Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Was für eine schöne, moderne Anlage! Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos, und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann! Etliche Lichtschalter um die Räume auf jede erdenkliche Art zu beleuchten, Kaffeemaschine mit extra gutem Kaffe, Minibar, Sauna… alles was das Herz begehrt! Die Dame an der Rezeption war ausserdem super freundlich und herzlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maittava seurueen mielestä. Erityisruokavalioisen kannalta vaan iso miinus siitä ettei ruokia ollut lainkaan merkitty esim. laktoositon/maidoton/kananmunaton, ovat kuitenkin hyvin yleisiä erityisruokavalioita. Gluteeniton oli merkitty. Hankaloittaa ja rajoittaa huomattavan paljon ruokien valintaa, jos jokainen tuote täytyy erikseen varmistaa henk.kunnalta. Ja etenkään kun henk. kuntaa ei ollut näkyvissä kuin hetken keittiöllä aamupalan aikana.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026這次是在旅遊淡季前往Rovaniemi，價格相對便宜，整體來說cp值很高！運氣好就能在飯店裡的空地看極光（房內的大面玻璃窗也能看到，不過我個人喜歡空曠處的感覺）！地點非常棒，離機場以及市區都不遠。房內備品齊全、也非常乾淨。早餐雖然不錯吃，但每天的品項都是一樣的，相對單調一點。櫃檯人員很親切，有任何需求都可以跟他們說，即使他們上班時間很短但也有辦法聯絡到。
浴室非完全乾濕分離，洗澡還是會有半間浴室地板是濕的，不過似乎歐洲國家浴室設計都是這樣，也沒什麼好挑惕的。

The gravelly road between the front desk and the suites are not suitable for luggage wheels but I understand it works differently when it snows

Aamiainen niukka / heikko😕 👎 siitä iso miinus., mm kalaa ja keitettyjä munia olisi kaivannut. Muita hjomioota: Alakerran vessan bidesuihkun ja pöntön sijainnit oudot, bidesuihku mahdoton käyttää. Ylätasanteen kylppärin edessä olevat soirot irti katosta, seinämä ei ihan turvallinen.

Aamiais paikalle jonkin verran matkaa ja respasta kyllä neuvottiin, mutta emme löytäneet paikkaa. Ystävällinen naishenkilö opasti meidät, siitä kiitos. Aamiaispaikalla joutui englannin kielellä puhumaan, mutta siitäkin kyllä selvittiin.

Frukosten serverades inte på hotellet utan en närliggande restaurang. Det var liten frukost och vi behövde gå en bit. Hade gärna fått den informationen innan bokning. Parkeringen som skulle vara bredvid rummet var bredvid en byggarbetsplats så vi kunde inte stå där hela tiden.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Kesällä hinnat alhaisemmat, joten todella vastinetta rahoille. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja upea. Paljon tilaa. Plussaa siitä, että kummassakin kerroksessa on wc sekä suihku. Paljon valoja joka nurkassa ja katkaisijat merkitty, joten osaa painella oikeita. Yläkerrassa sähköiset verhot plussaa. Sauna hieno, mutta lämpeni paljon hitaammin kuin sanottiin. Suihkuun olisi hyvä saada lasta. Kaiken kaikkiaan oleskelu oli mukava, mutta moneksi yöksi ei ehkä.
Oleskelutilassa on kyllä menty design edellä. Joko joudut makaamaan varapedillä tai istumaan puupenkillä? Vain yksi nojatuoli. Tuon puupenkkisysteemin tilalle saisi erinomaisesti kunnon sohvan. Ilmastointilaite(?) jota ei voinut säätää mistään hurisi niin kovaa, että se häiritsi. Jos alakerrassa olisi nukkunut joku, se oli ollut todella ikävää. Huoneessa oli vähän kylmä.

There was NO staff. They gave everyone off for the holidays. Not one person to welcome the guest and take to the room. I had to manage the puzzle of taking the keys out then look for the room etc. Find it appalling that you book a room and 0 staff at the property and call yourself a 5 star hotel.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Super schöne Wohneinheit über zwei Etagen! Alles neu und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Im Juni wird noch viel gebaut. Es sieht alles sehr nach Baustelle drumherum aus. Frühstück gibt es im 5 min entfernten Santa Clause Restaurant zusammen mit allen Gästen, die drumherum ihre Quartiere im Santa Clause Village haben.

Reviewed May 11, 2026La proximité au Santa Village. Le calme et la nature autour. La qualité des chambres ainsi que le sauna inclus. Les énormes baies vitrées permettent d'observer des Aurores Boréales du lit. L'enclos à Rennes était un plus. Le petit abri pour allumer un feu et observer le ciel est une superbe idée.
Etant arrivé en fin de saison (début Avril), le dîner à l'hôtel n'était pas disponible tous les soirs. C'est compliqué de trouver un restaurant à proximité, ouvert le soir. Il faut se déplacer en ville à chaque fois.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The cabin was lovely, big windows, comfy beds and fantastic showers. It was great having the living room and kitchenette and so much space. There was a lovely deck out the back looking into the forest and complimentary sleds. We had fun trying out the sauna too. The outlook from the front door was directly into a reindeer enclosure which thrilled the family. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was nice (otherwise the restaurant was closed).
When booking there was no acknowledgement that it was past the end of season and that everything was closed. When I was researching online it was stated that Santa Claus Village is open all year but the only thing we had access to was the santa visit, the market, one basic restaurant and the animals. The place was deserted and although we had fun it was disappointing. Having said that, I'm pretty sure the room we got was heavily discounted as I've checked peak season prices and they appear much higher.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026I loved everything about this hotel... the views of the trees from our room was like painting... the walks in the forest around the hotel was beautiful... my son loved the Sleds and the snow mountains they made next to the hotel for playing... the location was perfect next to Santa village... The dinners and staff were so friendly and super nice... The room was so clean and new... the Sauna experience was amazing...
I can't think of anything I didn't like... The hotel is amazing.

Our bedroom specifically had large windows to look out of for northern lights. However, our windows faced the "backyard" forest with trees and there was another "hotel"? lined up to the side of ours and their exterior housing lights were always on, polluting and interfering with the darkness. We had to keep our shades closed because we couldn't sleep with their lights in our sight.

Close to the Santa Village and all the activities but still segregated enough to get some pace and quiet in the tranquil surroundings. The hotel is luxuriously finished. Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Die Aurora Suiten sind an sich sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr geräumig über 2 Etagen mit Sauna im oberen Badezimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Leider hat in unserer Suite die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten uns mit den vorhandenen elektrischen Heizern behelfen. Die Unterbringung in einem Häuschen wäre sicher besser gewesen - dort gibt es einen Kamin.
