Cosy and has all the necessities needed very well considered

The bed is quite hard and in one of the room the pillow was dirty

For the price, I should've expected less. The reviews were good but I have a few complaints..

The whole building smelled really bad, cigarettes and others. The room was no exception. At least not moldy but it was not what I expected from the ratings I saw online. The bed is very rigid and hard.

Это самое худшее место! Помятое место,похоже для часовых встреч. Ужасный, просто отвратительный запах во всей гостинице,хлоркой+сигаретами+химией, страшно было за своё здоровье! Не советую это место,разве что на 1/2 часа удовольствия.

Small hotel/motel that has clean rooms, comfortable bed and therefore suitable for just sleeping in.

The building itself has a very strange smell, but luckily it is not present in the rooms!

Very funny place if you are travelling with kids or friends: the bathtub is on the pass to the bedroom which is over the glass door, the toilet with the shower doesn't close and it has glass walls from both sides. But the stuff is very friendly, the room is clean and there are everything you can need. Thank you for the hospitality and tasty cookies! The location is good - we had a wonderful walk to the Taehwa Pavillion and Botanical garden.

Everybody can see you sleeping and washing.

Hotel très bruyant la nuit,j'avais l'impression d'avoir des personnes qui passaient l'aspirateur ou faisait tourner des machines pendant toute la nuit. Trop d'éclairage la nuit dans la chambre(téléphone lumineux,chiffres de la climatisation tres lumineux...)

Different and unique. Everything you need is there . Very clean and maids came once a day to refresh and replenish.

Nicely modernized, great location, clean, and quiet. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again..

I like a firm mattress, but these were a little firmer than I am used to.

연식이있지만 깨끗하게 관리된 편이고, 주인분이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 있다갑니다. 야구 원정 숙소로 썼는데 위치도 너무멀지않고, 작지만 욕조도 있어서 잘 쉬었어요ㅎ

대실 해주는 모텔이였구요 넷플릭스 된다고 기재 되어 있었는데 티비 전원도 되지 않아 방을 옮기고 단속인지 무슨 일로 개인 계정있으면 보라고 합니다. 그리고 침구도 너무 눅눅하고 방음은 1도 안되구요 침구에 머리카락도 있었습니다 아무리 잠만 잘꺼래도 최악이였네요.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was useful. The staff was friendly.

There were many squished dead mosquitos left on the wall and ceiling. It would have been nice if it could have been cleaned beforehand. The room and a lot of the building had a strong smoke smell. There was no sofa in the room. The noise insulation wasn't great as I could hear what was going on in different rooms. A luggage room to store luggage before check-in would have been nice too. The cleaning by the edge of the bed could have been a bit more thorough.

깨끗은한데 담배냄세가 좀나고 침대 매트리스가 너무 딱딱해서 푹씬한거 좋아하시는분은 별로일듯하네요.

We were expecting it to be a hotel, as the name of the place suggests, but it turned out to be a MOTEL. The bed was hard (it felt like a very cheap mattress) and we could see the paint on the ceiling was peeling off.. Smelled old and musty..and it looked like there was minimum cleaning done..so there won't be a second visit..

Staff were helpful and polite. The room had lots of amenities such as phone chargers and toiletries. The location is good. It was quiet at night.

The bed was hard as a rock! It’s actually a motel but that’s what I expected.

욕실 상태가 너무 불쾌했어요. 하수구 냄새가 심했어요. 배수구가 막힌건지 냄새가 심해 상당히 불쾌했어요

전체적으로 깔끔하긴 한데 침대가 너무 딱딱했습니다.ㅡㅡ; 그리고 주차장이 너무 좁아서 주차하기 어렵고, 그나마 외부주차장이 있어서 버틸만했습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없어서 식사 후 들어가시길 권합니다.

입구는 모델 같이 인포 프런트가 없어 살짝 당황함 객실은 상태가 일반호텔 못지않게 청결하고 괜찮음 주변 뷰는 나쁨

방음이안되서 너무시끄러웠습니다. 프론트에전화해서 건의했지만 개선되지않았네요 화장실 물내려가는소리까지 들릴정도입니다 새벽까지 잠들지못해서 너무 힘들었네요

주인 아주머니 친절하셨고, 객실은 아주 깔끔했으나 살짝 담배 냄새는 있더군요. 욕실도 아주 깔끔했고요. 무엇보다 출장이었고 밤새 인터넷 업무를 했는데, 인터넷 속도가 빨라 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 1층 로비에 무료 커피 머신, 간단한 과자 등의 제공도 좋았고요.

조용한 편 이었습니다.

위치는 좀 무섭지만 차로 이동해서 상관없었어요 또 근처에 편의점이랑 슈퍼 둘다 있고 배달오는 업체도 많아요 첫번째 받은 방에서 악취가 나서 방 옮겨달라고 했더니 흔쾌히 해주셨어요

The owner lady was really nice and friendly. She delayed our check out time so that we could sleep in, which is pretty awesome. The room is slightly different from what I expected but not much to complain, to be honest.

깨끗한 모텔입니다. 조식은 없다라고 생각하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 특이사항은 별로 없고 그냥 모텔입니다.

굉장히 깔끔하고, 스탭분들의 접객도 훌륭합니다. 타올, 비누 등의 교체도 매일 잘 이루어집니다.

When we first arrived, our booking was lost, but when it was found, it had said the booking was cancelled. We were a little concerned that we might not have a room, however the woman working in the office was very quick to find us a room which matched our booking. She was pleasant to us whenever we left the hotel or returned. We didn't hear anything about continental breakfast, or if we could take part in it, even though it was right by the front desk, so I'd recommend other people ask about it. We luckily had many close options for brunch in Ulsan, so we didn't need it. The cleaning staff were impeccable, as everything was straightened up and organized everyday. Our room was incredibly nice to return to, with good duvets and pillows, as well as the nice service items in the room (coffees, teas, water bottles, and all the soaps). The location was close to the river park, near bus lines, and we didn't have to walk too much to find food or markets. This place was a great hotel for the money, and we were able to see many of the sights we wanted to see by walking or a short bus ride. Also, they had their own punch card system, so you can earn your own free stay here after staying so many times, definitely something to look into if you travel to Ulsan often.
