Reviewed Aug 28, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was great, clean and comfortable, and the pool was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. The driver Galang was also incredibly kind and helpful. He was always willing to help us with everything we needed and made our stay even easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026L’hôtel a de très belles prestations, le logement est confortable, la piscine est très belle mais surtout, le personnel fera tout pour que vous vous y sentiez à l’aise et organisera transferts, tours et tout ce qu’il faut pour que votre séjour soit parfait ☺️
On a l’impression d’être un peu excentré, mais en regardant la carte on se rend compte qu’il n’y a pas vraiment de centre à Nusa Penida !

La piscine est superbe Nous avons sollicité l hotel pour nous trouver un taxi tres abordable pour visiter une partie de l ile et nous ramener au port tot le matin.

Talvez o som dos bichinhos durante a noite. Para quem não está habituado e não conhece a zona, pode não se sentir muito confortável. Mas nada de preocupante ;)

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ze doen alles voor je. Met in het bijzonder Galeng. Het zwembad is schoon en het is er ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts rustig. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien.
De locatie is slecht. Er is niks leuks in de buurt, behalve een kleine supermarkt en de haven. Er zijn geen leuke restaurants in de buurt. De kamers zijn verouderd en niet super schoon. Let op: de badkamer is buiten. Ook de WiFi werkte zeer slecht.

Slabe śniadania, wyposażenie domków nie jest takie samo np. w jednym mieliśmy suszarkę do włosów a w drugim jej nie było, czystość np koszy na śmieci w lazience, akcesoriów luster pozostawia wiele do życzenia

L’emplacement reste un peu à l’écart de la ville en sachant que c’est très dangereux de conduire sur L’île.

He llegado ha sentir temor en este alojamiento he estado preocupado por qué hay personas que dicen trabajar en el lugar y puede que también sean huéspedes y tiene una actitud intimidante hacia el cliente. Después de haber tenido un encuentro desagradable con una persona que decía ser de Holanda por mi origen español, sigo recibiendo imágenes desde el alojamiento por parte de su personal y este huésped que me hacen sentir preocupado por una actitud amenazante.

Made the stay an 11/10. Scooter rental was very handy and shuttle to harbour was amazing. Thanks so much Lucy and team at singabu bungalows! We will be back!

Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba muy limpia. Pedimos un repaso ya que tengo alergia a os ácaros y lo hicieron sin problema. El desayuno no está bueno; cada día nos han dado sandía muy verde y café balinés. Hay una carta donde elegir que plato quieres. Probamos huevos beneditos y olían fatal, los dejamos. Al día siguiente fajita con tortilla y muy seca. Los pancakes también secos y con olor a humedad.

Estuvimos cuatro días y nos llovió casi a diario, aunque desde recepción se prestaron y nos ayudaron para poder disfrutar.

Os funcionários não eram muito prestáveis comparativamente a outros locais em Bali que estivemos e nem todos falavam inglês. Não oferecem garrafas de água como em muitos hotéis em Bali Continental. Não gostámos de não terem referido que a gasolina não estava incluída no aluguer da mota. Não sabia e tive de colocar por mim apesar de não ter sido referido à priori.

La ubicación y el ambiente eran agradables, y el personal fue amable durante toda la estancia. Aun así, en general tuvimos una buena experiencia y le daría un 7/10. Con una mejora en la limpieza y en el restaurante podría ser un sitio mucho mejor.
Las habitaciones estaban bien, aunque la limpieza podría mejorar bastante. Había algunos detalles que daban sensación de poca limpieza y creo que es algo en lo que deberían poner más atención. En cuanto al restaurante del alojamiento, cumple para salir del paso, pero la comida nos pareció bastante normal y algo cara para la calidad ofrecida.

Would recommend to everyone Ps: if you go pls give kalapa a cuddle and kiss for us she is an angel
