien a dire, tres bon rapoort qualite / prix. Juste bemole les fentres ne souvre pas donc en ete cest chiant mais a part sa incroyables. Je ne comprend pas les mauvais avis, on reviendra

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans le campanile du Mans et j’ai été très déçue par l’accueil du personnel pas du tout professionnel et peu courtois. Je n’ai pas pu me garer dans le parking de l’hôtel que j’avais payé lors de ma réservation. J’ai dû aller dans le parking d’à côté qui avait un partenariat avec le Campanile. L’hôtel me donne un ticket pour sortir du parking et là la barrière ne s’ouvre pas et l’afficheur me demande 205€. Je retourne à l’hôtel qui ne comprend pas et qui me donne un autre ticket sans même s’excuser. Le client est traité sans respect. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel

I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

호텔출입구옆에 무료주차장이있어 편리했으나 안내가 없어서 첨에 한바퀴돌았음. 객실은 넓고 깨끗. 주변에 기차역.버스터미널있어서 자동차없이도 이동가능.

Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu de la nuit. Il y avait quelqu’un pour nous ouvrir le parking et nous donner la clé de notre chambre. Une personne souriante et accueillante malgrè l’heure avancée. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La moquette aurait besoin d’être changée car elle était tâchée à plusieurs endroit mais rien de dramatique. Situé à côté de la gare, on entendait les trains arrivés, mais il y en a très peu la nuit.

Très mauvaise insonorisation: on est dérangé par les chasses d’eau des chambres autour et des étages au dessus.

The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.

This is the second time I have stayed here on my journey down to the SW of France. Always polite and helpful check in staff. Clean rooms that are perfectly suitable for my needs.

Quelques difficultés pour se garer sur le parking fermé de l'hôtel. les autres véhicules ne respectaient pas les limites de stationnement et il était très difficile de pouvoir rentrer dans la dernière place disponible. Surtout au tarif de 10€ la nuit

Although the hotel itself was clean and pleasant I found it an insult to be charged 10euros for parking. As a guest I would expect parking to be free. The hotel staff were friendly enough although compared to other hotels their English was extremely limited, being a universal language I would expect them to have a better English vocabulary. Everything considered 3/5.

Juste une nuit dans cet hôtel a part le parking qui est trop petit et que surtout les places pour rechager mon véhicule électrique étaient prises par des thermiques donc obliger d'aller un peu plus loint pour se garer. Petit dej un peu cher surtout pour3 personnes. Sinon rien a redire.

Étape dans une chambre très confortable et un accueil des plus charmant. Excellente literie. Le lieu est très calme. Un peu dommage que la fenêtre n’ouvre pas sur l’exterieur car j’y suis sensible.

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

Problem with car parking and map and directions to the overspill car park were terrible and we founfpd ourselves in the wrong car park. And had to go back and swop the car over. Also the receptionist was a little rude. I think as we were English’s and our French is not wonder, started to moan about us to another guest in French and thought we couldn’t understand ( which was very rude) The hotel it’s self was good , the food in the restaurant was different but ok. The bath/ showere was to small really to have a bath.

Staff were fine. No soap in shower which was realised too late to report. Very difficult to sleep due to some humming noise from the ventilation system. Did not get much if any sleep due to this.

Ideally situated on the outskirts of the town centre. All of the staff we came into contact with were most helpful

I was surprised at how nice this property was. We needed somewhere to stay for 1 night, and it was convenient to the train station, but we were happy how clean and modern this hotel was. There was a little mixup with the room, as the room we expected had 3 beds and we only got 2, but everything else was really impressive.

Property was clean and staff were friendly, however no parking space was available and there were people openly taking drugs outside the widow in the restaurant where we were sitting. Restaurant food was very basic and breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, ham and cheese.

The stay was fine only complaint is we didn't like not being able to open a window for air and the food in restaurant we thought was expensive for what it was and the drinks were overpriced... Otherwise all OK...

Very slow service poor english. Rooms are alright the problem is you can’t open a window to get fresh air so if you farted you are dead:) ordered food at the restaurant and had to bring it myself to the room. Coffee at the reception seemed to be very expensive. Paid 4eur for double espresso which even haven’t tasted like espresso. Not anymore.

I was visiting the town as I was keen to drive the famous circuit.

The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable, and near the centre of Le Mans. With its own secure parking. A little grouch from me (though it was my fault). I was late for breakfast a I had driven all day and arrived late. Though the staff did offer me some bread and coffee, they could have a gesture of good faith have included some fruit etc. Not really complaining as it was my fault, but something to consider. Otherwise 10/10.

Hotel was modern clean comfortable bed, and at main rail station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
