Lovely hotel with very polite staff.

Was very difficult to find - our uber driver had to call and then stop and get directions from different people to find the right place.

The place is cozy and clean. Was able to meet a Filipina staff ( Mary Grace ) who is very welcoming and helpful. Will consider booking again and recommend the hotel to some friends who want to experience good stay at reasonable price and service.

considering to add "bidet" on comfort rooms would be a great ease on visitors, other than that; no concern. :)

The staff are relatively friendly. A homecooked, hot breakfast is served. There is an excellent beef noodle restaurant next door. There is a playground nearby for kids to play. You can easily take a bus from the town's bus stop to Sun Moon Lake.

The rooms are very poor quality, small, and outdated for the high price. There is no heating so make sure to bring warm items in the winter.

門口有專用停車場，到魚池街上吃飯也方便。

地點非常好

This is a B&B stay for traveler. Visitors must contact the day before to checkin. The front counter closes at 10 pm. We didn't look at the Expedia fine print so we arrived there at midnight and the hotel was closed. Luckily, the neighbor's vendors was relative of the hotel and contacted the owner and the owner came down to open the door for us.

飯店的服務人員態度非常良好，老闆的手沖咖啡好喝，周遭環境有很多吃的很方便，停車也方便，缺點是飯店內的廁所蓮蓬頭有發霉，衛生紙必須要到浴室拿，房間內沒有放不方便

住宿交通方便,附近有許多商家，都各有特色喔！

我們訂的是雙人房，安排給我們的房間是兩張單人床併成一張大的雙人床、而且棉被也是兩條，所以這樣睡起來很舒服

We waited a bit while checking in because no one was at the front desk. This is more like a B&B, not a typical hotel.The room was clean. However, the water volume was not enough for showering which took us longer time than expected. Shampoo and body gel were simply too little for use, one person for a tiny pack only. The room chair was broken in my room, and that's the only one chair in my room. Breakfast was okay with some homemade veggies and overeasy eggs.

老闆很親切，房間的舒適度與清潔很可以，只是房間隔音較差

房間很乾淨，但隔音效果不好 ，會聽見其他房客的聲音。

距離日月潭車程約10分 附近也蠻熱鬧的

老闆很用心準備早餐，老闆自己烘焙的咖啡☕️非常順口。

雖然是因為日月潭有煙火，但一晚3399來說房間的設備真的有點可惜，吹風機是壁掛式很小的那種，吹出來的風有夠燙而且才吹一分鐘就過熱，過了五分鐘才能再用，浴室的漱口玻璃杯有兩個，一個是透明的另一個竟然是完全霧掉感覺髒兮兮的。本來想說不想浪費備品沒開拋棄式拖鞋來用，結果整個地板踩起來都沙沙的。隔音很差就算了，其他地方希望能改進。

棉被有其他毛髮，不夠乾淨，但整體還行

入住時發生一些狀況，老闆危機處理迅速，服務親切，推！

整體來說很好，而且非常便利及離九族文化村近

This feels like going to unknown friends' house. The owners are friendly. The only hiccup was parking at their carpark which was in a grassy area. Overnight, bunches of ants crawled up the car and stayed in the gap between the closed car doors. There must be at least a hundred ants. The boss was kind enough to spray insecticide and hosed the ants off from the car. Very helpful boss.

床很舒適，咖啡好喝~

位置很好，轉個彎就到了最熱鬧的街上，停車場也很大很方便，房間稍小，但乾淨，在這樣的地方算物超所值
