Beautiful, clean, well appointed, excellent staff, great location.

Breakfast was meagre and disappointing! Surprised at how little there was, and no eggs. Even the hot oatmeal was thin and watery and not well prepared. They need to simply have more options available. Should have sugar free yogurt, more fruit, whole grain bread options, well prepared oatmeal.

This was a good quality, standard hotel that is a short drive to Gillette Stadium. Had a good breakfast, comfortable beds, and decent bathrooms.

Our bathroom could have been cleaned better, it smelled like pee.

The breakfast was good but I'd have preferred to see more hot items. It was a bit expensive for the night of the world cup event, however every hotel in the area was expensive too.

I got married in Walpole a few weeks ago and set up a room block for our guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Our entire experience with the hotel was excellent! The booking process with Beth was seamless, and in the months leading up to our wedding she was extremely helpful and accessible (answering questions, letting us know the status of our block). On the weekend of the wedding, the hotel staff were so friendly and accomodating to our guests (many of whom had requests to be on the same floor, check-in early, etc). The rooms were clean and spacious. We utilized the conference room on the first floor to do hair & makeup, and the space was perfect and so convenient for getting ready. Staff members checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything which was very nice! If you are having an event in the area, I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites for a room block. They have the most accomodating and friendly staff in an extremely convenient location!

I want to start by saying that I have been staying here weekly since August for work related trips. The front desk staff know and greet me when I come in. Generally they are very responsive to any requests or needs I have made. One evening the TV in the room did not work, and they could not fix it that night, so the desk manager gave me a discount on that night's stay. He also really helped me out by making reservations for me for future stays. I very much appreciated his help and consideration and am grateful for that service. However, this past Monday evening things were a little off. I was greeted very warmly by the desk manager, who also tried to help me with a billing issue (which turned out to not be something they could solve). When I got up to my room, I noticed that one of the pillows was dirty, there were no small water bottles (usually two are complimentary in the room), and there was no bar soap in the bathroom. I went back to the desk and the desk attendant (a different person) replaced the pillow and gave me the soap and water without comment. I sort of expected more of a reaction (she did offer to switch my room but by that point I was settled and I declined). The next morning, the shower lacked any pressure (very unusual for this hotel; it's one of the things I really appreciate about it in general) and the hot water was barely there. I did tell the morning attendant about it and she apologized, but no compensation was offered. My experience is that every situation's resolution really depends on who is at the desk. Most of those I've encountered have been helpful and kind; but the exceptions (who are never rude, just not responsive) definitely stand out as a problem, especially for a regular traveler. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It's convenient, clean, and generally a positive experience. Could there be improvements -- definitely in the responsiveness department.

Beth was INCREDIBLY helpful in assisting us with setting up a block for our weddings and making sure that our guests were accommodated fully. Everybody had a great time and the hotel was clean, modernized and spacious.

Booked this hotel for our wedding weekend. Beth W helped coordinate a room block for us and our guests. It was so easy to plan and they were so flexible with adding rooms if needed based on our needs. Everything was clean and organized with gift bags for our wedding guests. I am so thankful we booked with the Fairfield Inn & Suites also super close to our venue The Cape Club of Sharon. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition to keep our celebration going the next morning.

We had our wedding in the area and used this hotel for our room block. We were so grateful that they could accommodate our large group and were so kind and generous with their very thing we could need.

It was in a great location and perfect for the occasion of attending a New England Patriots game.

The alotted time for breakfast was told to me as 6:00 am until 10 am. On the second day that I was there, I went to breakfast at 9:30 am and staff told me that I need to select what I wanted to eat as they were breaking down the breakfast buffet at 9:30 am. As I went to select eggs, they said that they had already taken them away. This was unsatisfactory as the time to end breakfast was said to be 10am and if I had been told that it was 9:30 am, then I would have woken up 30 minutes earlier. Aside from this discrepancy, I was satisfied with every other part of this stay.

We had a wedding block here and it was really close to the venue. It was easy to work with the hotel to get wedding bags and guests booked for the wedding. The hotel didn’t have a bar but there’s a great bar next to it called Clyde’s.
