El lugar es hermoso, con mucha paz.

Es una joya. La atención de todos es excelente, son súper amables y profesionales. El hotel es espectacular y las habitaciones super cómodas. La comida esta deliciosa. Disfruté muchísimo estas dos noches. Definitivamente regresaré.

Todo muy bien en general. El servicio fue excelente y la comida estuvo deliciosa; además, la atención del chef fue impecable. Sin embargo, considero que por el precio del hotel, las cápsulas de café en la habitación deberían ser Nespresso y no genéricas. También, el “roof” de nuestra habitación no tenía iluminación, lo que hacía complicado estar ahí en la tarde o noche. Fuera de esos detalles, la experiencia fue muy agradable.i

Stylish, contemporary, boutique design hotel. Spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well maintained, and immaculately clean. Restaurant food was good. Well trained staff team, professional and friendly.

El servicio increíble, la comida súper rica, muy bien ubicado. para salir a caminar por el pueblo. Instalaciones y decoración hermosa. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque a pesar de estas cualidades el precio es demasiado alto… el hotel es muy pequeño, la acústica es mala, en las noches escuchas todo y por el precio que pague era para que tuviera por lo menos vista al lago….

Nos encanto Casa Rodavento, nos atendieron increíble y las instalaciones están hermosas. Regresaremos pronto.

This hotel is wonderful and comfortable, on a beautiful town. We wouldn’t normally book a hotel like this, normally choosing somewhere with a gym, but we are so glad we did. The interior design is gorgeous, but best of all is the staff! They were super friendly and they bent over backwards to take care of us. My wife is vegan, not only did they have multiple menu options but they made special dishes too I barely speak Spanish but they mostly spoke excellent English and well also went and got another member of staff when they didn’t understand. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved this hotel and did not want to leave! The staff are amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful and complete luxury! The room was amazing, the pool was an oasis and we loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop too. We were here as part of our honeymoon and it was so romantic, would recommend to any couples. Great location in walking distance from the main square.

In the last 10 years of travel, I honestly say it was the most overpriced and overrated hotel we have stayed at. The pictures make it look like a large luxurious yet Boutique Resort. In fact there is a small pool, slightly larger than a jacuzzi and there are a handful of rooms built around it on a very small property. There's no Fitness center, spa area, and nothing about this property was impressive, certainly not warranting a price that is at least three times more expensive for the same quality anywhere else in town. Any noise or party at the pool, is a party in your room noise-wise. I believe our room gave us the impression that we were going to have a small terrace, we had the top category of room, there was no terrace. The entire hotel is built in the shape of an L, around a small pool, and it's like an echo chamber for noise. Any noise made by guest or staff out in the common area or early in the mornings is also in your room. The price certainly does not match the accommodation in this area. The breakfast was a wonderful though. Make sure that you negotiate breakfast, if you're paying above $350 a night for a small room. I definitely would not go with lower categories of rooms, we had a nicer room, but we saw that the lower categories were right beside the restaurant, and everybody in the hotel had to walk by those rooms, which I can only imagine would be even louder than our room. This isn't a resort, there is no land, no real private place to relax, like some less expensive places around this area. It's not on or super close to the lake. Again, I have a hard time thinking of a hotel where we felt more underwhelmed and more disappointed in this price range for an area that simply doesn't warrant luxury prices.

El acceso con vehiculo no es sencillo

Everything was out of this world! ESPECIALLY the people working at the hotel. The chefs, the servers, the housekeepers, the groundskeepers and the concierge were all lovely and unforgettable. They went out of their way every single day to make sure we were comfortable and had an out of this world time in Valle de Bravo.

Las instalaciones del hotel son perfectas. Lo único que puede mejorar es el restaurante, en el desayuno está duro el pan y en la cena muy mala carne (picaña) y el bowl yakimeshi estaba salado.

Nos fue muy bien con excepción de la llegada ya que muchas calles están cerradas para llegar a hotel de forma directa

service was fantastic. the hotel upgraded our room, free of charge. food at nuestro was amazing and could be ordered to the room. we really liked the cocktails as well! would definitely stay here again!

there are no spa services on-site. you have to travel to their sister hotel about 25 minutes away. we definitely want to try their spa packages because everything was so great at la casa rodavento. next time we will try staying at rodavento hotel boutique & spa!

Quiet retreat with pool and rooftop jacuzzi, great restaurant, and amazing rooms. Make sure to get the one with the outdoor shower!

The attention of the staff was good

The hotel was empty (full room availability). They gave me a room with no window just at the entrance next to the vallet parking. Noise started at 6:30 AM (Car parking and people walking). I did not feel comfortable at all with the treatment which is not at the level of what the hotel claims

Me encantó el servicio y actitud de todo el personal, super amables todos, el hotel y las habitaciones son super limpias, con una decoración de muy buen gusto y con todos los amenities de excelente calidad, la alberca y el jacuzzi están disponibles hasta las 11:00 PM y a una excelente temperatura y el personal haciendo limpieza en todo, a aquellos que comentaron que la alberca está sucia esto no es cierto, diario la limpian, únicamente fíjense que como el fondo es verde esmeralda de lejos se ve verde, pero el agua es cristalina el hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos.

Muy felices de haber elegido este lugar para nuestro aniversario. La calidad de la gente es lo que más destacó en nuestra estancia. Los cuartos increíbles y lo importante está en los detalles: Desde un agua de Jamaica en la recepción hasta un drink de bienvenida personalizado en la habitación. El Jacuzzi en el 3er piso es una belleza, vista al lago y al centro de Valle.

Shower was great. Needs more light over the sinks. WC needs to be private. One needs to share a bathroom and there is no privacy while on the WC. Internet was very good.

Fue una experiencia increíble desde el check in hasta nuestra salida. Las instalaciones y la atención son de primera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Todo muy bien pero el check in fue tardadisimo porq no estaba lista la habitación y el hotel no tiene mucho q hacer mientras esperas, dos parejas llegaron después de nosotros y les dieron primero su habitacion

El hotel está perfectamente bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la catedral del pueblo de Valle de Bravo… por lo que la zona para pasear, comer y comprar es inmediata. El hotel es Moderno y tiene todo lo que se requiere para quedarse y disfruta. El restaurante es excelente con un sazón perfecto. El chef te hace algo especial en caso de que lo requieras. Y es servicio es muy amable y personal ya que solo son 7 habitaciones en todo el hotel.

Only 7 suites. Comfortable, celan, excellent service and attentiion but There is an if and it’s The Kitchen. The food and meals are not good

Its a very elegant hotel that is exceptionally well maintained. Furnishings are exquisite, and very clean. the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom is "spa-lie" with an amazing shower. Location is fantastic--only a few blocks from the central square, but no street noise. Staff are friendly and attentive and always available. The restaurant serves creative delicious food. The entire property was very clean, and very well maintained. The hotel's procedures for COVID prevention were clean, and were carried out (temp check of us at checkin, lots of hand sanitizer, all staff wearing masks and face shields). Overall, we were so pleased with everything about this place and look forward to returning.

The hotel is amazingly peaceful despite its location right in the center of Valle. Loved the designed and the view from the terrace. Spirits and wine list is outstanding. The room was ver comfortable and spotless. I will definitely comeback
