Wenn man alleine reist oder in ner Gruppe, das Hostel ist für alle Arten geeignet, die lokation ist super um abzuschalten und 5 Minuten Fußweg findet man alles was man braucht

I liked the young people from Tinghir who work there. They are very kind.

I don’t like the bed, it’s not comfortable, and the shower and bathroom facilities need improvement. The hotel owner should invest in that.

Really great breakfast, you get a lot for your money.

It was so difficult to find. The staff was really confused, they spend 1 hour because they could not find our reservation.

Que a partir de las 12 aunque sea un hostel deberían dejar de hacer ruido.

De taxichauffeur stond klaar bij het vliegveld en sprak ons bij voornaam aan. Op de parkeerplaats stond een jongen ons op te wachten, die ons bij het hostel bracht.

Bij de receptie stond onze naam niet in het grote boek en moesten we allerlei documenten, mails en papieren laten zien. Uiteindelijk, na lang wachten, kregen we om 03:00 een kamer zonder raam en een tweepersoonsbed, niet zoals geboekt. Volgens de man was er geen andere kamer beschikbaar. De opzetcabines die voor sanitaire ruimte moesten doorgaan waren vies. Er was één wastafeltje in een nis, ook die was vies en er hing een onderbroek. Er lagen slippers, kleding en doeken her en der. Achterstallig onderhoud en niet gastvrij personeel.Het bed was meer een harde plank. Tijdens het ontbijt hebben we een andere plek gevonden en hebben we hier uitgecheckt. Ook al hadden we alles betaald voor 2 nachten (ook tax en ontbijt). Geen aanrader.

首先是到达旅社后，经理居然说没有我们的住宿订单。由于我们只会中文，这下我们就着急了，以为走错了旅社。用以前与旅社联系的WhatsAPP告知已到附近，导航就是这里，请马上来接我们。经理也没有回复，我只好出去到处咨询，弄得狼狈不堪。后来发现导航的门牌号就是这家，又找到经理落实，这才确认。也不知是不是那天的客人很多（晚上客厅沙发都睡满了人），经理搞混了。二是我们住的3楼，住满估计有20人，整个3楼只有一个不到30公分的洗脸台，洗脸台前只能容纳一人，经常早上是几人排队洗脸涑口。

. I've been backpacking for over 30 years across a vast part of the world. And I understand that a hostel is basically a place to sleep, rest, and meet other travelers. However, this place is more like a nightclub than a hostel. Loud music for almost the entire day and a good part of the night. Rooms without keys, just a half-broken padlock, and quite dirty. Not recommended for travelers at all unless you're looking for a stupid, Ibiza-style party night in Marrakech. Not surprise the webpage does not allow you to cancel your booking...

me and my friend booked a twin room and when we've got there they said the room we booked and payed is not available, we had to book another hotel in the middle of the night and walk there, not a pleasant experience. however staff seem friendly

We booked a room with a private bathroom and didn't get one. Also at check in we had to wait long before the staff was ready to do our check in. The room was really small but alright. The towls were dirty.

we (3) booked a 4 dorm dorm and got a full 8 bed dorm. Even after complaining and the promise of our room the next day, we got an 5 bed dorm. It appears they constantly overbook it with no regards to your reservation! Not ok!

The worst thing is the rooster, sounds like it's in the room. It sings the whole night.

I want to make a formal complaint about the Marrakech hostel rouge When I arrived the male receptionist told me they had more reservations than rooms For 1h30 he was shouting to me because I did not accept the room I am going to explain The room had no glass to exterior and no key, no locker, carpets and higiene disgusting. I have pictures to prove everything I am saying.i asked a redound and the male receptionist that had age to be my sun said that week he broke both hands punching clients and if I wanted to be one of them. After 1h 30 explaining him I could not be there because I couldn’t even lock the door from inside and andter several call to a woman that I presume it’s the owner and some intimidatory from him he gave me a disgusting room that I could lock from inside once more I have pictures Well I want a full refound from what I paid including city taxes and extra 3 euros for paying by card and I think a platform like booking should be aware and be away from locals like that where health and safety is in serious risk and yesterday I frightened for my life and I could not sleep at all Just for your information today I met outside hostel a group of 3 Americans 1 male 2 females and they were also horrified by treatment and the conditions of that hostel I look forward to hearing from you Kind regards Ricardo Lourenco

Det var en väldigt social vibe vilket var najs.

Det var rätt smutsigt, bytte inte lakan på sängarna inför nya gäster och filtarna man fick var riktigt sunkiga. Superkallt på vintern eftersom det inte finns ett riktigt tak. Regnar in om det regnar.

Vibes are good and social, and staff are friendly. Beds are made every day! Breakfast is fairly decent. There are good spaces to hang out.

The bathrooms are very rough, and poor facilities, such as nowhere to hang clothes in some showers so needing to put them on the dirty floor. The hostel felt a bit run down compared to other stays in Morocco. Unfortunately for the us there was heavy rain which meant a damp, dim environment on the first day as it is an open air hostel.

The location was hard to find, with no signs, and a guy helped me find it.

Staff is what makes this place! They were really welcoming and helpful!

Stayed in a private room with a very old, very uncomfortable bed. It also didn’t lock and as a solo traveler, that didn’t feel safe to me. Toilet was covered in urine and shower was also gross.

I really liked the stuff's hospitality, the chill vibe of the place in general, and the eclectic interior design of the place. In general, the hotel is always accessible, there are many showers, and toilets on the premises and the rooftop is stunning!

Sometimes can be loud with the activities downstairs but I personally didn't mind it much during this travel. I think maybe for people who are looking for a quiet place it can be a bit disruptive.

Hamza and badrr is great, very helpful.

Le calme n'est absolument pas respecté dans les dortoirs, les gens discutent, les hôtes allument la lumière pour installer de nouvelles personne à n'importe quelle heure

Die Jungs waren super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Frühstück war immer mit Liebe zugerichtet und es wahr sehr lecker (und viel). Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung in den Zelt zu übernachten.

Die Badezimmer sind etwas zu eng, und wenn alle drei Duschkabinen in Benutzung sind, ist das Wasser nicht immer warm. Aber dafür war es immer sauber!

The stuff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The price is very good, it's in the middle of Medina. The hostel is very nice, colorful, clean. The beds are comfortable. We slept in a rooftop tent and it was very nice and peaceful.

The bathrooms are a little small, there could be a holder for shower gel and soap. In some bath cabins was no hook. The shower and toilet doors could be more massive. But the hygiene was very good, it was just a little bit uncomfortable to take shower.
