Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Wir sind gegen 19:00 Uhr im Hotel angekommen. An der Rezeption lag ein Zimmerschlüssel mit einer Nachricht, dass jemand um 20:00 Uhr kommen würde. Wir kamen gegen 20:15 Uhr zurück, aber an der Rezeption war immer noch kein Mitarbeiter anwesend. So etwas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Da niemand da war und das Hotel leer wirkte, bekam mein Sohn, der wegen seines Praktikums in dieser Stadt übernachten sollte, eine Panikattacke. Deshalb haben wir den Schlüssel mit einer Nachricht zurückgelegt, dass wir wieder nach Hause fahren müssen. Auch zu diesem Zeitpunkt war weiterhin niemand an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer meines Sohnes war bereits im Voraus online bezahlt. Trotzdem mussten wir nach Hause fahren, weil niemand erreichbar war und wir uns in dieser Situation nicht sicher gefühlt haben.

Ens van donar una habitació de baixa qualitat:el matalàs amb bonys i massa tou pel nostre parer. La neteja de l'habitació insuficient ,fins i tot hi havia a les escombraries, restes de menjar dels anteriors ocupants. Els calaixos de la cuineta bruts. No hi havia cap estri de cuina.Pel que fa al lavabo, la dutxa molt petita i amb cortina... No té els mínims establerts per un hotel de 3 estrelles!!! Decepcionant!!!!

Reviewed May 7, 2026Le personnel de l'accueil a été très prévenant et très agréable. Lit propre et confortable. Nombre de linges de bain proposés appréciable. Taille de la chambre et SDB confortable. Proche des commodités et boulangerie juste à côté.
1) Déçue de la propreté de la salle de bain ! Un ménage poussé devrait parfois être fait = murs sales, que ce soit en face de WC où l'on dirait que quelqu'un a vomi et que le nettoyage a été bâclé ou encore dans la douche avec les traces d'eau. Regardez la tuyauterie du lavabo et vous verrez la quantité de poussière accumulée. Le nettoyage profond n'a pas été fait depuis trop longtemps. 2) on m'annonce "pas de petit déjeuner car nous ne sommes pas assez". 3) pas de cendrier devant l'établissement (en tout cas côté "la seule porte qui marche bien"). 4) système de prise intégré au lit défectueux, peu de jus, obligé de débrancher la lampe de chevet pour y brancher mon téléphone pour utiliser son réveil à portée de main.

Reviewed May 4, 2026La literie était parfaite. Propreté impeccable. Grande salle de bain. L'hôtel est un peu dans son jus, mais pour passer 1 à 2 nuits au Locle, c'est parfait. L'hôtel est en plus très bien situé en plein centre ville.
Un des tableaux des murs de la chambre était à l'envers... Franchement, rien de négatif à dire. Pour moi, si la chambre est propre, la literie est bonne et que je peux avoir de l'eau chaude à la salle de bain et des linges de bain propres, le reste est superflu, et cette chambre avait toutes ces qualités.

Quand j’ai réservé, c’était marqué que nous pouvions prendre le petit déjeuner sur place et le payer à ce moment là. Mais apparemment il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner ce jour là, je trouve que cela devrait être mis quand il y’en a réellement un, car les horaires de ce dernier était bien affiché dans l’ascenseur…

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Ma réservation a été extrêmement de dernière minute (21h pour le soir-même), mon arrivée très tardive (23h45) et mon départ très matinale (5h) et malgré tout ça, le gérant de l'hôtel a été d'une incroyable réactivité. Il a tout fait pour me faciliter l'accès à l'hôtel, la prise de chambre, le paiement et mon départ. Merci beaucoup pour la qualité de votre accueil et de votre gestion.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good, I could park easily on the same street of the hotel, for free since I arrived after the paid time. The room was quiet, I couldn't hear traffic from the street or neighbors, only voice of people getting off the elevator. There is no restaurant but there are restaurants and a grocery store close by - I could borrow fork and spoon from the hotel.
We are sold renovated rooms and get older rooms, it is a bit annoying, but the room was sparkling clean and I had everything I needed, it worked.
