Location is really covinient. Can reach many place by walk. The room is clean and comfort.

During my stay the elevator and TV having some problems but it's okay, my room is not at higher floor.

Location and a very things

Easy to find food

the staff, the location is for the win. easy access to supermarket and malls.

Oh well i think you know that one thing that you know. Parking access for the hotel. When we got tickets.. and its passes office hours, its bad for us cause we can’t make the payments or just simply back to miri just to pay for the parking. its good when its weekend but not good for the weekdays. We can suggest you to reserve parking for ur customers but extra charges if u can. Then win win situation for u and us. hehe.

Aircond room 712 not cool

love the bed! i could sleep the whole dayyyy

toilet tile is so slippery when wet, unpleasant cigarette smell

The location is good in Miri City. Just walk distance to see Miri Water Front. The price of the room rate was inexpensive and The room was very big and comfortable .I am so happy my Booking member can upgrade my room at reasonable price. Everything OK. I suggest that the restaurant at the hotel lobby could provide room customers breakfast or your staff members can recommend the guest to eat.

The smell of cigarette smoke is drifting in from other rooms. Especially at the toilet.

Excellent location, clean and tidy room, and complete facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay.

The smell of cigarette smoke is drifting in from other rooms. The AC at my room was not OK, hopefully, maintenance group had solved this problem at that time.

near shop

need to change new iron

Location very near to Imperial and food street.

TV channels very bad and internet very slow.

i like the hotel..just 5 minutes walk to imperial hotel. the staff are all nice and helpful. the room are tidy.

they didnt provide parking..so you have to buy a parking coupon at the mart next to the hotel.display the coupon inside your car windscreen. i walk early in the morning to the parking booth to pay my $15Rm (discounted to $6.50rm because i paid early in the morning around 8am)because i didnt display my parking coupon. the TV not working properly. didnt have mini fridge.

Location near to restaurants, food places, malls and more.

We were placed at a smoking floor despite requesting for non-smoking floor. The floor we were in had terrible smoke fumes.

The strategic location

The condition of the room - dusty.

Good clean n friendly staff

Nothing

The excellent location made up for the lack in room facilities. Nearby malls, food junctions, restaurants, convenience stores and cafes.

Had to wake up early to put up the parking coupon because it is not free parking area during the day.

the location. just walk and you can reach a mall, waterfront and the food stall

i asked for iron, 3x still the same problem. the iron max hot you can put your hands on it. i give up

The room. Everything work well.

No mini fridge. Cant find hairdryer. And smoking smell, maybe because we stay at the smoking room.

Town area

Near town

ROOM SIZE IS SMALL

Good hotel. I always stay here

I really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location. It's only about a 5-minute walk to Imperial Mall, which makes shopping and getting around very easy. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so finding a good place to eat or grab a coffee was never a problem. Another plus is that there's a coin laundry within walking distance, which is especially convenient for longer stays. Overall, it's a great location with everything you need close by.

The only downside during my stay was that the shower area had a noticeable cigarette smell. It wasn't overpowering, but it was enough to make the bathroom feel less fresh. Hopefully, the hotel can address this issue to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Comfortable bed.

No Netflix.

Location & hospitality

Room was spacious, the only issue there wasn't any refrigerator. However, some how there wasn't any exhaust fan in Toilet functioning in the two of the room(s) which I stayed in the past two months.

Regulary maitenance is required, I suppose and perhaps they need to look into clealiness, example - when I came into the Room there was Wool of Long Hairs, and dome dust accumulated. They should give two Access Key(s) and also label in the ROOM to Lobby Call with what is the access code and how to connnect to wifi with instructions.

The room space n the amenities

Cockroach small, bed not too clean , no fridge

Should fix the button of their lift. (2nd floor)

Nice location and near to the mall

No minibar

The location was strategic which at the city area, easily to find food. staff all nice and friendly, they even sing birthday song to my friend. Love everything and I think its worth for the price.

The hair dryer provided abit old and takes long time to dry your hair, so I suggest for long hair girl you can bring you own hair dryer. The soundproofing in the hotel isn’t very good, and I can hear noise from the corridor. I’m not sure if it’s because my room is near the elevator, but I don’t really mind it.
