Apartamentul este situat la o alta locatie decat cea a hotelului, curatenia este una de suprafata. Apartamentul are 4 bai, dar doar doua dintre ele au si toaleta :)).

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Antalya, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The staff members were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Additionally, the rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the entire stay.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay; everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Kervan Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions.

Очень достойный бутик-отель в самом сердце Калечи. В секундах от любых тусовок ночью и достопримечательностей днем. Однозначно рекомендую. В номере было чисто и уютно. Все понравилось.

Чуть-чуть не хватало внимания от персонала, немного чувствовалось как будто лишний) но в принципе за счет удобств и чистоты, а также размещения отеля, наверное и не нужно было это внимание.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt um Fußläufig alles zu erkunden. Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto etwas schwer aufgrund der Lage bzw. der engen Straßen. Machbar aber nicht einfach :-))

Es ist halt in der Stadt und deshalb nicht ganz leise dort. Aber das sollte ja eigentlich klar sein! :-)

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, zentral, dadurch zwar etwas lauter, aber ab 24 Uhr gut auszuhalten, morgens schön ruhig, das darunter gelegene Fischrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, ausgezeichnetes Essen und exzellenter Service

This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and rooms on the first floor. This is more like a restaurant than a hotel. It was not what I expected. One night they had live music in the restaurant, and it was difficult to sleep in our room because it was too loud. The location of this hotel is excellent, and the area is lively, so I would give it extra points for that. Overall, it was a good experience mainly due to the hotel’s location.

Noise from the restaurant can disturb your sleep. Also, the roads are quite narrow, and I had to return my rental car a day earlier than planned because parking in that area is difficult.

Location was very good, the value was great as space was adequate and kitchen was very useful.

Confusion on the checkin- this review is for Kervan Apart and not the hotel so the service and location was different from what we thought and were not made aware .

The hosts are very kind, the place is very nice and the location is perfect for tourists very nice old town and close to the sea 😍, seafood is very delicious but a bit expensive

Very nice room and it was freshened up every day by the staff - towels toiletries etc. Excellent location in the old town and walkable distance to most areas.

It wasn't a dislike, but you just have to be mindful that you are staying over a bar and restaurant area that play music until late. Something to bear in mind.

I told the staff several times that there is no hot water in the room and each time they told me to check back 30 min later but no action was taken.

More of a B&B rather than a true hotel - only 5 rooms above a seafood restaurant, no dedicated reception, entry between the restaurant tables on a flight of stairs at the back of the room. Room had no balcony/no space to dry towels, cloths Shower had low pressure and big temperature variations

The girl at reception desk was lovely and incredibly helpful.

The booking said double bed and single bed, but room had double bed and sofa bed. They were comfortable but I think the description should be updated to reflect reality. It would have been good to know there was live music downstairs until midnight (3 out of 4 nights), as this made it difficult to relax/sleep until early hours of the morning.

Clean & spacious

Everything was perfect! The staff were nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and we got everything we needed even an iron for clothes :) I would definitely recommend.

The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The place is really centrally located and you can reach everything by foot.

Check-in is late (14.00). The restaurant below the hotel it’s of the same property. Unfortunately they blast the music from 22.00 to 00.00 and it feels like the band is in your room. It’s really annoying if you want to rest. I fell like it should be stated in the description before you book here so who needs to sleep early can decide to go elsewhere. To bad for the music because otherwise it would have been a good stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful from the moment we checked in. Excellent location, shops, historic sites & other amenities. We had a slight issue with the room TV connection, to which they attended to quickly & had it sorted out within a few minutes.

Such a great location, in the heart of Kaleici. The location (above a restaurant) seems odd, but it was such a non-issue and was just such an easily accessible spot for us to come and go. We travelled with our young children and they loved the location and the area overall. We stayed only 2 nights but we felt so at home! Special thanks to Yuksel, who showed us such kindness and warmth. We arrived quite early and expected to drop our bags and find somewhere to wait it out, but she ushered us off to a cool bedroom and told my girls to have a rest. So appreciated after a long and busy travel time. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable.

It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but there is loud music till about midnight which might bother light sleepers.

I liked the hotel so much, for me kervan hotel exceeded my expectations, starting from the location, the hotel is located in a central area closed to many amenities and very active area day and night surrounded by all kinds of restaurant and shops, close to the beach and 8 minutes walk from the main road, and not so far from the airport. I liked the location very much, people consider the area as one of the day tripa that they need to visit, and i was happy to live their all the time during my stay. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are large and well prepared, staff are so friendly, I would like to thank them for the nice friendly hostality, the only negative thing is that the hotel has a night music show in its resraurant, some people can consider it noisy but i liked it as i can listen to a nice music for free and was not loud to disturb me. I can not comment on the food as my booking did not include any meal but the food in the private restaurant was amazing. Thank you kervan hotel

No pool that you can use.

The location was good but staff was terrible.

The staff didn’t even help us take our suitcases upstairs or facilitate with bringing it outside for us when we checked out. They were least bothered about providing comfort to us in every way and super rude

Location and value.

This is just to manage expectations. Our stay was good enough for two nights. No true hotel staff, no front desk, not a hotel by any means. Restaurant personnel handled check-in. Only four rooms in the "hotel" on the 2nd floor above the restaurant. No pool, it's only for restaurant atmosphere and breakfast available, but not included. Still very convenient and good value. I wouldn't recommend for families, but i would still recommend as long as you know what to expect.

Great location in the old town, at the main street that takes you to Hadrian Gate. Spacious, clean rooms. Amazing bathroom with the shower effect rain. Nicea and helpful staff. And last, but not least, delicious and plentiful breakfast, it was delicious and you really have a lot to eat. I've been to lots of places but this might be the best (or Top 10 for sure).

It was a little bit loud, but ok

Very clean, modern and spacious room. The rooms were recently renovated and the bed was really comfortable! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and took care of us. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and filling. The hotel is very central and surrounded by many cafes and shops. Excellent location. Definitely recommend.

The facilities were top quality including the toiletries.

Their main business is a sea food restaurant with about 5 rooms as side business. It's located within the restaurant so don't expect much quiet in the night as they have live shows etc. It's also a bit hard to locate the hotel due to this.

The location in kaleici was amazing, and the breakfast was served nicely.

The staff is not really friendly and we hear so much noise! The hotel contains like 3 or 4 rooms, positioned in a second floor of a restaurant.

The hotel is in the historical center, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was really modern. The breakfast wasn't buffet but it was nice anyway.

If you are looking for a calm location this is not your place. Being in the middle of the center means a lot of noise. There's also a restaurant downstairs with live music until midnight.

This isn't really a hotel. It's a restaurant with 4 rooms upstairs for rent. The pool isn't able to be used and there is no balcony or sea view as the listing claims. The restaurant is incredibly busy with live music until midnight making it impossible to sleep (even with earplugs). If we knew this before we would not have booked here.

Location, breakfast and the hospitality.

The reality is that based on the price, there is nothing to be picky about.

Breakfast, staff and location were nice. Room was not big but comfortable and pretty stylish.

We have chosen this hotel for the pool. But when we arrived we were told that pool is inaccesable until 2am. At the same time there was no electricity for 2 hours what was really uncomfortable having 42℃ outside.
