We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect – the beautiful and modern hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing spa and wellness facilities, and the delicious breakfast. The location was also great for exploring the Dolomites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.
L’albergo era situato in una ottima posizione, a 1 minuto di macchina dal centro di soraga, avere la spa all’interno della struttura è un lusso che abbiamo sfruttato al massimo, mentre per la colazione c’era una vastissima scelta e pure la possibilità di avere uova appena cucinate in qualsiasi modo e anche french toast come volevi tu!
Igazán jól éreztük magunkat, sajnos csak kettő éjszakára volt lehetőségünk. A reggeli kifogástalan, a segítő személyzet fantasztikus. Nagyszerű élmény volt. Köszönjük az összes dolgozónak a munkáját. ❤️❤️
La struttura è veramente super, la camera perfetta, pulita e molto coccola. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Le portate proposte per la cena sono state molto raffinate con abbinamenti superlativi. La piscina a sfioro molto bella e rilassante. Tutto perfetto, ci ritorneremo!

The spa hours and dinner service could be extended to offer guests more flexibility. In addition, the conditioner should be replenished more frequently, and the spa kit could ideally be replaced automatically each day. We also requested a packed breakfast to take with us, as we were leaving early for Tre Cime, but were told that all kitchen staff were off duty by 8:30 p.m., so unfortunately our request could not be accommodated. A little more flexibility with such requests would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per le nostre vacanze io e mio marito e abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in una delle Suite. La camera era bellissima, spaziosa, pulita e con ogni comfort e con una vista meravigliosa. La posizione è comoda sia a piedi che in auto, attorno il paesaggio è bello e molto curato . I servizi dell' hotel sono tutti ottimi , nota speciale per la colazione molto fornita e adatta a tutti , sono presenti tutte le opzioni anche per vegani e celiaci e la sala ristorante ha una bellissima vista. Ottima anche la Spa con i suoi servizi super consigliati .. abbiamo passato veramente una vacanza bellissima in questo Hotel ! Grazie

La spa è davvero grande e molto bella con una vista spettacolare. Ottimo poter utilizzare la piscina e le aree relax anche dalle 8 del mattino. La camera è un po' datata ma comunque confortevole e grande.
Really nice staff - everyone was super kind to us. Spa installations surprised us in a very positive way and we had a really relaxing time. Dinner and Breakfast were great :)

- Prachtige locatie, mooie spa en wellness faciliteiten (zeer goed zelfs). - parkeer garage voor de auto of motorfiets. - geweldig uitzicht vanuit je kamer (wij hadden de Ladin suite). - zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt (de kok maakt zelfs op verzoek diverse ei gerechten klaar). Sap pers voor vers sinaasappelsap. - super schoonmaak door de housekeeping elke dag (zelfs de lade kastjes worden elke dag gepoetst).
- prijs is wel overdreven voor wat je krijgt (wij hadden een Ladin kamer in het historische deel van het hotel). Welke oud zijn maar wel schoon, de prijs is hiervoor te hoog. -nieuwbouw en historische bouw door elkaar dus het hotel oogt nogal on-overzichtelijk. -marketing strategie van het hotel is erg goed, maar verwacht geen grote bijzonderheden van dit hotel.
La struttura è meravigliosa, con piscina e tutti i servizi spa. C’è la possibilità di fare dei massaggi e utilizzare la piscina anche il giorno del check out. Le camere nuove sono arredate con cura e anche tutte le finiture sono davvero belle e ben studiate..il personale è di una gentilezza e professionalità non indifferente e anche la cena del sabato sera era buonissima, ho fatto i complimenti allo chef su più piatti !!

Nydelig å meget delikat frokost buffet, god middag. Oppussingen av matsalen var veldig bra. Eieren er veldig profesjonell å hyggelig. Store rom. Behagelig spa avdeling med basseng.
Fremsto som mye av personalet var uten erfaringer med arbeidsoppgavene sine, noe som medførte at ting tidvis tok ekstra lang tid. Satser på at de med litt mer erfaring, skaper enda bedre opplevelser for kundene. Vil påpeke at de på ingen måte ikke er serviceinnstilte, men at erfaringer og kunnskap tidvis var varerende. Hotellet har over år vært igjennom store renoveringer og oppussinger. Fremstår idag som tidvis toppmoderne, og delvis gammel tradisjonell stil.
La situation, le magnifique SPA, la gentillesse du personnel, les petites attentions de l’hôtel pour mon anniversaire et pour ma chienne, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner excellents, la vue superbe.

La bellezza della suite (Namastè): arredata in stile moderno e confortevole (non come altre stanze della struttura): vasca vicino alla finestra, ampio terrazzo con parapetto in vetro, doccia a 2 posti, televisore, frigo bar e armadio ben inseriti. Asciugamani morbidi e profumati per i vari ambienti. Ottima la SPA: suoi servizi, la vista che si godeva, l'estensione verso l'esterno, il servizo aufguss ben fatto. Personale a disposizione per ogni servizio, bar all'esterno compreso nonostante il tempo.
All'arrivo i posti nella SPA erano tutti occupati da asciugamani non solo di chi soggiornava ma anche da chi aveva solo in giornata accesso alla SPA, mentre noi che avevamo una delle suite all'inizio ci hanno detto di aspettare seduti in sedia...; per fortuna dopo 10 min un ospite ha ridotto da solo le postazioni occupate, visto che i gestori hanno ritardato di molto la reazione del trovarci una soluzione. Lo scaldasalviette in camera non andava, cosa molto utile per asciugare il kit della SPA tra un giorno e l'altro. La cena gourmet era molto gourmet nelle quantità... (tutti i commensali attingevano al refill del cesto del pane), infine capisco pagare il vino ma non l'unica bottiglia d'acqua consumata.

Camera un po’ datata situata al 4 piano. Bagno piccolo e doccia veramente ristretta. Riscontrati ripetuti problemi con i termosifoni che, a detta della reception, si sarebbero accesi ad orari stabiliti, cosa che non è accaduta, per cui problema è stato risolto dopo vari solleciti e interventi dei collaboratori. Colazione buona/discreta a causa della non troppa scelta; ampie scelte sui dolci e scarsità salate.

locatiotion 8: l'hotel si trova lontano dalla strada principale, con una vista a 360° sulle montagne camera paussa 8: si trova nella parte nuova del hotel con un accesso diretto alla spa; è spaziosa con un camino sia lato bagno (c'è sia la doccia sia la vasca) sia lato letto, dal terrazzo c'è una bellissima vista sulle montagne innevate spa 8: (poche cose ma fatte bene) una piscina metà interna e metà fuori, e una più piccola solo esterna riscaldata con lettini idromassaggio, un'ampia sauna dove fanno il rituale aufguss (6 giorni su 7), un bagno turco dove è possibile farsi lo scrub e 2 zone relax cena 7: buffet solo di verdure crude, per quanto riguarda il menù, piatti semplici e buoni. colazione 7: buffet piccolo ma molto fornito, solo per le suite c'è un menù con piatti e bevande calde, unica pecca non ci sono i cartellini che spiegano come sono fatte torte o brioches, per fortuna le cameriere sono molto informate prezzo 5: al momento della prenotazione sono stati molto assilanti per ricevere la caparra nonostante gli accordi presi, dicendo che se non arrivava cancellavano la prenotazione (avevo detto che sarebbe arrivato un giorno preciso perché dovevo ricevere la conferma e avevano detto che non c'era problema); quel giorno oltre alla caparra avevo programmato anche l'invio del saldo con data dell'arrivo, nonostante siano passati 3 giorni a loro ancora non risultava arrivato, quindi gli ho mandato una copia della transizione dove si vede che i soldi sono stati scalati e invitati al hotel, in questo modo sono riuscito a fare il check out

Bed is not actually made, for the double, they placed a thin duvet and sheet folded in two in each half of the bed. I found this odd, and definitely not a cultural norm for Italy.
Camera accogliente e con una bella vista. Personale gentile e disponibile (ho chiesto di alzare la temperatura perché c'era freddo in camera e di cambiare un piatto per cena perché sono intollerante ai funghi). Zona SPA non grandissima ma bella. Piscina con una vista stupenda. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

La cosa che in assoluto mi ha colpito e la pulizia! La spa fantastica, con esperienze diverse ogni sera, la maggior parte gratuite. Complimenti alla shef che ci ha deliziato ogni sera con piatti della tradizione e rivisitati in chiave moderna.

Kompliziertes Lichtmanagement in der Suite, Gemüsebeilage beim Abendmenu hätte frischer, knackiger sein können - teilweise war das Gemüse etwas lieblos zubereitet. Fleisch, Fisch und Desserts war jedoch herausragend.

Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta, personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Molto bella la SPA, ben curata. Ristorante ottimo, peccato solo per le porzioni della cena di gala del sabato, molto ristrette ma ricercate. Ottimo invece l’aperitivo domenicale incluso.
