Staff were great, food was nice easy check in great communication. Rooms were a nice size. Really easy parking really good price in my opinion.

Rooms were a bit tired and frayed round edges if you dig too deep but still comfortable. Road noise was horrendous but thats not the hotels fault. If heavy traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to give this place a wide birth

Great, welcoming staff and fabulous breakfast.

Stayed in a twin room, the bed was not very comfortable and the duvet was too small and light for the bed.

The food was amazing, best curry and nan I’ve had in years. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

no breakfast menus to choose from, cooked available, but their choice, what came was good though room 4 is now looking tired, tiny tv, lights that don't works, old and uncomfortable mattress, peeling paint on the bathroom and by the door, floor mat at the door old and in atteres, needs replacing now

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was in an annexe and it was cosy and warm. It had plenty of tea and biscuits and bottles of water . The Indian meal we had in the evening was very nice and there was the option of English menu. Very good value for money for both the B&B and the evening meal. The rooms restaurant and bar areas were very clean.

Quite dated room (and dirty - fan filthy and no toilet paper). The closeness of our room to the road meant that the noise of the traffic was very loud and pretty much throughout the night - had to keep windows open as very warm but this didn’t help with cars rushing by at 50/60mph! - although we were given a fan it was very complicated and didn’t come with instructions - so took ages to get it to work - good speed etc and turning itself off on timer . The restaurant food was good although popadoms were like prawn crackers and rice cakes not what I am used to and keema naan and onion bhajis small

Unfortunately we arrived in the middle of a heat wave but there was a lovely big fan there to help cool the room down. We didn't eat there as we had eaten before we arrived but the menu looked very tempting. Lots of nice walks to do nearby.

The fridge wasn't working

The room was bigger than i expected, as was the en-suite bathroom. There was a fridge! (Ideal given the hot weather) I also really enjoyed having two armchairs [one each - i din't need both myself :-)] We could park outside the room, which was awesome. Breakfast was lovely - especially the hash brown and the mushrooms.

It's just a tiny point - and I'm sure I could have had more if I had asked! - but I was quite thirsty and would have liked a chance to pour myself more juice. (The drinks were brought to the table)

The room and was comfy and well equipped, complete with fan especially thankful in the hot weather. Our stay was short (one night), we arrived late and left early so we were unable to sample what looked like an excellent dinner menu full of Indian cuisine (which we love). Both the staff we encountered we very pleasant and helpful.

Our accommodation was adjacent to the car park which didn't help when a private party were leaving late and when a lorry arrived at 6am. Breakfast was good but could have been more choice. Two cereals and only white toast.

No air-conditioning

Great location for local touring and sightseeing. Very near Warwick Castle Stratford upon Haven et cetera. The rooms are in a separate building to the pub and immaculately clean. The facilities in the room were excellent, bottled water, tea coffee, TV. Our room had a walk-in shower. Bed is very comfortable. Even two fans in the room for hot weather. The staff are very nice and the restaurant was superb. It has a great menu in that it offers Indian food and pub Classics for those who don’t want to eat Indian. The breakfast was great and overall a very nice stay.

Nothing I didn’t like although two tiny suggestions, we had a walk-in shower but there was nowhere to put anything in the shower like shampoo, soap et cetera. A little corner shelf would be great. Also a towel ring for a small towel near the sink would be handy. But cannot really criticise anything.

Good friendly staff and good customer service. Room very clean and tidy.

Beds are a little uncomfortable but that could be personal preference.

The room annexe was across the car park from the main building, there was a large garn backing onto fields all very relaxing. There was a good breakfast using good quality ingrediants. The evening meals were amazing an d very different from normal indian restaurant fayre. There were some english dished on the menu but we stuck to the Indian dishes and the Indian Street Food was amazing and so favoursome.

Everything was absolutely great, all the staff were friendly and attentive, the indian evening meal was delicious and everywhere spotlessly clean. Room was very comfortable and breakfast superb.

Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent. The room was a little dated and basic. It could have been cleaner, there was a lot of dust on the blinds. The bathroom was big but could do with a shelf to put your toiletries on. Shower was excellent with plenty of hot water but had a really small shower head. Liked that there was a fridge in the room. The traffic noise was terrible as it is near a busy main road.

The room was clean with free water, toilettes, tea and coffee making extra pillows parking right outside your door, friendly welcoming staff, good food, plenty of choices foe evening meal, breakfast was freshly cooked, with fruit juices and freshly brewed coffee, English breakfast tea in a pot.

Location, staff and food

Breakfast served too late. Offering alternative the night before is inadequate. Most people are at work but 07:30 so not starting breakfast until then is poor. Breakfast should be ready and started by 06:30. That would be better for all.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome, the staff were absolutely fantastic, full of smiles, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal was first class, (best indian food we have ever eaten). The breakfast was freshly cooked and served at the table by smiling staff.

We didn't enjoy having to leave after just one night, but we will be back.

Very comfortable rooms, clean and tidy with every thing you need. Well maintained. We only had starters as we were so tired on arrival, but the food was excellent, as was breakfast. Scrambled eggs cooked properly, not done in the microwave. All the staff we met were attentive, friendly and helpful.

Evening food, breakfast.

Unfortunately my wife was poorly and we only stayed one night instead of the two originally booked. The staff were accommodating with my request to take a piece of toast back to the room as my wife couldn’t make breakfast. When we left at 11.00am there was no inquiry into my wife’s heath. When we arrived home I noticed we had left our iPhone charger in the room and emailed them but to date didn’t get any reply. I also phoned and gave them all the details of the phone charger and room we stayed in and the gentleman said he would have a word with his colleague. Again to date we haven’t had a reply. On another issue the rooms are in a small block across the car park near to a busy road and the traffic noise was all through the night. Such a shame as the staff we dealt with were all great.

Could do with a bit of a spruce up in the bedrooms and bathroom. On the busy Saturday night there was confusion with people’s meals, maybe need a bit more staff or reduce the menu to make it more manageable

The room was well equipped and our request to have a quiet room was dealt with as well as could be, considering that the property was on a very busy main road. The staff were friendly and attentive in the restaurant.

Service one morning at breakfast wasn’t up to standard as it was very busy in the restaurant (Saturday) and it would seem that lots of walkers use the hotel as a stopping place. Only one person was serving which wasn’t sufficient to deal with residents and others.

We booked for 4 nights. When we arrived they put us in an annex in the carpark which was next to a busy road and the noise from the traffic was intolerable and we could not sleep. We checked out after one night and are trying to get a refund for the remaining nights.We notice that the pictures on booking.com do not feature the annex and therefore misrepresent the accommodation. The pictures of the bedrooms show exposed beams as if the bedroom is in the main building and decorative order and quality of the rooms in the pictures are far superior to the actual annex room

Great location for my work with a big car park. My room was spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The food was superb, really tasty. The Indian restaurant attached was brilliant,. My breakfast was also very good and set me up for the day. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful, thank you all for your hospitality.

The bed was awful, it wasn't a solid bed more makeshift, the quilt is too small, the windows do not block out the road as even though in the countryside its a main A road and the cars speed past so it was noisier than expected. The small fridge was a nice touch but it was nosey in the night so turned it off and the heating system sounds as though it has pouring water constantly. Sorry but would not stay again.

Good location for visiting the surrounding area connecting easily with road networks. Comfortable rooms which were very clean and had tea coffee making facilities plus fridge. Nice breakfast cooked to order, and restaurant food was superb. We Particularly enjoy the option of the Indian or traditional menu.

Noise from the main road can be a bit much at night. Couldn’t have the window open without this being a problem but as it was cold outside that didn’t matter. Would be more of a problem in the summer.

Clean rooms. Breakfast included. Very nice restaurant - delicious curry. Also refreshing to see polite and conscientious younger staff taking pride in their roles. Plenty of free parking. Good location to explore Warwickshire, North Cotswolds and to see a play in Stratford.

Personally I am less keen on motel style rooms/ accommodation.

Location. Had an amazing authentic Indian restaurant attached (pub classics also available). We recommend the chefs specials. They were also celebrating Diwali which added atmosphere. Doggie friendly rooms and recommended walks for us too. Rooms in pretty cottage style block at the edge of car park. Host and staff were efficient and friendly and could advise on the menu choices.

Whilst the choice of The Falcon was location we were not aware of proximity of the accomodation to the road. It was very noisy. Windows and door need to be refitted. Also lots of creaking from upstairs of someone walking about.

The pub/restaurant is lovely, decor is beautiful and the hotel part is separate right across the car park in a separate sort of building of annex rooms. Loads of parking and all the facilities you need. The rooms were big, clean, had everything you need and the staff were fantastic!!! Could not fault them. The food was brilliant, dinner was amazing (Indian cuisine) and breakfast which was included was fantastic. We took my dog and he was welcomed and they even gave him a dog bowl.

There was a bit of road noise but this does calm down from around 7pm and didn’t keep us awake. The rooms would benefit with more glazing on windows to help and maybe a bit bigger tv in rooms but none of that would stop us rebooking here!

Very quiet, cosy and spotlessly clean. Radiator in room in addition to a quality fan and Air conditioner made for a very comfortable stay. Great service from the staff and a lovely cooked breakfast focussing on quality rather than quantity. Would highly recommend and will stay again as Visit the area regularly.

Good location

The 8.5 rating and good reviews of this accommodation is questionable. We spent a night at The Falcon after booking last minute. The room we were allocated was up a flight of stairs, I had prewarned them that I have an Assistance Dog and a disability. The stairs weren’t advertised at the time of booking. On arriving we were very disappointed with the accommodation. The carpets were stained, there were holes on the wall, the mini fridge wasn’t working, the Air con unit wasn’t effective, there was broken glass in the frame displaying the fire safety instructions. It was nothing like the photos online. We also got charged £10 for my Assistance Dog …in the UK this is illegal and breaches the Equality Act 2010. Being very tired from a long drive I was exhausted and not up to explaining the legal requirements to the man that checked us in.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Speedy service with evening meal and breakfast.

Carpet in room was stained in a couple of places.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the location, the food and beverages, and the icing on the cake....... DOG FRIENDLY ROOMS AND PUB! Oh my God, this is the best place ever if you want comfort, great food and friendly happy staff. And a lovely place for your fur babies to feel welcomed and loved!
