Var meget slidt, lydt og lugtede fugtigt.

Jeg nød mit 2 dages ophold på Sharon. Et charmerende sted jeg gerne booker næste gang.

God plads. Fin stemning. Ca 3 km fra centrum. Fint.

Die Lage war super. Schöne Gegend. Supermärkte und Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr quasi direkt vor der Tür.

War nicht gut ersichtlich, dass Bad, Toilette und Wohnzimmer kommunal genutzt wird. Bad und Toilette nicht sehr hygienisch.

Wir waren eine Sportgruppe 10 Jugendliche, 2 Erwachsene zur Regatta für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten das Haus alleine belegt. Für uns perfekt, mehrere Zimmer, mehrere Bäder, Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Tisch im Wohnzimmer zum essen. Garten mit Trockenmöglichkeit für Sachen nutzbar. Vermieter wohnen in einem zweiten Haus im hinteren Grundstücksteil. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es ist halt ein älteres Haus. Aber für unsere Ansprüche absolut in Ordnung!

The cleanliness, the quietness

L'appartamento è un seminterrato, il tavolo da pranzo piccolo e alto, l'arredamento raffazzonato.

It was quiet and clean.

Needed blackout curtains, we couldn't get the room dark enough for sleep. When the sun rose at 4, the room became quite bright.

Hyggeligt sted og venligt personale. Der er et fint fælles køkken og stue man kan benytte, samt en lille have man kan sidde i. Der var rent og pænt, og mere stemning af privat bolig end hotelværelse. Der var ikke morgenmad, men jeg foretrækker også havregryn, og det var oplagt at lave maden selv frem for at skulle spise ude.

Værelserne ligger på 1. og 2. sal. Trapperne var ikke et problem for mig, men man skal være opmærksom på det. Man skal også være opmærksom på, at værelserne ikke har eget toilet eller bad. Der er badeværelse på 1. sal og i stueplan, samt et ekstra toilet uden bad. Jeg benyttede primært badet i stueplan, som pga. placeringen ikke var så benyttet.

Pladsen og rammerne suplime. Personalet venlig imødekommende. Vender helt sikkert tilbage, hvis jeg har et ærinde i Århus.

The incredibly welcoming and attentive hosts genuinely care about ensuring an unforgettable stay, which is complemented by spotlessly clean rooms and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. A massive highlight was the small balcony - absolutely perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with a lovely view of the city. Logistics are completely stress-free - a few minutes walk are budget-friendly supermarkets (Netto & REMA 1000) for grabbing everyday essentials, alongside a wonderfully equipped communal kitchen area and high-speed Wi-Fi. Reaching the city is a breeze - the modern light rail station just a short stroll away, providing a frequent and direct connection straight into the heart of the city center and the central station. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and cannot wait to stay here again !

Andrebbe forse trovato un modo per oscurare meglio la finestra.

Il proprietario molto gentile, accogliente e veloce nelle risposte. La posizione abbastanza centrale.

La pulizia, i tanti mobili, i bagni completamente da rifare. La struttura dovrebbe essere completamente rimodernata perché ha del potenziale ma è molto vecchia e trasandata.

Hyggelig personale som var veldig behjelpelige med å ordne det sånn at jeg kom meg inn til tross for sen ankomst. Litt langt unna sentrum, men nært universitetet og gode bussforbindelser.

Rent, roligt. Dejligt værelse. Fri parkering.

The greeting was lovely and apartment good. A bit dated but everything worked.

The location close to the university was nice.

The guest house was very poorly cleaned. Especially around door handles, also in the shared kitchen. The bathroom is shared, but that appeared more clean. There were no curtains in the room - so quite difficult to sleep in the Danish summertime.

I loved these apartments. The location is great. They are big, cozy and clean. Hosts are super welcoming. Will defenitely come back.

Super lækker seng, sov som prinsessen på ærten. Dejligt stort værelse. Køkken med alt hvor man kan lave mad og dejligt med en microovn.

Jeg kunne have ønsket en læselampe ved sofaen hvor jeg sad og strikkede.

Jeg har aldrig været der, jeg har prøvet 10 gange at afbestille, de tager ikke telefonen, jeg kan ikke komme i forbindelse med Jer på mail da det heller ikke virker. jeg har brugt mange mange timer på at ringet til jer, I tager aldrig telefonen

Cuisine grande. Possibilité d utiliser le jardin et d y manger.

Chambre au 2eme etage, avec des escaliers raides entre le 1 et le 2. Odeur de renfermé et d humidité dans la salle pour manger. Finitions à peu près.

It was in a perfect location for me.

The light sensors in the hallways and the bathroom need to be adjusted, as I often found myself in the dark. The place has a rather musty smell.

Pænt værelse og god seng.

Der var meget lidt, så blev vækket tidligt den ene morgen, af larm på trappen! Værelse kunne ikke gøres mørkt, ingen har gardiner. Kun hvide tynde persienner på det ene vindue, ingenting på de andre 2!

Beliggenheden var perfekt for os da vores datter bor på Trøjborg (kun 1 km væk). Værten var lynhurtigt til at svare når man skrev til ham.

Intet negativt at nævne.

The whole house could use a good cleaning. Doors were dirty and the cups and plates were not that clean.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Practical, simple interior. Good beds. We were very comfortable.

Accueil chaleureux dans une chambre d'hôte un peu simple. Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour grimper au 3e étage dans des escaliers assez raides. Le tram à coté nous a emmené au centre ville sans difficulté.

Great stay

The facilities were great, the staff was wonderfull and the garden was beautifull.

Grande chambre très spacieuse pour 4. Literie confortable. Parties communes agréables, grand jardin. Hôtes accueillants et aux petits soins.

Odeur d’égouts dans les parties communes, mais OK en ouvrant les fenêtres. Assez loin du centre-ville et du port (30 minutes à pied)

Very friendly welcoming, large room and everything we needed to for a couple of days in Aarhus. This part of Aarhus was both very calm and nice to walk about in. Walking distance to the city center, but also close to tram if you get tired (specially nice returning home after long day at ARoS!). Also walking distance to the beach! Easy parking, and wonderful garden!

The guesthouse is out of the center, so it is necessary to go by tram to the town. On the other hand, it is very close to the University, so we could walk to the conference. The guesthouse is situated in a small neighborhood of cozy wooden houses, but the main street with the tram line is close.

The description on the web says, that our room had twin bed and a bunk bed. In fact, there ia a double bed, not twin bed, there.

We had a large room on the top floor with our own bathroom and own couch. There is a good well equipped kitchen downstairs, large dining area and lounge area. Our bicycles were stored outside in a private yard. 35 min walk to the centre.

Good location, nice people, and clean place.

Warm reception by the owner, had a small chat abot this and that. Stayed for 1.night only as an emergency due to burnt out apartment, but nice little 1 person room with comfortable bed.

Probably not a place for small children, but as I didn't bring any of those nothing really comes to mind.

The house was very cute, in a nice quiet part of Aarhus, not hard to get to from the central station, and only a short train ride or walk to the centre of town, and a nice walk to the parkland near the shoreline. The house was a little older, but kept very clean, and had excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. My room was very comfortable, and had a nice view. I met the owners Lily and Kaveh while I was staying there, and they were both very kind and had lots of suggestions about the area! If I ever get back to Aarhus I will definitely stay here again!

My only problem was that the automatic lights and fan in the bathrooms didn't stay on that long or the sensors weren't very sensitive, so I was left in the dark while showering once or twice! Not a big deal :)

Met by the hosts and showed to our room on the top floor. Spacious and comfortable.

Nice place and calm neighbourhood, very kind host, parking place included. The room was clean and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and dining room.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and impossible not to get water all over the floor, but manageable with a quick mop over afterwards. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay, very nice and comfortable room.

Wonderful place, cannot recommend enough, hosts are absolutely lovely and you have the run of an entire house. Will absolutely stay again
