Reviewed Sep 1, 2026For the price point, I loved it. We visited for 2 nights. Accomodations were modern, frest looking. The snack area was convenient and the microwave and ice station on each floor was a plus. Would come again.
Everything went well.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The Room was really clean, smelled good. We got the room with the 2 queen size beds and it was a good size. Breakfast was good and they have really good coffee as well. Also, the location is perfect. Tons of restaurants and stores at St. John’s Town Center. This will be my go to when I come visit my daughter at UNF

Reviewed Jul 26, 2026Had a clean and comfortable stay when visiting Jacksonville for a wedding. It’s close to the town center and by lots of restaurants and shopping. I had a good and quiet stay. Hotel is reasonably priced for the area. If staying or passing through the area, I recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The staff were absolutely indifferent to the guests. Borderline rude but just “friendly” enough to pass. We had stayed in this hotel before and the staff was fine but this time it was a completely different experience, to the point that next time we won’t stay anymore. Breakfast was not very tasty, eggs were almost rubber, but I do understand that can be subjective. Everything else was fine.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Great location with a lot of close restaurants and stores! Facilities were clean, staff were friendly, many options for breakfast with the pancake machine being our favorite! The bed, sheets and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I plan on booking this hotel the next time we are in the area!
Would have loved a microwave in the room instead of one for each floor.

The only thing I didn't care for is the hotel room didn't have a closed in closet, that's my only complaint. Not a deal breaker i would definitely stay again. The ourside entryway into the hotel could use some pressure washing and repainting.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026We loved the location to St. John's Town Center and all the amenities! The room was clean, kinda smaller than we anticipated but it served its purpose. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well each time we slept. Breakfast was basic, but decent. The TV had a welcome sign with my name which was very intimate and I loved that!
I am still old school so I do like being able to iron whatever I need but the ironing board didn't work and kept slipping so we had to place it on the table to use it. Room size didn't allow for a couch. Had a chair and small bench.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Tru hotels usually offer small rooms as this Tru in Jacksonville does too. Can’t open windows, so the air in the room is never really fresh. TV programs pretty limited; e. g. no HBO. Free parking. Hotel is in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Breakfast comes with the usual stuff of a chain hotel. Coffee and tea is available 24/7. Not sure if I’d pick the same hotel when in the area?
